高速客运站设置的系统优化研究

【摘要】 随着我国客运专线铁路的建设,越来越多的客运专线引入既有铁路枢纽,铁路高速客运站的建设布局、规模确定、与其他交通方式的合理换乘等等问题在客运专线铁路引入的条件下发生较大变化,已不仅仅是高速站本身的建设问题,将成为铁路枢纽客运系统的系列优化问题。只有研究好铁路枢纽及城市相关区域与高速站设置相关问题的系统优化,才能从根本上做好高速站的设计与规划,确保客运专线引入枢纽高速站的高效、安全与畅通,以人为本,减少和方便旅客换乘,提高经济效益和社会效益,促进高速站建设与城市规划和发展相结合,使高速站建设具有可持续发展的重要意义。本论文从与高速站设置有关的铁路枢纽客运系统的角度出发,系统地研究了客运专线引入铁路枢纽后高速站设置方案的理论及方法。研究内容主要包括以下几个方面:(1)从高速站设置的源头铁路枢纽内客运站布局优化开始,重新规划和研究枢纽客运站布局,而这种研究不是全盘否定,推倒重来,而是在既有枢纽布局基础上,深入分析影响客运站布局的基本因素及动态因素并研究选址方案,根据客运专线引入的不同条件,建立高速客运站布局模型以及求解方法,最终确定高速站的位置;(2)以高速站为中心划定一个城市换乘区域进行客运量优化分配研究,以铁路高速站为中心的城市换乘区域是一个综合交通枢纽,其主要功能分为区域客运功能和城市交通功能。在铁路客流已知的情况下,需求预测可分为两大部分,一是铁路客运量与各交通方式之间的换乘量,二是枢纽服务区域产生的交通需求。在城市换乘区内判断由上述两者之和形成的总需求预测量是否满足输送条件。在满足城市规划道路及轨道交通输送能力基础上合理调整枢纽内近远期客运站分工,最终确定高速站的规模;(3)立足于铁路高速站建设,研究与其他交通方式的旅客流线、换乘节点、运输线路等技术层面的优化方法,建立一体化换乘流线的最优化;最后,论文总结了全文的研究工作及研究结果,提出了论文的创新点,并对下步工作进行了展望。本文的研究紧紧围绕高速站设置这一主题,在收集大量与论文相关的资料基础上,运用并发展了客运站布局理论、客运站运量预测理论、综合交通一体化理论等;运用系统优化分析、网络流分配模型、运输供需均衡分析、能力协调分析、系统评价等方法,定性定量的研究客运站系统优化问题,建模求解采用了计算机编程、迭代法等多种数学方法:以成都枢纽新成都站和海口地区海口站为主线,以算例贯穿客运站的每一个优化系统,并求出最优解,证明理论与实际吻合。各种研究成果对我国铁路枢纽内高速站的设计及规划具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 With the construction of Chinese Passenger Dedicated Lines—PDL, more and more PDL are joined into the existing railway terminals. And in such circumstances, the problems of the railway high-speed passenger station building layout, scale determination, reasonable transfer with other traffic modes and so on change a lot, they are already not only the construction problems of the high-speed station, but also will become a series of optimal problems about the passenger transport system of railway terminals. Only do in-depth research on the system optimization of the related issues between railway terminals, urban relevant regions and the high-speed station layout, can we do a good job on the designing and planning of the high-speed station radically, and ensure the PDL joined into the existing railway terminals efficient, safe and unimpeded, people-oriented, it can also reduce and facilitate passengers’ transfer, increase economic efficiency and social benefits, promote the combination of high-speed station construction and urban planning and development, and enable the construction of the high-speed station to possess the important significance of sustainable development.From the point of view of the passenger traffic system in the railway terminal which has the relationship with the high-speed station layout, this paper systematically investigates the theories and methods of the scheme for high-speed station layout after the PDL are joined into the railway terminals. And the research mainly includes the following aspects:(1) Starting from the source of high-speed station setting—the layout optimization of the passenger stations in the railway terminals, this paper re-plans and researches the railway terminal layout. However, this study is not completely negative, overturns the past and does it again, but on the basis of the existing layout of hinge, makes an in-depth analysis of the basic factors and dynamic factors which affect the layout of passenger station, then studies its location projects. According to the different conditions of PDL joined into the railway terminals, this paper establishes the high-speed passenger station layout models and solution methods, and ultimately determines the location of the high-speed station.(2) The transfer region of a city with the high-speed station as its center is designated for the study of passenger volume optimal distribution, and it is a comprehensive traffic hub, its main function is divided into regional passenger transport function and urban traffic function. Under the condition of knowing the railway passenger volume, the demand forecast can be divided into two parts, first the transfer volume between the railway passenger volume and other traffic modes, and the second is the traffic demand of the hinge service region. It is judged whether the total amount of the two above-mentioned forecast demands meets the transportation conditions. On the basis of meeting town roads planning and rail transportation capacity, recent and long-term assignment of the passenger station should be reasonably adjusted, and ultimately the scope of high-speed station is determined.(3) Based on the construction of the high-speed railway station, optimal methods of the passengers flow lines, transfer nodes, transportation routes and so on between railway and other traffic modes will be studied, in order to get optimal flow of integrated transfer.Finally, this paper summarizes the research work and research results of the full text, presents its innovation points, and then looks to the future work at last.The study of this paper is closely around the theme of high-speed station layout, and on the basis of collecting a large amount of the related papers’ information, this paper uses and develops the passenger station layout theory, the passenger volume prediction theory, the comprehensive traffic integration theory and so on; qualitative and quantitative research on the system optimization problems of the passenger station are done by using the methods of the system optimization analysis, the network flow distribution model, the transport supply and demand equilibrium analysis, the ability harmony analysis, and the system evaluation, and then the model is solved by using computer programming, iterative method, and other mathematical methods. This paper also puts the new Chengdu station in the Chengdu hub and the Haikou station in the Haikou hub as the main line, puts the methods and examples throughout each optimization system of the passenger station, and finally calculates the optimal solution, thus proves that the theory of this paper tallies with the practice. Various results of this research provide guiding significance for the design and planning of high-speed station in the railway hubs of our country.
