【摘要】 高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育和管理工作的骨干力量,他们肩负着贯彻党的路线、方针和政策,培养社会主义现代化建设人才,引导大学生健康成长的重要使命。加强高校辅导员素质开发,是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育和维护高校稳定,全面贯彻党的教育方针,把大学生思想政治教育的各项任务落到实处的必然要求。当前,经济全球化、政治多极化和信息网络化不断发展,我国改革开放不断扩大和社会主义市场经济不断深入,经济成分、组织形式、就业方式、利益关系和分配方式日趋多样化,高等学校也在高等教育改革和发展中出现了许多新的情况。在此背景下,大学生思想活动的独立性、选择性、多变性和差异性日益增强,一些大学生不同程度地存在政治信仰迷茫、理想信念模糊、价值取向扭曲、诚信意识淡薄、社会责任感缺乏、艰苦奋斗精神淡化、团结协作观念较差、心理素质欠佳等问题。这些新情况、新问题,给大学生思想政治教育带来了挑战,也对高校辅导员素质提出了更高的要求。因此,在新的形势下,建设一支政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正的高素质辅导员队伍,已经成为一项极为迫切的重要任务。本研究以高校辅导员素质开发的内涵与特征、及表现形式为逻辑起点,以中共中央、国务院颁布实施的《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》和教育部颁发的《关于加强高等学校辅导员、班主任队伍建设的意见》等相关文件为依据,借鉴社会学、教育学、心理学、管理学等学科知识,对高校辅导员素质开发的历史与现状进行理论与实证研究,并在此基础上,探讨新时期高校辅导员素质开发的策略。具体如下:导论本章主要阐明高校辅导员素质开发研究的缘起、意义、现状及研究的基本思路、方法和创新之处等。第一章高校辅导员素质开发的内涵、特征及表现形式。本章主要分析高校辅导员的内涵、职责及工作特征、高校辅导员素质的内涵与特点、高校辅导员素质开发的内涵与特征,以准确把握高校辅导员素质开发的本质,并为后续研究奠定逻辑基础。第二章高校辅导员素质开发的历史回顾与启示。本章着重分析从民主革命时期到新时期高校辅导员素质开发的历程,并从中总结历史经验及启示。第三章高校辅导员素质开发的现状现状调查与思考。本章通过问卷调查、深度访谈等方法,对高校辅导员素质开发的现状进行了深入分析。通过分析把握高校辅导员素质开发的整体状况,开发的成绩与存在的问题及原因分析,为高校辅导员素质开发策略提供现实依据。第四章高校辅导员素质开发的对策。本章在前面分析的基础上,从政策和制度、培训、管理机制等方面对高校辅导员素质开发的策略进行分析,以期为新时期高校辅导员素质开发提供参考。结束语更多还原

【Abstract】 The team of College counselors is the backbone of college students’ ideological and political education and management. This team is shouldering the important mission of implementing the Party’s line, principles and policies, of fostering socialist modernization construction professionals and of guiding the healthy growth of college students. Enhancing the quality-exploration of this team will be helpful for not only strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students and maintaining stability in colleges and universities, but also for fully implementing the Party’s education policy. And it is also an inevitable requirement of implementing the ideological and political education of college students in various tasks. At present, as the constant development of economic globalization and political multi-polarization and information networks, and China’s reform and opening up constantly expanding and the socialist market economy constantly deepening. China’s economic sectors, forms of organization, means of employment, interests and the mode of distribution is becoming more diverse, Chinese universities and colleges are also confront a number of new conditions in the reform and development of higher education. In this context, the independence, selectivity, variability and difference of college students’ thinking enhances . some university students exist to varying degrees political beliefs confused, ideals and beliefs fuzzed, values distorted, integrity weak, social responsibility awareness lacked, spirit of arduous struggle diluted, the concept of unity poor, psychological quality poor. A solution to these new problems calls for a higher quality of college counselors. Therefore, in the new situation, to construct a team with strong political, strict discipline, and specialized technology has become an extremely urgent important task..This study takes the connotations and features of college counselor’ s quality-exploration as logical beginning, takes Marxism on the nature and comprehensive development theory and the quality-construction of the ranks of ideological and political education theory of the Party as a guide, and takes sociology, education, psychology, management science and other academic knowledge as references. This study does theoretical and empirical research on the content and present situation of college counselor’s quality-exploration, and on this basis, discusses the strategy of college counselor’s quality-exploration in the new time. Details are as follows.Introduction: This chapter mainly clarifies the origin and significance of college counselor’s quality-exploration, research status, basic ideas and methods , and innovation in this study.Chapter One: The connotations and features of college counselor’s quality-exploration. This chapter mainly analyzes on the connotations and features of college counselor’s quality and college counselor’s quality-exploration to accurately grasp the essence of college counselor’s quality-exploration and settle the logical foundation for the following research.Chapter two: Historical review and inspiration of college counselors’ quality-exploration . This chapter focuses on the history of college counselors’ quality-exploration from the period of democratic revolution to new era . According to that we can sum up historical experiences and historical enlightenment.Chapter three: The content of college counselors’ quality-exploration. Based on analyzing professional duties and work characteristics, this chapter focuses on researching contents of college counselor’s quality-exploration, such as ideological and political quality, knowledge, ability, physical and mental quality etc.Chapter four: Countermeasures of college counselor’s quality-exploration. Based on previous analyses, this chapter researches countermeasures of college counselor’s quality-exploration on policy and system, education and training, management mechanism, counselor’s self-cultivation etc, in order to provide references for college counselors’ quality-exploration.更多还原
