无碱二元复合体系驱油技术与经济可行性研究

【摘要】 油田开发问题是一个经济问题,最终目标是利用最少的费用最大限度的采出地下原油,即花最少的钱,获得最高的采收率。大庆油田经过四十多年的高效开发,已进入高含水后期开发阶段,含水率已经全面达到90%以上,个别区块已经接近经济极限含水率98%。因此如何制定和评价高含水期的经济开发策略,在提高采收率技术允许的情况下,最大限度的节约成本,取得经济和技术的双丰收,是目前油田开发乃至实现“百年油田”宏伟目标的方针政策。本论文针对油田开发过程中进一步提高采收率的需要,以及三元复合驱配方中使用碱存在的一系列弊端,影响油田生产的现象,开展无碱二元复合驱油体系筛选和驱油效果研究。另外,为了给决策层提供选择和确定开发方案的依据,明确其技术可行性,通过静态和动态经济评价方法对投资方案进行了经济评价,并进行了盈亏平衡分析和敏感性分析,确定其经济可行性,而且首次利用模糊综合评价原理将二元复合驱技术成果和经济收益有机结合起来,对技术和经济指标进行综合分析,实现了对整个项目的技术经济可行性的综合判断,为改进投资决策、提高投资效益和管理水平提供了重要依据。通过大量的实验和研究,得出以下主要认识:1、通过35种不同类型表面活性剂的筛选,确定出的非离子表面活性剂/聚合物复合体系,在表面活性剂浓度0.1%-1.0%之间,可与大庆油田长垣不同地区(包括采油一至六厂)油水条件形成10-3mN/m数量级的超低界面张力;2、进行的人造岩心和天然岩心物理模拟驱油实验表明,无碱复合体系采收率可比水驱提高18个百分点以上;3、实际区块的经济效果评价表明,经济效益可观,内部收益率可以达到78.56%以上,投资回收期仅为2.19年,具有很好的可行性;4、盈亏平衡分析和敏感性分析结果表明,二元复合驱试验方案具有较高的盈利可能性和稳定性;5、利用模糊综合评价将技术和经济指标进行了有机结合,结果表明,其总体经济和技术可行性比较好。总之,通过室内试验和数值模拟技术明确了二元复合试验的必要性和技术可行性,并且利用技术经济评价方法对其进行分析,表明二元试验项目具有良好的经济可行性,提高了项目的投资决策水平。为目前大庆地区三次采油提供了新的技术思路和研究方向,为大庆油田4000万吨稳产计划提供有力的技术支持。

【Abstract】 Costing as little as possible to gain oil recovery ratio as big as possible is the final purpose of oilfield development activities. After high efficient development for more than 40 years in Daqing Oilfield, it has entered high watercut stage, and the water cut is higher than 90%, especially in some blocks, is near to 98%. So, how to make the development strategy at high watercut stage, and at the same time, to save money, is the key to achieve the goal of“Hundred Oilfield”.To improve the oil recovery, ASP flooding is an effective method, but because of the causticity of alkali, injection and gathering pipelines will easily be corrupted, normal production work will of course be influenced, so, injected agent without alkali should be studied. Its technology feasibility was proved by lab experiment and numerical simulation, and its economic feasibility was proved by static and dynamic economic assessment.On the basis of lots of experiment and study, we concluded as followings: 1. From 35 different kinds of surfactant, multi-system of non-ionic surfactant and polymer was selected, surfactant concentration is between 0.1% and 1.0%, this multi-system can form ultra-low IFT(10-3mN/m) with oil and water of Daqing oilfield; 2. Lab experiments with artificial cores and nature cores indicated an 18% OOIP above that of waterflood; 3.Economic assessment showed a good benefit, internal rate of return was above 78.56%, and investment recovery term was only 2.19 years, its feasibility was good; 4.Breakeven balance analysis and sensitivity analysis showed a good potential to gain a great economic efficiency; 5. Technical and economic indexes were united reasonably by fuzzy analysis method, and the comprehensive results indicated a good result.All the lab experiment and economic assessment show a good result of SP flooding, and this new method is a new technology method and a new direction for EOR method, and it will certainly supply important technology support to maintain 40,000,000 tons per year in Daqing Oilfield.
