汽车制动能量回收系统的研究

【摘要】 汽车的安全、节能和环保是汽车工业发展过程中需要解决的三大主题。将汽车制动过程中转变为热能的动能加以回收,在汽车加速或起动时进行再利用。一方面,改善了汽车的燃油经济性,降低了燃油消耗;另一方面,减少了汽车的废气排放,有利于环境保护:此外,还可显著提高汽车制动系零部件的使用寿命。CPS(Constant Pressure Source)系统是采用定压源液压驱动系统代替传统的能量传递,从而实现能量的转换、传递和牵引力的控制。本文研究内容包括:针对某一车型汽车,建立了相应的CPS模型;对CPS系统中关键零部件结构及主要参数的选择进行了分析,提出了CPS系统发动机主要性能指标及FFC变量泵/马达主要参数的确定方法;提出了能量回收系统不同的控制策略,并分析了不同控制策略对节能效果的影响;通过对系统的动态分析和仿真研究,分析和评价了影响系统稳定性的各种因素;对我国城市车辆及西部山区车辆的行驶工况进行调研,为能量回收系统的应用前景及系统容量提供了一定的设计依据;根据设计模型,对具体车型性能进行分析计算。为了使CPS系统各零部件合理地匹配,对系统元件参数进行了优化。根据优化的结果,讨论能量回收系统的利用率和节能效果;通过对能量回收系统的试验,分析了能量回收系统的节能效率。研究结果表明,CPS系统对城市运行的车辆或上下坡比较多的山区车辆,其节能的效果是非常明显的,同时可降低废气排放,对于保护环境,具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of automobile industry, three difficult problems which are safety, energy saving and environmental protection need to be solved. When a running automobile is put on the brake, its kinetic energy is changed into heat energy being consumed. The loss energy during vehicle braking can be regenerated and reused when the automobile starts or accelerats. Therefore, automobile fuel consumption and exhaust gases can be reduced. By the way,it can benefit the environment, and can prolong the life of vehicle’s braking system.CPS(Constant Pressure Source) system is a hydraulic system working in constant pressure ,and can be used to replace traditional mechanical transmission. This system can replace energy transsion, energy transform and driving force control.The content of this thesis is as the follows: CPS model for a certain vehicle is set up; Main structure and parameters of spares and parts in the CPS is analysed. The methods for main function norm of the engine and main parameters determination of FFC(Fluid Force Couple) variable pump/motor are presented; The control tactics for recovery system of kinetic energy during vehicle braking is put forward; The control tactics for efficiency of recovery is analysed; By dynamic analysis and emulation research, steady state performance that is influenced by the various factors is discussed and evaluated; In order to forecast practical prospects and to provide related design basis for recovery system of kinetic energy during vehicle braking, the running circumstances of domestic city vehicles and the vehicles used in china-western mountain area are investigated; The performance of the model for a certain vehicle is analysed and calculated; In order to match all parametens of spare and parts rationally, parametens for all component of system are designed excellently; According to excellent result, utilization ratio of recovery system and effects of energy saving is discussed; effects of energy saving is demonstrated by means of Experiment.The rsearch results indicated that effects of energy saving for CPS system to vehicles running in city or in mountain area is very clear, and that it is very significant to reduce exhaust gases and to protect the environment against.
