主动式协同产品开发平台关键技术研究

【摘要】 随着协同产品开发范围在深度和广度上的拓展,协同产品开发所涉及到的协同知识遽增,传统的以产品数据集成为目标的协同产品开发平台对日益复杂的业务知识运用能力不足已成为提高协同产品开发水平的瓶颈。本文以研究企业协同产品开发知识管理和运用的支撑平台为目标,提出了一套主动式协同产品开发平台体系。通过对多领域的产品智能模型的集成,将产品开发相关的业务知识纳入到平台中,形成平台的智能协同引擎;同时通过应用主动式规则技术和多智能代理技术,形成具有主动行为的使能模块集,能够主动感知协同者对产品数据的更改,并利用智能协同引擎进行更改影响分析,得到新的协同策略,然后再通过使能模块集主动执行协同策略。本文首先研究了主动式协同产品开发平台的相关理论、模型及其功能技术体系。阐述了主动式协同产品开发平台的基本概念、本质特征、功能特点、关键技术及体系结构。其次,本文对主动式协同产品开发平台的三个关键方面:主动协同的过程模型、支持主动协同的产品模型以及主动式协同下的安全环境进行了系统深入的研究。1)建立了一种基于活动理论和活动约束网络的过程模型,采用基于变量和知识体的方法来统一表达该模型。提出了一种基于两层活动模型的应用工具集成方法用于解决过程活动与应用工具的动态集成问题。2)提出了一种互联的多领域产品智能模型,该模型试图通过开放式的集成架构,以产品特征参数为连接纽带,将产品各部分、各阶段、各领域等多维度的智能模型联结起来,构成描述产品本质特征的多维度互联的智能模型网络。给出了基于互联的多领域智能模型网络的主动式数据协同方法及平台体系。3)引入了面向产品生命周期的主动权限概念,提出了一种基于规则的主动式访问控制模型L-RBAC模型,支持基于数据关联规则的访问控制。最后,在上述关键技术研究的基础上,开发了基于本文关键技术的功能模块面向产品全生命周期的主动式协同产品开发平台软件系统。阐述了基于SOA的主动式协同产品开发支撑系统的实现方法,介绍了几个关键功能的具体实现过程。同时,将本文的研究成果在企业进行应用,展示了一些相关的应用示例。

【Abstract】 As Collaborative Product Development (CPD) expands deeply and broadly, Product knowledge involved in collaboration becomes more and more complex. It constrains further efficiency enhancement of CPD that current Collaborative Product Development Platform (CPDP) haven’t integrate product development knowledge management into it’s service mechanism.The theory and related method of Active Collaborative Product Development Platform (ACPDP) are studied in this thesis in order to improve product development knowledge management capability. A framework for ACPDP is presented. Based on integrated management of production data in traditional CPDP, this framework focuses on management of product development knowledge. An intelligent collaboration engine has been constructed to integrate multi-domain product models in this framework. At the same time, activity-enabled function modules capable of actively perceiving data change from collaborators and obtaining collaboration strategies from intelligent collaboration engine are built. By applying active rule technology and multi-agent technology, these modules can actively execute collaboration strategies. The main contents of this thesis are arranged as follow:Firstly, relevant theories and models of ACPDP are studied. Basic concepts of ACPDP, and their intrinsic characteristics, functional features, key technologies and functional technology systems are introduced. Secondly, three key aspects of ACPDP, including active process model, active product model and active security model, are discussed in detail.(1) A process model based on activity theory and activity constraint network is proposed. Then activity logic and activity constraint of this process model are described based on oriented-object method and represented uniformly by variable and knowledge-body. A two-level activity model is proposed to improve flexibility of integration among workflow system and application tools.(2) A Linked Multi-domain Intelligent Product Model based on knowledge management proposed in this paper is a resolution to these requirements of active collaboration. In this model, all intelligent product models of each lifecycle phase, every product components, and every domain are connected through product characters and an intelligent model net that can express the product essence is construct. An active collaboration method of product data is proposed and an active collaboration framework of product data is introduced. It provides capability of actively perceiving and executing by utilizing agent technology based on linked multi-domain intelligent model net. (3) A Lifecycle and Role-based Access Control Model (L-RBAC) is introduced in this thesis. Access authorization based on access control rules through product lifecycle is achieved by this model.Finally, based on the above general architecture and related key technologies, a practical prototype system is given as an example. The implementation of the above key technologies in some ACPDP projects are introduced, which testified the advancement and practicability of this thesis’s research achievements.
