【摘要】 翻译研究,不仅与语言相关,更与文化、政治、历史的语境和概念息息相关。它与政治和文化的视域相重叠,在语言的转换之外,更触及不同国家、社会和政治体系之间的文化形态。作为政治与文化上举重若轻的问题,可以说,翻译已经成为一种隐喻,来映射某一典型时代至为敏感的种种现象。本篇论文探索了1949-1966年间英美诗歌翻译现象所蕴藏的本质。这十七年间的翻译,在政治权力的控制和左右下,沦为政治工具,逼使英美诗歌臣服于时代的狂热之下。本文的研究说明了翻译绝非中立的行为,也不只是单纯的文字转换活动,远离政治、意识形态和利益冲突。相反,翻译是一种文化和意识形态对另一种文化和意识形态的改造、变形与再创作。本文采取历史描述与理论阐释相结合、总体描述与个案研究相结合的方法,考察英美诗歌在“十七年”中国语境中的翻译、影响、传播。本文以多元系统论和操纵理论作为基本理论框架,分析意识形态、诗学、翻译规范以及翻译经典在具体文化语境的文化翻译中形成、嬗变和重要意义。本文还研究了诗歌翻译和诗歌创作的互动影响,来阐明诗歌激情的形成轨迹。最后针对目前翻译断代史研究存在的不足,对拓展翻译文学史研究方法提出了一些方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Translation today is as much about the translation of cultural, political, and historical contexts and concepts as it is about language. It touches upon political and cultural dimensions that concern not only the translations of languages but of cultural contexts between different countries, social, and political systems. Since the question of translation has become a politically and culturally crucial question, one can argue that translation can be regarded as a metaphor for some of the most sensitive phenomena in a typcial era.The paper explores the truth hidden behind the translation of English and American poems during the years from 1949 to 1966. Governed and controlled by political power, translation within these 17 years has unfortunately been reduced to a political tool with which all the English and American poems translated are forced subject to the mania a committed age. It proves that translation is far from neutral, nor is it merely a word conversion activity that stays away from politics, ideology and conflicts of interests. Instead, it is a form of culture and ideology that alters, distorts and recreates another form of culture and ideology.This thesis, by synthesizing historical description with theoretical interpretation, general description with case study, examines the translation, influence and acceptance of English and American poems with the historical context of that typical 17 years from 1949-1966 in China. Within the framework of Polysystem Theory and Manipulation Theory, the thesis also analyzes how ideology, poetics, translation norms and translation canons take shape, evolve and assume importance in literary translation in a certain cultural context. Besides, the thesis reveals the interaction between the poetry translation and poetry writing, to see how powerful feelings in poems overflow spontaneously. Finally, the thesis puts forward some tentative research method by which a remedy might be offered for the current historical studies of translation.更多还原
