【摘要】 政治安全是国家维护其政治利益免受威胁的能力和状态。在全球化背景下,国家政治安全被赋予了鲜明的时代特色,其重要性也日益凸现。本文以探讨国家政治安全的基本涵义为逻辑起点,考察了国家政治安全的理论,回顾、评述了中国政治安全观演变的历史与现状,分析了全球化进程加速后的世界政治新格局以及中国政治安全环境的变化,并对中国国家政治安全的维护提出了建设性思考。本文认为,在全球化背景下,非国家行为主体的不断壮大冲击着民族国家的主权;经济、科技的全球化模糊了国际政治与国家政治的边界;诸多非传统因素加大了民族国家在政治安全维护上的难度。在“一超多强”的国际政治新格局下,中国经济得以腾飞,政治压力得以缓解,周边安全环境得以改善。同时中国政治安全也面临四大挑战:西方的软遏制、民族问题的冲击、西方文化的渗透以及非传统政治安全因素的增多。面对挑战,我们必须不断深化政治、经济和社会体制改革,确保国家的长治久安;积极参与国际安全合作机制,维护和平与稳定;完善危机管理,应对非传统政治安全,从而有效维护中国政治安全。笔者运用多学科交叉的方法、层次分析法和领域分析法,分析中国政治安全面临的机遇和挑战,力图为中国政治安全的维护提供一条合理的路径选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 The political security is ability and state that the country safeguards its political interests and avoids being threatened. Under the globalization background, the national politics security has been given the distinct era characteristic safety, its importance is shown especially day by day too. This text regards probing into the basic meaning of the national politics security as the logic starting point, investigate the theory that national politics safety, review, comment Chinese political security view evolvement history and current situation, analyzed the changes of political new pattern of world after the globalization process is accelerated and Chinese political safety environment, and proposed constructive thinking to the maintenance with safe national politics of China.This text thinks, under the globalization background, strengthening the sovereignty of striking the nation-state constantly of non- national behavior subject; Border of the fuzzy international politics and national politics of globalization of economic, science and technology; A great deal of non-traditional factors have strengthened the degree of difficulty that the national country maintain and get on safely in politics. In "one super state and more Powerful countries" The international to be the political to be new under pattern, China can soar economy, can alleviate politics pressure, the safe environment of perimeter can be improved. At the same time Chinese politics security faces four major challenges: western soft containment, spreading terroristically, Infiltration of western culture and the increasing of non-traditional political safety factor. Face the challenge, we must deepen the political, economic and social system reform constantly, guarantee the national long-term stability; Participate in the international security cooperation mechanism actively, safeguard the peace and stability; Perfect the crisis to manage, deal with non-traditional politics security, thus safeguard Chinese politics to be safe effectively. I use the multi-disciplinary method, level analytic approach and analytic approach of the field that cross, analyzes opportunity and challenge that Chinese politics security faces, try hard to offer a rational route choice for maintenance with Chinese politic security.更多还原
