机电设备售后维护服务的网络协同商务模式及其关键技术研究

【摘要】 机电设备是企业进行生产的物质基础。随着设备向着大型化、高速化、机电一体化及结构复杂化等方向发展,设备制造技术和维护技术变得日益复杂,设备维护所需的信息、技术、人力、物力、财力等资源要求增加,企业完全拥有这些资源的难度增大,使得传统的设备售后由制造商维护(售后维护服务)、设备用户自维护或外包给单一维护商维护等做法难以实现高水平的设备维护服务。为此,本文根据计算机、网络通讯、信号检测和故障诊断等技术的发展现状,基于网络协同思想,在分析远程维护、智能维护等维护模式的基础上,提出了机电设备售后维护服务的网络协同商务模式,建立了机电设备售后维护服务的决策支持模型和备件的协同采购模型,设计了面向机电设备售后维护服务的网络协同商务系统软件原型系统。具体的研究工作如下:①在分析机电设备售后维护服务的商务模式转变基础上,提出机电设备售后维护服务的网络协同商务模式,并研究在协同商务模式下机电设备售后维护服务的业务协作、信息交换、知识增长、价值增值、协同赢利、利润分配等模式。②分析协同商务模式下机电设备售后维护服务的决策要素,建立维护服务的群体决策流程;基于可靠性和维修性理论,以设备使用寿命内总收益最大化为目标,维护周期和维护时间为优化变量,建立了寿命型机电设备售后变周期预防维护服务的维护周期策略模型和维护时间策略模型,并通过算例分析寿命型机电设备的维护策略变化;建立机电设备售后维护服务备件供应商的评价指标体系和模糊综合评价模型,实例分析备件供应商的选择机制。③分析机电设备售后维护服务的备件采购特点和备件采购模式转变,建立机电设备售后状态维护服务的备件需求模型和采购策略模型,建立等周期预防维护服务和变周期预防维护服务下寿命型机电设备的备件需求模型和采购策略模型,并对等周期预防维护服务的备件采购策略模型采用Visual Fortran仿真计算求解最优的采购策略;提出机电设备售后维护服务的两种协同采购模式并建立其采购模型。④根据机电设备售后维护服务网络协同商务模式的特点,分析该维护服务模式的主要支撑技术,包括网络安全、网络通讯、信号检测、故障诊断等技术和协同商务系统平台——面向机电设备售后维护服务的网络协同商务系统,并分析该协同商务系统的商务模式,设计了该协同商务系统的总体结构、功能结构。

【Abstract】 Electromechanical equipment is the material basis of enterprise production. With the development of equipment to be large-scale, high-speed, electromechanical integration and structure-complication, the technologies of equipment’s manufacturing and maintenance have become increasingly complicated, and the demand of equipment maintenance for resources, such as information, technology, manpower, material and finance, has been increasing, which makes it difficult for individual enterprise to have all these resources, and it hard to achieve a high level of equipment maintenance service through the traditional after-sale maintenance mode, such as the modes of equipment maintained by manufacturers, user or a single contractor. Therefore, in this thesis, in accordance with the status of the technology development of computer, network communications, signal detection and fault diagnosis, based on the thought of web-based collaboration, and based on the analysis of remote maintenance and intelligent e-maintenance, a web-based collaborative business mode for electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service was proposed and studied, some decision support models and the collaborative purchasing model of spare parts for electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service were established, and a web-based collaborative commerce platform for electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service was designed. Specific research work is as follows:①Based on analyzing the business mode change of electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service, a web-based collaborative business mode for electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service was proposed, and the modes of business cooperation, information exchange, knowledge growth, value-adding, co-profit, profit distribution of electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service under collaborative business mode were studied.②Through analyzing of the decision-making elements of the electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service under collaborative business mode, the group decision-making process of maintenance service was established; based on the theory of reliability and maintainability, take it for the optimization goal to maximize the total revenue in equipment service life, maintenance period and maintenance time for the optimization variables, The models of maintenance period and maintenance time for life-type electromechanical equipment’s after-sale pre-maintenance with changing maintenance periods were established, and the change of pre-maintenance strategy was analyzed; the evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the spare parts suppliers for electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service were established, and the selection mechanism of spare parts suppliers was analyzed.③Through analyzing the characteristics and the mode change of spare parts purchasing in electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service, the demand model and purchasing model of electromechanical equipment’s spare parts in condition based maintenance service were established, the demand model and purchasing model of life-type electromechanical equipment’s spare parts in pre-maintenance service with equivalent period and changing period were established, and using Visual Fortran emulation program to calculate the optimal purchasing strategy of spare parts in equivalent period pre-maintenance service; two kinds of collaborative purchasing modes in electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service were proposed and their models were established.④According to the characteristic of collaborative business mode of electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service, the enabling technologies of this maintenance service were analyzed, including the technologies of network security, network communication, signal detection, fault diagnosis and a collaborative business platform named web-based collaborative business system of electromechanical equipment’s after-sale maintenance service, the mode of collaborative business system was analyzed, and the structural framework and functional structure of this system was designed in detail.
