基于粗集—小波神经网络的煤炭企业管理研究

【摘要】 本文针对煤炭企业发展的三个关键问题,即成本管理、安全管理和环保管理,进行了系统的分析与研究。在充分分析我国煤炭企业发展现状的基础上,提出了目前适用的管理模式。论文将粗集理论、小波神经网络等理论引入到煤炭企业成本管理中,分析了成本构成及影响因素,建立了生产成本指标体系,得出了影响煤炭企业成本的主要因素集,提出预测和控制的新方法。结合案例企业实际开发了基于MATLAB的智能管理系统,实现了不同开采条件和管理水平下,煤炭企业生产成本的预测,得到了理想的预测结果,从预测结果和各指标权重分析出发,提出了成本控制措施,对煤炭企业管理水平和成本管理水平进行了评价,从而提升了煤炭企业生产成本的现有管理水平。基于粗集-小波神经网络的成本管理新方法为目标成本制定、成本控制和成本评价提供科学依据。基于安全管理在煤炭企业中的重要地位,从最重要的安全控制环节入手,建立了生产工作面安全指标体系和评价模型,利用小波神经网络理论对其安全性进行预测和评价,预测了生产工作面的安全状况并分析了主要影响因素。在案例企业实际应用中,该方法与未确知-AHM的综合评价结果相比更加准确和客观,为煤炭企业安全管理提供了科学评价新方法。最后,根据我国环保管理和节能减排政策,本文分析了煤炭企业环保工作存在的主要问题,提出了绿色开采的理念和所涉及的技术体系,并针对案例企业现有污染源,提出了可行的技术措施和建议。

【Abstract】 Some key issues in coal enterprise development, including cost management, safety management and environment protecting management are analyzed and investigated in detail, and, thus, a suitable management mode for coal enterprises in China are proposed in this dissertation. To tackle cost management in coal enterprises the rough set theory and a wavelet neural network are introduced, cost formation with its influenced factors are analyzed, and an index system of production cost is set up, with a set of factors influencing cost of coal production obtained and a new method to forecast and control coal production cost proposed. Based on a real-world case study, a MATLAB-based intelligent forecast system is developed, and forecast of production cost in coal enterprises is made under different mining conditions and different management modes with satisfactory results. As a result, measures for cost control are proposed based on forecast and analysis of index weights, the management level and cost management level are evaluated, thereby the existing cost management level are improved. The proposed method based on the rough-set and wavelet neural network is of a new cost control, which can be a scientific reference of formation of target cost, cost control and cost evaluation.In view of the important role of safety management in coal enterprise, starting from the most important link, that is safety controlling, the safety index system of full machine-mining areas and an evalution model are set up, and forecast and evaluation of mining area safety with its influence factors is performed based on a wavelet neural network. In addition, in a real-world case study evaluation comparison between the newly proposed method and existing method, i.e. AHM, is made, showing that the former outperforms the latter and delivering a new method for safety management in coal enterprises.Finally, based on envirionment protection and management, energy saving and discharge reduction, some issues of envirionment protection and management are analyzed and, therefore, based on results of the case study measures in connection with green mining and pollution reduction are proposed in this dissertation.
