企业绿色管理绩效评价研究

【摘要】 可持续发展是全世界共同的主题,绿色管理正是在这一背景下为适应经济发展的新趋势而产生的新的管理理念。企业是人类社会的重要组成部分,是社会财富的主要贡献力量,同时也是生态环境的重大潜在威胁,企业通过实施全员、全面、全过程的绿色管理,实现经济效益、社会效益、生态效益的协调发展正是其践行可持续发展战略的具体体现。本文对企业绿色管理进行绩效评价研究,正是为了更好地推进企业绿色管理理念,是为实现企业乃至社会可持续发展目标而进行的一项重要的研究工作。绩效评价是为绿色管理保驾护航的中坚力量,是企业实施绿色管理的坚强后盾。定期对企业绿色管理进行科学的绩效评价,既能够保证企业沿着正确的方向不断前行,又能够使企业及时发现差距、找出不足,加快前行的脚步。因此对企业绿色管理进行绩效评价的研究意义重大。首先,论文对现代管理理论、生态经济学理论、可持续发展理论和循环经济理论以及国内外的研究现状进行了综述,分析了上述理论与企业绿色管理之间的关系,科学界定了企业绿色管理的内涵,明确了企业开展绿色管理的必要性。其次,论文构建了企业绿色管理的内容体系。企业绿色管理基于不同的思想可以构建不同的内容体系,本文从系统的角度,将企业分为生产系统、流通系统、社会系统和环境系统四部分,其中环境系统渗透于另外三个系统之中。根据企业的实际情况,分别用绿色制造、绿色营销和绿色文化来反映生产系统、流通系统和社会系统绿色化的进程,为全面推进企业绿色管理绩效评价搭建了平台。再次,论文分别构建了绿色制造、绿色营销、绿色文化的绩效评价系统和企业绿色管理三重绩效协调度评价系统。绿色制造是企业绿色管理的基础,论文从“大制造”的角度对绿色设计、绿色材料、绿色工艺、绿色包装、绿色处理进行了分析,这些内容的绿色性体现为环境属性、资源属性、能源属性和经济属性,因此从这四个方面构建了企业绿色制造综合绩效评价指标体系,并运用模糊积分综合评价方法进行绩效评价。绿色营销是企业绿色管理的关键,论文从传统4P理论绿色化的角度对4GP理论进行了详细分析,构建了企业绿色营销绩效评价模型,并运用模糊综合评价方法进行绩效评价。绿色文化是企业绿色管理的核心,思想决定行动,论文从绿色价值观、绿色精神、绿色形象的角度对绿色文化进行了分析,构建了绿色文化绩效评价模型,并通过灰色系统评价方法对其进行绩效评价。在此基础上,又构造了企业绿色管理三重绩效协调度评价模型,并运用三角函数法对企业绿色制造、绿色营销和绿色文化的协调配合进行评价。最后,论文将上述企业绿色管理绩效评价模型和方法应用于哈尔滨市的A公司,一方面验证模型和方法的科学性,另一方面也验证了各种绩效评价结果的协调一致性。同时,通过对A公司的实证研究,科学评价了该公司绿色管理成绩和效果以及缺点和不足,为公司完善绿色管理提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Under the background of sustainable development all over the world, green management was developed as a new management concept to adapt enterprise to the trend of economy development. Enterprise is one of the most important parts in the society, the major power for social wealth, and also the most threat to the environment. Enterprise green management in the whole staff, the all-round way and the whole course is just the way to fit sustainable development, so that enterprise can achieve the coordinative development of economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit.That the dissertation researches on the performance evaluation of enterprise green management is an important work to achieve green management all-round and enterprise and social sustainable development. Performance evaluation is the most important power and the powerful backing of enterprise green management. The regular and scientific performance evaluation for enterprise green management can not only ensure its right direction to go forward, but also help it find the gap and deficiency, and make big strides forward. So it is most important for it to make performance evaluation for enterprise green management.First of all, this dissertation carries on the basic theories of modern management, environmental economics, sustainable development, and recycle economics and domestic and international research of current situation, scientifically gives a definition of enterprise green management, and defines the necessity of enterprise green management.Secondly, the dissertation structures the content system of enterprise green management. Basing on different idea, the content system of enterprise green management can be structured in different ways. The dissertation divides the enterprise into four parts of development system, circulation system, social system and environmental system, and the environmental system is always embodied in the other three systems. Considering the reality of enterprise, the dissertation respectively carries on green manufacture, green marketing and green culture to reflect the green progress of development system, circulation system, social system, which builds a platform for enterprise to evaluate the performance of green management. Then, the dissertation structures the performance evaluation systems of green manufacture, green marketing and green culture, and also structures the triple performance evaluation systems of enterprise green management. Green manufacture is the base of enterprise green management. On the view of "big manufacture", the dissertation analyzes the contents of green design, green material, green process, green packing and green disposal, which just reflects the attributes of environment, resources, energy and economy. So it structures the performance evaluation model of enterprise green manufacturing, and evaluates it by fussy integral comprehensive evaluation method. Green marketing is the key of enterprise green management. On the view of traditional 4P theory of marketing, the dissertation analyzes the corresponding 4GP theory, structures the performance evaluation model of enterprise green marketing, and evaluates it by fussy comprehensive evaluation method. Green culture is the core of enterprise green management. Thought decides action. The dissertation analyzes green culture from green sense of value, green spirit and green image, structures the performance evaluation model of green enterprise culture, and evaluates it by grey system performance method. Based on all of above, the dissertation structures an evaluation model of enterprise green management triple performance and uses trigonometric function method to evaluate the harmony of green manufacturing, green marketing and green culture.Finally, the dissertation uses all of these models and methods into company A of Harbin, which tests and verifies not only the scientificality of models and methods, but also the coordination of all these performance evaluation results. At the same time, by way of evaluating the enterprise green management performance of company A, the dissertation scientifically evaluates its effect and shortcoming, which provides scientific basis for perfecting enterprise green management.
