第四方物流供应链风险管理研究

【摘要】 随着第四方物流在全球范围内的迅速发展,基于第四方物流新型运作模式的第四方物流供应链应运而生。第四方物流供应链的风险管理也成为一个重要研究课题。本论文运用系统论、博弈论、综合评价、可靠性分析等理论和方法,研究第四方物流供应链风险管理的相关问题。首先,定义了有关第四方物流供应链风险管理的一系列概念,并对关于第四方物流和供应链风险研究的相关结果进行了评述。然后,对第四方物流供应链的成员构成及其职能和相互关系予以描述,给出单级和多级第四方物流供应链的系统结构模型;阐明了第四方物流服务商的职能、能力要求和来源渠道;描述了第四方物流供应链系统的运作流程,并结合实例说明了第四方物流供应链决策支持系统的功能。接着,分析了第四方物流供应链内外两方面的风险因素及其形成机理;在此基础上,分别构建了基于层次分析与矩阵分析相结合的因素综合评估模型,和基于成员企业可靠性分析的层级综合评估模型,并给出了前者的一个算例。最后,针对风险控制中的成员选择问题,给出了一个基本流程框架,建立了基于模糊评价的多因素“满意相似度”评价模型,并结合运输商评价给出了算例;分析了第四方物流供应链系统协调控制模式和基于委托-代理机制的第四方物流供应链合作协调模式;提出了第四方物流供应链利益分配的原则及基本模式,并对不同合作模式下第四方物流供应链利益分配模式进行分析,明确了保证成员稳定合作的条件。

【Abstract】 With the worldwide rapid development of the Fourth Party Logistics (4PL) , the Fourth Party Logistics Supply Chain (4PLSC) based on its new model occurs. The risks management of 4PLSC has become an important research topic.System Theory, Game Theory and the methods of comprehensive evaluation and reliability analysis are used to solve the problems of the risks management of 4PLSC.First, a series of concepts relevant to risks management of 4PLSC are defined, and the research results about 4PL and risks management of SC are commented.Secondly, the members of 4PLSC and the functions and relationship of them are described. Based on it, the model of system structure of single & multiple 4PL are given. The functions, abilities demand and resources of 4PL supplier are discussed either. The operation process of 4PLSC is given, and the functions of the decision support system on it are explained by an example.Thirdly, the factors of Indigenous Risk and Exogenous Risk and their formation mechanism are discussed. A factors-based evaluation model in which the combination method of Analytic Hierarchy Process and risk matrix is used is given along with a case study. A structure-based evaluation model through the reliability analysis of members is given too.In the end, a basic process frame for the selection of the members to control the risks is given. A“satisfaction similarity coefficient”model based on multi- factor Fuzzy Assessment is established and is applied to assess the transporters. Then the model of controlling and cooperation based on Principle-Agent are analysesed. The rulers and models of profit distribution are given. The models under diferrent cooperation forms are described, and the conditions to maintain the cooperation stability are given.
