管理科学与工程类学科专业本科教育教学发展战略若干问题研究

【摘要】 进入21世纪,高等教育的发展已成为我国进一步提高国民素质、实施科教兴国战略的关键环节。随着我国经济的高速发展,管理科学与工程类学科高等教育教学的环境也发生了重大变化,高等教育教学的理念、模式及内容也进行着不断的变革。本文系统地分析、研究了管理科学与工程类学科的起源与发展及其实践规律,对管理科学与工程类学科的概念进行了合理的定位,构建了科学的管理科学与工程学科体系。在大量数据分析和实证调研的基础上,揭示了我国社会经济发展对本学科人才的实际需求,以及高等教育教学发展的内在规律,同时对国内外同类专业的发展进行了比较研究,并借鉴了发达国家的成熟经验。在结合我国管理科学与工程类学科发展环境特点的基础上,深入分析了目前我国管理科学与工程类学科专业本科教育教学的现状,指出了目前存在的主要问题。论文阐明了管理科学与工程类学科的学科特征,根据研究成果,并结合学科特征,运用基于格栅获取的模糊Borda数分析法,建立了较为完整的管理科学与工程类学科教育教学水平的评价指标体系。同时采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法、系统工程中的逼近理想解排序方法(TOPSIS法)及聚类分析法,优化设计了本学科的培养目标及其下设的工程管理、工业工程、信息管理与信息系统和管理科学四个专业的专业课程设置,提出了适应新的培养模式的教学手段和教学方法,确立了全方位地加强师资队伍建设的合理方案。本文对管理科学与工程类学科专业本科教育教学发展的相关问题进行了深入研究,制定了本学科教育教学发展战略,以期对高等学校相关学科专业的教育教学提供有益参考。目的在于培养出高质量的管理科学与工程类学科专业人才。

【Abstract】 In the 21st century, the development of higher education has become the key factor in further improving the citizen’s quality. With the economic development of China, great changes have taken place in the teaching environment of higher education of Management Science and Engineering (MSE) disciplines. The teaching concepts, modes and contents of higher education keep on reforming.This thesis systematically analyzes and studies the origin, development and regulation in the process of practice of MSE disciplines. In this thesis, a reasonable concept of MSE disciplines is defined and a scientific system for MSE disciplines is established.Based on a great lot of demonstration investigation and data analysis, this thesis presents the actual talents demand of the MSE disciplines in undergraduate caused by the social and economic development in 21st century and the inherent development rule of higher education. Meanwhile, comparative research is carried out on the development of MSE disciplines between China and foreign countries, and mature experience from the developed countries is extracted in the study. This thesis also points out the main problems in the undergraduate teaching actuality of MSE disciplines.This thesis establishes the Evaluation Index System for the education level of the MSE disciplines, by using fuzzy Borda number analytical method based on raster data acquisition. DEA method, TOPSIS method and Clustering Analytical method are applied to optimize the design of training objectives of MSE disciplines and the courses of its subordinate disciplines, such as Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Management and System, Management Science. This thesis brings forward teaching method and teaching means for new training mode and creates faculty construction solution.This thesis establishes development strategy for undergraduate education through the survey of the development for undergraduate education of MSE disciplines, aimed to provide a beneficial reference to education of MSE disciplines. The purpose of this thesis is to train high-quality talents of MSE.
