【摘要】 城市中心城区边缘区是城市扩展和城市化发展过程中,城市与乡村各种要素功能相互作用、相互渗透所形成的独特地域。在我们这样一个发展中国家,该区域在城市发展中变化速度更快,矛盾也更为错综复杂,其空间的发展与演化已经成为城市空间发展的必要一环,对于城市的综合发展有着重要的实践意义。论文运用系统的分析理论和分析方法,在学习、分析和总结国内外相关理论和研究成果的基础上,进行理论的综合提炼,从城市设计的角度出发,运用城市规划和建筑设计的基本原理和方法,探讨了中心城区边缘区空间构成的技术手段和操作方法。文章除了第一章绪论和第八章结语外,又分为六个主要章节。第二章:对城市中心城区边缘区的概念、界定方法和理论研究等进行阐述和分析;第三章:通过东西方城市边缘区的发展比较,重点阐述我国城市中心城区边缘区的历史发展和演化阶段;第四章:对城市边缘区空间形态发展进行多角度的研究,总结其发展演变的历史特征,分析其形成的动力机制,探索其变化的影响因素;第五章:运用现代的空间发展理论,结合我国的具体实际,探索提出现阶段我国城市中心城区边缘区空间发展的“核心——聚落”式的理想模式;第六章:鉴于前面的基础研究,从城市设计的角度,探索具体的解决思路和对策,并对其空间塑造的实施提出具体的保障手段和控制措施;第七章:运用论文的研究成果,对天津城市边缘区空间形态构成与发展进行理论研究和分析,提出合理和理想的空间拓展解决方案。总之,论文通过理论研究与应用研究相结合,强调了对城市中心城区边缘区发展的组织调控和治理引导,并以此来探求中国城市化空间的可持续发展之路,以空间的发展来促进城市各方面的协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban fringe of central city is a special area formulate by mutual effect and mutual permeating of all city and countryside factors in the course of city expansion and urbanization. In a developing country like us, the faster development it enjoys, the more complex contradiction it may encounter. We can see that in the course of city space expansion, the development and evolvement of urban fringe is a very important step for urban space expansion. It has practice significance in our city development. Based on study and summarization of related theory and research achievement, with the use of systematic analysis, the thesis extracts essence from them. And in the view of urban design, it also tries to find practice measure of urban fringe space construction by means of city planning and architecture design.The thesis has six main chapters in addition to instruction and conclusion. Chapter two: introduces the concept, space range and theory study of urban fringe of central city; Chapter three: by comparison on domestic and western cases, states the development and historical period of urban fringe of big city in China; Chapter four: with different view point of space pattern of urban fringe, sums up the historical character, development features, motive force system of it; Chapter five: on the basis of the actual situation in China, probes into an ideal development mode of“core-settlement”for urban fringe space development; Chapter six: tries to find specific city planning measure of urban fringe space construction; Chapter seven: seeks sustainable development of China urbanization space structure by case study of Tianjin.The thesis combines dispersive theoretical research with practical application and puts emphasis on organization and governance of urban fringe. In order to lay foundation for harmonized development of all city function, the thesis wants to seek sustainable development of China urbanization space structure.更多还原
