【摘要】 近年来,中小企业区域产业集群作为一种重要的经济组织形式,显示了强大的生命力和经济活力。集群可以使中小企业获取规模经济的优势,降低企业间的交易成本和生产成本。然而产业集群在发展中也出现了一些问题,突出表现在集群只重“聚集”,不重“联合”,缺乏从战略层到操作层的全方位、深层次的协同管理,从而导致产业集群的不稳定或脆弱性。通过协同管理,产业集群可以最大限度地发挥产业关联效应和协同效应,加速技术、人才等资源的合理流动与优化配置,强化集群的信息、知识溢出效应,促进成员企业核心能力的交叉组合与聚合突变以实现集体进化和发展壮大。本文以协同学理论为基础,针对产业集群的特点,从管理角度和信息技术角度深入研究了产业集群的协同问题。本文首先从管理机制上对产业集群的协同管理进行了研究,给出了产业集群协同管理的概念,阐明了协同管理的基本原则,并提出了横向协同和纵向协同两种协同管理模式。然后,详细研究了产业集群协同管理的形成机制、运行机制、群体协同决策机制并论述了产业集群协同管理的主要内容。信任是产业集群协同管理的基础和最重要的驱动因素。本文研究了信任对产业集群协同管理的重要性,论述了产业集群协同信任关系的构建过程和发展维护机制,构建了企业综合信任度的评价指标体系并提出了企业综合信任度的灰色评价方法以作为合作伙伴选择的依据。产业集群的协同管理离不开信息系统的支持。本文在分析了产业集群协同管理信息支撑平台需求特点的基础上,构建了基于X列表和SOA技术的产业集群协同管理信息支撑平台框架,研究了基于服务的分布式工作流技术并建立了相应的工作流模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, small and medium-sized enterprises regional industrial cluster shows powerful vitality and economy energy as an important economy organization form. The small and medium-sized enterprises can get the advantage of economies of scale and cut down the transaction costs and manufacture costs. But some problems occur with the development of industrial cluster, these problems centralized on the lack of overall and deeply collaborative management. The cluster over emphasizes conglomeration but ignores cooperation that brings the cluster’s instability or fragility.The cluster can bring the greatest effects of industrial correlation and synergy with collaborative management, also it can promote the flow and optimized deposition of enterprise resource such as technology and human resource. At the same time, collaborative management of industrial cluster can strengthen the effect of over-flow of information and knowledge, accelerates the member enterprises’ability overlapping combination and polymerization mutation in order to make the industrial cluster evolve collectively and grow greatly. In this dissertation, the collaborative management of industrial cluster is thoroughly studied on the aspect of management and information technology base on synergetics and industrial cluster’s characteristics.The mechanism of industrial cluster’s collaborative management is firstly studied, the concept of industrial cluster’s collaborative management is given, and the basic principle of collaborative management is expatiated, also two collaborative management modes are put forward, they are transverse collaboration and lengthways collaboration. Next, the formation mechanism, operation mechanism and group decision mechanism of industrial cluster’s collaborative management are studied in detail. At last, the main content of industrial cluster’s collaborative management is discussed.Trust is the basis and the most important driving factor of industrial cluster’s collaborative management. The importance of trust for industrial cluster’s collaborative management is studied, the formation process and development mechanisms of industrial cluster’s trust relationship are discussed. At last, the evaluation frameworks of enterprise’s comprehensive trust level are built and grey evaluation method of enterprise’s comprehensive trust level is given in order to select the proper cooperation partners.The collaborative management of industrial cluster depends on the support of information system. After analyzing the demand characteristics of information support platform, the framework of information support platform based on BOX and SOA is built. At the same time, distributed Workflow based on Web Service is studied and corresponding Workflow mode is built.更多还原
