【摘要】 知识在经济社会发展的过程中,日益发挥着重要的作用,创新对组织的重要性也日益凸现,同时知识与创新又存在着紧密的联系。从理论研究者观察的角度,创新已经从强调原来的研发、制度等开始向强调知识管理方向发展,从知识的角度来考察创新活动已成为当前研究的一个热点问题;同时,技术创新和制度创新研究融合后,使得人们对于创新理论的研究又开始向熊彼特的简单创新定义回归,即认为创新是一个系统总体的概念。从实践者观察的角度看,当前国家、行业、企业迫切需要快速提升自己,而发展自己的方向是创新和提升自己的知识管理水平,毕竟相当部分今后二十年将出现的重要创新都会基于当前已有的科学、技术和经营知识,如何让知识与创新结合为我们所用是研究的方向。这些需要理论界的支持,由于经济管理理论的核心功能是思考、设计未来以及指导现在,因此有关创新和知识管理理论的跟进比较紧迫。在环境复杂多变和竞争日益激烈的情况下,创新、知识作为获取和维持竞争优势的重要资源,对于企业的成长与发展至关重要。但是,一些问题需要解决:重视局部创新、忽视整体创新;整体创新理论也需要进一步细化与分清主次,毕竟组织的资源是有限的;知识与创新已经成为组织的重要要素,二者之间还需要更加系统、融合性的深入研究等等。中国已成为全球家电制造大国,在全球家电业的位置已不可替代,但在创新领域还有很多问题。基于此,本文通过分析知识与创新的文献资料等理论基础,探寻二者的发展机理与内部作用机制,积极寻找两者的联系与关系,从不同角度分析其历史、现状与未来的走向,通过定量与定性相结合的研究方法,找出了二者的融合点,并展开对家电企业创新方面的分析。本文首先回顾了知识管理与创新的相关理论基础、演变过程及发展趋势,从中找出两者共同的作用机理,然后具体分析两者的关系与联系。基于知识管理,笔者分析了当前应该需要什么样的创新,从众多理论文献资料探寻系统创新的基础构成,提出了系统创新模型构建和具体的理论思想体系,通过实际经验和实证调研对模型在家电企业的应用做出了分析,对家电企业系统创新给出了评价体系并以小天鹅公司为例对评价体系做出验证。本文创新点:1.通过分析、研究知识管理与创新理论,建立了系统创新模型,系统性的阐述了系统创新的特点、内涵与相应观点,系统创新进一步还可以整合相关支持理论。2.知识管理与创新的系统融合研究(1)通过分析知识管理与创新理论基础、发展趋势与论断并利用TRIZ,创造性的把知识管理与创新融合到一起,对知识管理与创新作出了深入的融合性论述;(2)把知识作为创新不可或缺的要素加入创新体系;(3)基于知识管理研究创新。通过知识的角度研究了知识与创新的关系,以知识的角度研究创新的共性、可行性以及必要性,进而得出了一些创新结论,而这些结论实际上是知识与创新融合的结果。以知识的角度研究创新,把创新管理与知识管理又提高到了一个新的高度,同时为进一步深入研究创新提供了一个良好的路径。(4)通过剖析相关理论,阐述了自己对创新、知识管理与学习的一些观点3.基于知识发酵,提出了组织创新能力提升模型,研究了如何增长组织的知识,以及突破创新、实现创新目标的决定环节及相应观点4.通过模型、经验性分析、定量分析、实证调研及案例分析,评价了系统创新模型并找出了企业出现的核心问题所在更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge is of enormous importance in the process of economy and society development, and innovation is playing important role for an organization. at the same time innovation is closely related to knowledge.From the theoretical angle, the emphasis of innovation has been converted from original R&D and institution to knowledge management, and it has become a hot topic to study innovation from the angle of knowledge. At the same time, by combining technology innovation and institution innovation, research focus of innovation theory has been converted to Peter’s simple definition to innovation: innovation is a concept of systematic functions.From the practical angel, both enterprise and nation is in great need of improving competitive ability, and the key is improving innovation level through knowledge management. The most important innovation in the forthcoming 20 years will be implemented on basis of current science and technology knowledge. In this way, how to combine knowledge and innovation is the main topic of this dissertation.As we all know, the core function of management theory is thinking, designing future and instructing today, as a result, the research on innovation and knowledge management is highly urgent. In complex and highly competitive environment, it is crucial for enterprises to obtain and maintain competitive advantage through innovation as well as knowledge.However, some problems have to be solved:firstly, we have paid more attention to partial innovation instead of complete innovation; secondly, the complete innovation theory is also in need of further discussion; finally, the correlation of innovation and knowledge has to be further studied. China has become the global home electrical appliance Manufacturing base in the world, has an irreplaceable location, but in the field of innovation there are many problems.Based on the discussion stated above, this dissertation, from analyzing the literature on knowledge as well as innovation, tries to find out the relationship and the function mechanism between knowledge and innovation. At the same time start the home electrical appliance enterprises innovative research.This dissertation carries out a retrospect of the current theory as well as the developing trend on knowledge management and innovation. After that, this dissertation analyzes the function mechanism of knowledge management and innovation and point out what kind of innovation is the most important. Through analysis of current literature, this dissertation puts forward systemic innovation model. By building related practical analysis, this dissertation carries out the implementation of the theoretical model on home electrical appliance enterprises. This dissertation has built up the evaluating system on systemic innovation of home electrical appliance enterprises and taking little swan as an example, this dissertation has testified the evaluating system.The most significant results and innovations are as follows:1. Based on current literature, this paper builds up the systemic innovation model and systematically explains the characteristics of systemic innovation.2. This paper has carried out the combining research on knowledge management and innovation:(1) Making use of TRIZ theory as well as related theories, this paper has combined the research on knowledge management and innovation management;(2) As a absolutely necessary element, knowledge has been added to the innovation system;(3) Studying innovation based on knowledge management. This paper studies the correlation between knowledge and innovation. It is a totally new angle and provide a wide path to further research on innovation.(4) Through studying related theories, this paper has explain some fundamental viewpoint on innovation as well as knowledge management.3.Based on knowledge fermenting theory, this paper puts forward the organization innovation ability enhancing model, and studies such key questions as how to increase knowledge, how to realize innovation target and what is the core to realize innovation.4. Through empirical analysis, quantitative analysis as well as case study, this paper evaluates the system innovation model and finds out the core problems which exist in most enterprises.更多还原
