江南都市群文化研究

【摘要】 本文根据江南都市发展的历史与现状及其文化特征,首次以江南都市群作为概念和对象,着重分析江南都市文化的历史源流和变迁。我们认为尽管同属中国诗性文化系统,但由于社会经济基础、心理价值模式和地域人文背景的不同,使以“政治-伦理”为核心的北方诗性文化和以“经济-审美”为核心的江南诗性文化产生了本质差别。江南都市文化最典型特质在于它的审美性和消费性特质。而根据目前相关江南都市研究的现状来看,它们主要集中在关于江南都市的经济社会方面和城市规划这两块,对江南区域特有的人文地理、社会结构和文化传统等文化发展问题重视不够。在解释理论上,主要借鉴西方理论资源,而缺乏符合江南都市文化传统本质特征的系统理论解释框架。从诗性文化的角度,本文努力尝试建立一种以江南都市历史经验为基础的符合其本身运作机制的理论框架,为当下江南都市群发展的文化实践,提供一种具有针对性的规律认识和理论参考。本文分为四个部分:第一章,通过对江南都市群概念的定义及其历史源流与发展现状的追溯和描述,总结江南都市群发展的历史演变特征。在考察经济基础和都市群形态演变的基础上,探讨江南都市发展与其社会文化构成因素之间的内在联系。此外还着重探讨了江南都市文化研究的价值与意义,本文认为今后有必要将研究领域和研究对象扩展到江南都市群及其文化的研究上,把研究真正转向对文化内在结构和精神资源系统的内部研究上。第二章,从经济发展与都市文化生产的互动角度出发,探讨江南都市经济与文化、艺术发展的历史特征和内在规律。本章分别从明清江南都市文化资源的再生产与开发利用、徽州盐商与扬州城市文化艺术发展,以及都市经济与艺术文明的内在互动三个角度,探讨了江南都市文化的生产机制。第三章,本文认为内化的消费意识形态与文化-审美消费的符号化是以“经济-审美”为基本内涵的江南都市文化的两大本质。并从本体论高度论证了南北诗性文化的差别在于两者所构建的符号系统意义指向的根本差异。江南都市文化侧重的是对个体心理自由与情感需求的满足,在深层结构上是以消费为文化生产逻辑,以符号性消费为目的,在文化的消费过程中寻求的是交换性价值而非使用价值的获取,偏向的是符号化的审美性、非功利性的心理满足。以这一理论为基础,还探讨了当代江南都市文化产业迅速兴起的原因及其对当代都市人的正负面影响。第四章探讨的是江南都市生活方式与审美问题。一是对农业文明影响下的江南都市生活模式与审美理念的分析。二是对当代江南都市社会精神生态和审美生态的分析,本文认为都市化进程的加速、各种都市病的蔓延使江南都市主体的精神生态遭到破坏;而过度的商业化和消费主义,使江南都市的审美精神生态被极度扭曲和异化,“身体化”与“粗俗化”的本能欲望消费成为当代江南都市审美的主要特征。

【Abstract】 Taking Jiangnan megalopolis as the concept and object firstly, this paper analyses the research of historical source and vicissitude of Jiangnan metropolis culture emphatically according to the history, actuality and cultural characteristics of Jiangnan metropolis development. We think that the essential contrast between the northern poetic culture which takes the "politics-ethics" as the core and the Jiangnan poetic culture which takes the "economy-aesthetics" is produced as a result of the different social economical basis, mental value mode and regional humanism background, although both belong to the poetic cultural system. The most typical particularity of Jiangnan metropolis culture lies in its own aesthetic and consumption. Based on the actuality of related Jiangnan metropolis research at present, the research focus mainly on the economical society and urban planning about Jiangnan metropolis, but pay less attention on Jiangnan regional particular cultural development problem on humanities geography, social structure, cultural tradition and so on. On the interpretation theory, the western theory resource is used for reference basically, while one systemic theory interpretation frame according with the traditional essential characteristics of Jiangnan metropolis culture is lacked. From the poetic cultural point of view, we try to build one theory frame based of Jiangnan metropolis historical experience tallying with its own operating mechanism, and offer some rule understanding and theory reference with pertinence for the contemporary cultural practice of Jiangnan metropolis group development.In chapter one, we summarize the historical source and evolvement course of Jiangnan megalopolis development by the way of casting back and describing the definition of its concept and its historical source and developing state. And we discuss the intrinsic relation between Jiangnan metropolis development and its social cultural constitution factor on the economy and the review basis of megalopolis modality envolvement. In addition, we also discuss contemporary value and signification of Jiangnan metropolis culture emphatically, and we think that it is necessary to extend research field and object into Jiangnan megalopolis and its culture, and turn it to the intrinsic study on cultural inner structure and spirit re source system in deed.In chapter two, from the interactive point of view of economic development and metropolis cultural production, we discuss the historical characteristic and inner rule of the economy, culture and art development of Jiangnan metropolis. This chapter studies on three respects which are respectively the reproduction and exploiture of Jiangnan metropolis cultural resource, Huizhou salt-dealer and the urban culture and art development of Yangzhou, and the inner interaction between metropolis economy and art civilization, and discussed the production mechanism of Jiangnan metropolis culture.In chapter three, this article thought the internalized consumption ideology and cultural-esthetic consumed symbolization as the two essences of Jiangnan metropolis culture taking the "economy-esthetic" as the basic connotation. It demonstrated the difference between northern and southern poetic culture lies in the basic difference of the symbolism system significance pointing constructed by both from the ontology highly. The characteristic of Jiangnan metropolis culture emphasized particularly to satisfy individual psychology freedom and emotion need. While on the deep structure, it takes consumption as the cultural production logic, symbolism consumption as the aim, seeks the exchangeable value but non-use value in the cultural consumption course, and leans to the symbolic esthetic, and non-utilitarian, not non-ethicality, and utilitarian. It also discusses the reason of Jiangnan metropolis cultural industry developing fast and the positive and negative influence on contemporary urbanite on the foundation of this theory.In chapter four, this chapter has carried on the preliminary discussion on three aspects of Hangman metropolis life style and esthetic issue. First one is the analysis to Jiangnan metropolis life style and its esthetic ideal, and the discussion about the psychology mode, thought mode and esthetic idea of Jiangnan metropolis culture influenced under the agriculture civilization. Second one is the analysis to the social spirit and esthetic ecology of Jiangnan metropolis, which thought the acceleration of the metropolitinization advancement, and the deterioration of various metropolis disease destroyed the energetic ecology of Jiangnan metropolis main body.
