【摘要】 企业社会责任对于大多数中国企业来说是一个全新概念,但现实压力使得中国企业必须在很短的时间内接受企业社会责任的理念。这首先就需要学术界对企业社会责任有全面、清晰、准确的认识。然而目前关于企业社会责任理论系统性的研究还比较少,很多问题还没有解决。因此作者在这篇文章中针对中国企业履行社会责任遇到的各种问题从学术研究的角度进行了系统、详细的分析,试图对这些问题给出科学、准确的答案。在本文中,作者对国内外学者在企业社会责任理论方面的研究成果进行了回顾,并对企业社会责任的东西方思想渊源进行了研究,在此基础上,研究了企业社会责任理论中的一些基本问题,并总结了中国企业社会责任内涵的共性及特性。结合系统论、企业环境理论和利益相关者理论给予“企业社会责任”新的定义,并提出了“企业社会责任系统”这一新概念,并分析了企业社会责任系统的边界、结构、特性等内容。根据企业社会责任系统的理论框架,作者设计并构建了中国企业社会责任管理体系。在文章的最后,作者设计并构建了中国企业社会责任综合评价体系,其目的是为外部及内部治理提供可参考的评估工具。本文创新点主要体现在以下几方面:构建了中国企业社会责任内涵的理论框架,分别从共性及特性角度对其进行分析。共性及特性角度的中国企业社会责任内涵的理论框架是解决当前我国企业社会责任存在的诸多问题的理论基础。对中国企业社会责任系统概念的提出及研究。本文借用系统理论、环境理论、能量守恒定律的思想,结合利益相关者理论,提出并定义了企业社会责任系统的概念、从新的角度对“企业社会责任”进行了重新定义,并对其的运行主体、系统边界、系统结构、系统特性进行了分析和研究。构建了中国企业社会责任管理机制体系。在作者提出的中国企业社会责任系统理论基础上,用系统分析的方法构建了基于管理学思想的中国企业社会责任管理体系,分别从中国企业社会责任管理体系的结构和研究对象角度构建了企业社会责任管理结构模型、企业社会责任管理体系对象结构模型,从而为企业社会责任系统管理提供了新的方法和思路。设计并构建了企业社会责任综合评价体系。作者在中国企业社会责任内涵共性及特性的基础上,设计了以九大类共50个指标的中国企业社会责任评价指标体系,以AHP、模糊综合评价为评价方法的综合评价体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Corporate Social Responsibiliy is a new concept to most enterprises in China,but they have to accept it in short time because of the pressure of realism. Therefore,the academe must understand the CSR comprehensivly,clearly and exactly.Nevertheless,very few systemic reserching doing about it,there are many problems haven’t resolve. Accordingly,the author analyzed it particularly from science point of view,and try to find the solution to these problems.In this dissertation,firstly,the author review the reaserching harvest of scholars home and abroad,then ,the author research the ideology origin of the CSR from the Eastern and Western worlds,and study several essential issue of the theory of the CSR. Most important of this part,the author explored the commonness and characteristic intension of CSR in China. the author study the CSR by system approach,combined with environment theory and other thories,giving the new definition of the CSR,and bring out the new concept of“corporate social responsibility system (CSRS)”,made a study of the boundary,stucture and characteristic of the CSRS. Subsequently,the author constructed China CSR management system projected and constructed the China CSR Integrated Appraisement System also.The main innovation of this dissertation are as follows:The author constructing the theory frame of the CSR intention of China,and explored the commonness and characteristic intension of CSR inChina.Giving the new definition of the CSR , and bring out the new concept of“corporate social responsibility system (CSRS)”.Made a study of the boundary , stucture and characteristic of the CSRS.
