基于虚拟仪器和IEC61850标准的变电站设备在线监测系统的研究

【摘要】 电力设备较为理想的检修模式是状态检修,而电力设备状态监测与故障诊断是设备状态检修模式的基础。所以变电站设备在线监测技术日益显示出其重要性和必要性,是目前电力系统研究的热点之一。目前,电力设备在线监测还没有建立统一的技术标准,各厂商生产的分立的单设备在线监测装置,自成体系,因而组建在线监测网络系统存在技术障碍。IEC61850系列标准是关于变电站自动化系统与通信网络的最新国际标准,代表了今后数字化变电站的发展方向。其重要目的就是实现不同厂商设备之间的互操作性。目前世界各国,都在围绕IEC61850标准开展应用性研究。把变电站整体主要电力设备作为研究对象,构建网络化的分布式变电站设备在线监测系统,将IEC61850面向对象建模的思想和建模方法进行应用性研究,对该标准在我国电力系统自动化中的应用具有重要的现实意义。虚拟仪器技术是电子测量技术和计算机相融合的一项新技术。代表了未来仪器技术的发展方向。ARM微处理器是高性能的32位处理器,能嵌入实时操作系统、多任务运行。本文基于虚拟仪器技术和ARM微处理器,采用IEC61850标准面向对象建模的设计思想,对分布式变电站设备在线监测系统进行研究和应用。主要的研究工作和成果有:(1)将IEC61850标准应用于变电站在线监测系统设计,提出了分布式变电站设备在线监测系统通信网络统一建模方法。以变电站设备在线监测系统中的信息融合单元为例,将IEC61850的建模思想进行了实际应用。(2)基于ARM微处理器构建了分布式在线监测系统硬件平台,并嵌入μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统,组建数据通信网络。按照IEC61850采样值传输的应用层协议,实现了现场采样值信息通信在以太网上的映射。通过对数据采样、数据传输等联网测试试验,其性能达到设计要求。(3)分析了IEC61850标准的内涵,归纳总结了IEC61850的主要技术特征,包括变电站的功能分层、IED逻辑功能的分解与组合、面向对象的信息模型的抽象、变电站配置描述语言等。(4)基于虚拟仪器技术,利用LabVIEW图形化编程语言完成了在线监测系统主控机软件的开发,包括数据库系统开发、信息查询子系统软件的设计、根据规约对应用层数据的解析等。而且设计了基于一次设备接线图风格的图形界面,方便了运行人员的操作电力设备在线监测的目的是提高设备故障诊断的预见性和准确率,为维修决策系统提供依据,进而实现电力设备的状态维修,这将是一个长期的研究过程。以后应该在标准的建立,以及与数字化变电站自动化系统的互联、互通方面做一些深入研究,以实现数据共享,拓展现阶段变电站自动化系统的功能。

【Abstract】 The Condition-based Maintenance (CBM) mode is the ideal power equipment maintenance mode. Then the condition monitoring (CM) and fault diagnosis of the power equipment are the basis of the CBM mode. So the on-line CM and fault diagnosis of the power equipment in the substation are more and more important.No unified standards are established on the power equipment On-Line Monitoring System (OLMS) at present. The separate no-line monitoring devices from different manufactures are private system respectively, which did not support interoperability, so the technology barrier is existed in establishing on-line monitoring network. IEC61850, the last international standard for SAS, defines the communication between IEDs (Intelligent Electronic Devices) and substation system structure, which represents the future direction of digital substation. The purpose of IEC61850 is to enhance the interoperability among IEDs for building a seamless communication system. At present, the applied research is carried out around the IEC61850 standard all over the world. It would play an important role in practice for the application of object-oriented modeling theory defined in IEC61850 to put the whole substation equipment as an object of study and set up a distributed OLMS of the substation equipment network.Virtual Instrument (VI) technology, as a result of combination of computer technology and measurement technology, represents an important trend of instrument development. ARM-based microprocessor is high performance 32-bit microcontroller, which can be embedded RTOS (Real-Time Operating System) and be able to multi-task operation. The research and application of distributed OLMS of the substation power equipment based on VI and ARM microprocessor is carried out, and the object-oriented modeling techniques and theory of IEC61850 are used in the design of the OLMS of the substation power equipment. The main research results are as following:(1) Applies IEC61850 standard to the OLMS of substation equipment. A new method of unified modeling of distributed on-line monitoring of substation equipment is put forward, and the modeling theory of IEC61850 is used in the information merging unit of the on-line monitoring system of the substation equipment.(2) Based on the ARM microprocessor LPC2214 and the ROTSμC/OS-II, the design of the field testing unit is completed, and the data communication network is set up. According to the application layer protocol of sampled value message in IEC61850, the Ethernet mapping of the field sampled value communication is realized, of which performance meet design requirement through experimental verification.(3) The connotative meaning of the digital substation standard - IEC61850 is analyzed. The principal features of IEC61850 are discussed, including functional hierarchy, IED logical functions combination and decomposition, object-oriented modeling, and Substation Configuration description Language (SCL) and so on.(4) Based on VI technology, the master control software of the OLMS is developed with LabVIEW graphic programming language, including the development of the database system, information inquiry sub-program software system and so on. The Human Machine Interface (HMI) design is based on a special style which is similar to wiring scheme of primary device in power system., so it can bring more convenience to operators.The purpose of OLMS of the power equipment is to improve the accuracy of fauit diagnosis of the power equipment, and provide bases for state maintenance. The research on OLMS of the power equipment will be processed in long time. In future, the standard should be established and the interconnection and intercommunication between OLMS of the substation power equipment and digital substation automation system are should be researched farther. Then the function of digital substation would be increased.
