【摘要】 循环经济是实现社会、经济与自然生态环境和谐相处、可持续发展的一种全新发展模式。循环经济理论作为一种新兴理论,正处在逐步发展和完善阶段,因此,无论是理论上还是实践中,都存在着很多有待进一步研究和解决的问题。本文以企业为研究对象,以循环经济理论和思想为指导,重点探讨如何在企业这一层面发展循环经济即企业生态化问题。本文以循环经济理论为理论基础,综合运用生态经济理论、企业生态学理论、可持续发展理论,探讨了基于循环经济的企业生态化发展的机理,提出了基于循环经济的企业生念化发展的模式,构建了基于循环经济的企业生念化支撑体系以及评价模型,最后依据路径依赖的原理提出了基于循环经济发展的对策建议。本文首先对基于循环经济的企业生态化发展研究的背景和意义进行了剖析,作为论文研究的起点,接着深入研究与论文相关的理论基础,包括循环经济理论、三种生产理论、生态经济理论理论、可持续发展理论以及环境经济理论等;其次,探讨了我国企业循环经济的发展现状及存在的问题,并剖析了原因所在,同时分析总结了国外发达国家企业发展循环经济的经验及对我国的启示。然后,本文对基于循环经济的企业生态化发展机理进行了研究,提出了基于循环经济的企业生态化的内涵及特征,分析了基于循环经济的企业生态化发展的影响因素,探讨了基于循环经济的企业生态化发展的动力因素及动力机制,以及循环经济的企业生态化发展的运行机制。再次,本文对基于循环经济的企业生态化发展的模式进行了探讨,共分为内部模式和外部模式:内部模式包括资源生态化利用模式、清洁生产模式、生态产业链模式、生产者责任延伸模式和产品服务化模式;外部模式包括生念战略联盟模式、生态化企业集群模式和生态工业园模式。并系统分析了各种模式的内涵及实施途径。本文构建了基于循环经济的企业生态发展的支撑体系,包括企业生态文化、企业生态管理体系、生态营销体系、生态技术体系、生态物流体系、生念信息体系等,分析了各种体系的构建体系。根据3R原则、系统性原则、可操作性原则、可比性原则、独立性原则、动态导向性原则等,从企业循环经济效益、循环经济特征、循环经济体系健康角度,建立评价指标,并对每个所选指标的依据、内涵、辅助指标和计算公式进行了详细论述,初步建立了基于循环经济的企业生态化评价指标体系。在此基础上,本文用层次分析法和专家打分法确定了指标体系的权重,建立了基于循环经济的企业生态化发展的多层次灰色模糊综合评价模型,并对东北轻合金有限责任公司进行了实证分析,根据计算结果分析了公司的现状和存在问题。最后,本文依据路径依赖的原理,分析了促进企业循环经济发展的外部支持的必要性,建立了外部支持体系,包括政策引导体系、经济政策体系、生态科技体系、生态法制体系、社会配套服务体系。旨在解决如何促进、保持企业发展循环经济、进行生态化发展的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Circular economy is a new model for society, economy and environment to realize harmonious and sustainable development. As a rising theory, circular economy is at developing and perfecting stage at present. Therefore, there are many problems to be resolved both in the areas of theory and practice. Under the direction of the theories and ideas of circular economy, the paper discusses how to develop circular economy on the level of enterprise: the ecologicalization of enterpris as its research object.synthetically using ecology economic theory, enterprise ecology theory, sustainable development theory,the paper probes into developmental mechanism of enterprise ecology base on circular economy.And then it put forward developing model of enterprise ecology base on Circular economy and sets up the supporting system and evaluation model of enterprise ecology base on Circular economy.At last the paper present countermeasures to promote the ecology development of enterprise in terms of path dependent finally.At the beginning this article analyses research background and significance of enterprise ecology enterprise base on circular economy .In the theoretical foundation part,it introduced circular economy theory ,ecology economic theory, enterprise ecology theory, sustainable development theory to form the theory frame.Then it analyses the current situation of and the existing problem of enterprise ecology of our country, and analyzes reason. At the same time The foreign experiences of the development of overseas Circular economy in developed country.And then, this article study proceed develop mechanism of enterprise ecology base on Circular economic.Firstly,the paper present the connotation and characteristic of enterprise ecology base on Circular economic.Secondly, the paper analyses the influencing factor of enterprise ecology base on Circular economic.And then it discusses the dynameic factors nad the dynameic mechanism of enterprise ecology base on Circular economy.At last, the paper probes into perform mechanism of enterprise ecology base on Circular economy.Once again, the paper studies the developing model of enterprise ecology base on Circular economy. It comprises of inside model and the outside model. a The inside pattern includes Resource Eco-Utilization model,cleaner production model, organism’s habits estate , extended producer responsibility model and Product Service Systems model; The outside model consists of the model of the ecologicalization of enterprise eluster and ecology industrial park model The connotation and establishment of each model is then analysed systematically.The paper sets up the basal propping system of the ecology development of enterprises based on circular economy.It include the business ecology culture, the enterprise eco-management system,the product ecology design,the ecology marketing system,the ecology logistics system and the ecology information management system.Based on the 3R principle, the systematic principle,the principle of Operation,principle of comparison,Principle of Independence,Principle of dynameic Evaluating, this article establishes the evaluating index system of the ecology development of enterprises based on circular economy. In this foundation, this article establishes a multi-level fuzzy synthesis evaluating mode. Then the paper carries on the real diagnosis analysis of the Northeast Light Alloy Co.,Ltd and analyzes the superiorities and the inferiorities which the company has according to the appraisal result.Finally, this article proposes the outer countermeasure system of the ecology development of enterprises from the angle of circular economy based on path dependence.It consists of the policy guidance system, the economic policy system,the ecology technological system,the ecology legal system,the social service system,and so on.更多还原
