建筑材料资源保护与再利用技术策略研究

【摘要】 本文所指的建筑材料资源保护,是一个较为宽泛的范畴,既包括对历史建筑的保护修复,也包括传统建筑材料资源的适应性再利用、一般废弃物在建筑中的再利用、新型可循环建筑材料的应用,并涉及建筑能源的合理化利用等等。“壮年大楼短命爆破”的类似新闻,这些年来持续不断,在我国城市建设繁荣的背后,暗藏着巨大的浪费,同时存在着材料资源短缺,循环利用率低,大量建筑垃圾无法处理等问题。城市建设中大拆大建现象尤为严重。另一方面,历史建筑保护方法及技术体系存在诸多缺陷,在研究的深度与广度上仍有不足。针对上述情况,本文提出了对建筑材料资源保护与再利用技术策略研究的构想,借鉴项目评估的基本方式,根据各种类型建筑材料资源的保护利用与可持续发展技术的特点和具体情况,对不同类型、不同特点的典型建筑案例进行详细分析,全面评价典型项目所采用的技术策略,及时学习和吸取经验、教训,为提高未来选择历史建筑保护与材料资源合理化利用技术策略的准确性提供理论根据。本文的研究成果,会对建筑材料资源保护与再利用技术策略的正确抉择提供微观的理论指导和积极的促进作用,也会为城市的更新和历史地段的规划、建筑设计和房地产开发等相关领域的管理工作提供参考依据,以减少或避免在城市改造建设中所出现的仅凭主观臆测而忽视对建筑资源保护、操作工艺、能源合理化利用等因素的考虑而带来的种种弊端,使理论研究、科学决策与实际运用等各个环节得以和谐统一,从而提高建筑材料资源保护与再利用的可操作性价值。相对来说,国外的学者在这方面的研究工作开展较早,积累了不少成熟的经验,也有相应的规章和制度。但由于国情和地域、文化等方面的差异,其研究成果还不能直接照搬,且有许多问题是国外所没有的。但他们对建筑资源的保护与再利用的管理模式、政策法规及应用及技术措施等方面都值得我们借鉴和学习。而国内同行的探索也具有启发意义。

【Abstract】 In this thesis,the conservation of building materical resources is a widely category. It includes the conservation and renovation of historic buildongs, the adaptability reuse of traditional building material resources, the reuse of normal discard in construction, the use of new circulated building materials, the rationalize use of building energy sources and so on.The news of“The exploding of short-life new buildings”often appears in these years. In our country, after prosperous city construction, there is large waste, shortage of material resources, low efficiency of circulated use, disposal of large building refuse. On the other hand, there are many shortcomings in the method and technology of historic buildings’protection in the depth and width of research.This thesis puts forward the research proposition on conservation and reuse of building materical resources. According to the characteristic and particular situation of all kinds of building materical resources’conservation, use and continous development, different kinds of typical buildings are analyzed detailed, the technology in these buildings is appraised overall. Learning timely and absorbing experience are the theory basis of increasing technology selecting of the conservation in historic buildongs and the rationalize use of building energy sources in the future.The result of this thesis will guide and promote the correct technology selection on conservation and reuse of building materical resources. It provide the basis of renewing cities, projecting historic streets, designing buildings and exploiting buildings. It can reduce and avoid the abuse of building materical resources because of subjectivity in the city reform construction. It can unify concordantly theory research, scientific decision and practice, increase the value of conservation and reuse of materical resources in Architectural.Similarly, scholars in the other countries study at this side early. They have much mature experience and rules. But because of the different conditions, districts and culture of countries, the results of their study can not be copied indirectly. And many problems are not been in other countries. But we can learn their management of conservation and reuse of materical resources in Architectural, rules and technology.Also, In our country, the explorations of the person of same profession are enlightened significance.
