【摘要】 随着科学的不断发展与技术的不断进步,区域的物质内涵越来越丰富。区域的发展模式已由传统依托资源禀赋的比较优势转变为依靠区域自主创新的进步,创新已经成为区域经济发展中最重要的主线,区域创新系统日益成为区域科学、地理学、经济学、社会学、管理学等诸多学科共同研究的对象。本文系统地研究了区域创新系统的经典理论依据,探讨了区域创新系统的概念、特征、类型、结构、功能、模式,并针对我国老工业基地特殊的区情、发展路径和特有的机制,揭示了其创新系统建设的运行机理与功能优化途径,最后以东北老工业基地为实证区,以2000年-2006年七年间的数据为基础,对老工业基地区域创新系统与区域发展水平的相关性进行了测度,阐释了构建东北老工业基地创新系统的实现路径。全文共分七部分,分别为绪论、第一章、第二章、第三章、第四章、第五章和结论。论文的绪论部分遵循提出问题、分析问题、探索解决问题方法的思路,分析了区域创新系统发展的时代背景与国内外发展态势,论述了论文研究目的、研究意义、逻辑结构、研究内容、研究方法和技术路线。论文的第一章,按时间脉络系统的分析了区域发展理论与发展模式的演进,对区域创新系统的基础理论支撑,即区域发展理论、创新理论、现代系统科学理论、区域经济地理学理论等进行了归纳与述评。论文的第二章,对区域创新系统的概念、内涵、特征、类型、组织结构及功能等基本问题进行阐述,着重分析了区域创新系统的空间集聚与扩散机理、发展模式等问题。论文的第三章,从世界老工业基地的形成、发展、衰退规律着手,总结了西方老工业基地的复兴经验,分析了我国老工业基地创新系统分布格局与发育过程,重点讨论了我国老工业基地创新系统的空间结构、运行机制及其创新网络的形成,在此分析基础之上,对我国老工业基地创新系统的一般性发展途径进行了探究。论文的第四章,回顾了国内外对区域创新系统评价与测度的相关研究,构建出老工业基地区域发展水平和区域创新系统两套评价指标体系,以东北地区为研究案例,利用SPSS等统计软件,对二者进行了相关性分析,并根据得到的结论分析了区域创新系统对老工业基地的贡献过程与影响因素。论文的第五章,以东北地区区情分析为背景,得出东北地区创新系统构建的现实基础与存在的主要问题,从而提出东北地区创新系统的构建思路与对策,并重点探讨了东北地区创新系统的空间组织与模式选择等问题。最后是论文的结论部分,对全文进行结论性阐述,对整篇论文的主要贡献和不足之处进行全面总结。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the science and technology, regional substantial connotation is more enrichment. The mode of the regional development has changed from relying on resource gifts to depending on the regional independent innovation. Now, innovation is one of the most important main clues for the regional economic development. So, studying on the regional innovation system gradually becomes the common domain in the regional science, human geography, economics, sociology, management subject,etc. In this paper, the author researches the basal theory of the regional innovation system, discusses the concept, character, type, structure, function, pattern of the RIS. Accordingly, the author exposes the running mechanism and approach of function optimizing for the old & industry bases’innovation system aiming at their especial regional background, developing route and particular mechanism. At last, the author gives a case study of the Northeast old & industry base in China, designs its realization frame.The paper consists of seven parts including the preface, five chapters and the conclusion.The preface gives a discussion on the epoch background and developing situation of domestic and overseas following as bringing forward question, analyzing question, probing into the method for the resoving question. This part also includes an introduction of the researching intention, researching significance, logical structure, researching content, researching method and researching technical route.Chapter one analyzes the development courses of the regional developing theories and modes, concludes the basal support theories of the regional innovation system including regional economic theory, innovative theory, modern system science theory, regional economic geography theory.Chapter two expatiates on the Regional Innovation System from the static state and dynamic state, especially on the connotation, character, type, structure, function and pattern.In succession, construes the spatial convergency and spread as well as the Regional Innovation System modes, etc.Chapter three starts with the world famous old & industry bases’forms, development course, recessionary disciplinarian, sums up western old & industry bases’reconstruction experience, brings forward the growth and distributing of the old & industry bases’innovation system, discusses the spatial organize structures, running mechanism and the forming of innovative network, analyzes the main developing approaches for the innovation system of old & industry bases in China. Chapter four looks back the investigation status quo of the innovation system’s estimates, establishes the estimate index system of regional innovation system and old & industry base, example as Northeast of China, uses SPSS to testify their relevance relationship,and analyzes the contribute course and influence factors.Chapter five probes into the Northeast of China’s general situation, gains the realism foundation and problems of the construction of the Northeast innovation system, puts forward an argument for the Northeast regional innovation system’s established countermeasure, and discusses its dimensional organization and mode selection, etc.The conclusion generalizes the paper and points out its contributions and limitations.更多还原
