【摘要】 二十一世纪世界各国的医疗服务体系随着社会经济生活的发展正面临着要求变革的巨大压力。医疗卫生需求的不断变化、基础医学研究的不断深入、医疗技术手段的日新月异、以及医疗诊断和治疗设备的更新换代,推动了医疗行业不断向前发展,同时,也对医疗服务的载体——医疗建筑不断提出新的要求。医疗建筑不得不通过各种新建、改造和扩建的手段以及相关技术措施对医疗设施进行不断的更新。医疗建筑是所有民用建筑中最为复杂和特殊的建筑类型之一,正是这些复杂性和特殊性使医疗建筑区别于其它建筑,形成了独特的专业设计领域。本课题研究医疗建筑改建与扩建,在掌握医疗建筑设计科学、系统的理论思想和设计方法的基础上,通过医疗建筑发展趋势和使用者需求等方面的研究,寻求医疗建筑改扩建中的问题与矛盾所在、协调与解决的途径,以及建筑师的立场和对策。论文从策划、总体布局规划、单体设计这三个主要阶段来研究医疗建筑改扩建的设计方法和技术策略,同时深入分析各个阶段中不同学科、不同专业之间存在的各种矛盾及其解决途径,以及医疗建筑改扩建中学科之间和专业之间的相互协作和技术支持。同时系统论述了医疗建筑改扩建应该贯穿始终的节能设计和节能改造,强调要充分考虑医疗建筑自身的环境设计以及对周围环境的影响,使医疗建筑的改扩建不仅是完善医疗功能、改善医疗环境,而且是能节约社会资源和对环境负责任的建设行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 In twenty-one century, medical service systems in many countries are faced with huge press of reformation. Demands of medical treatment change constantly, basic medicine research develops continually, medical technology changes quickly, and medical equipments for diagnoses and therapy always upgrade. All these changes advance the development of medical treatment, and also request medical architecture that is the carrier of medical service to renew through creating new buildings or renovating and extending existing buildings.Medical architecture is one type of the most complex and especial architectures, which differentiates medical architecture from others, and comes into being the special field for design. This paper is about the renovation and extension of medical architecture. Based on mastery of scientific and systemic theory and methods for medical architecture design, I want to find the problems and contradictions in the renovation and extension of medical architecture, approaches to assort with or solve the problem, and architects’standpoint and countermeasure.The paper researches on the design methods and techniques of medical architecture in three phases——architecture programming, planning, and architecture design, deeply analyses diversified contradictions between different subjects and specialties in three phases and approaches to solve them, and cooperation and technique sustenance between subjects and specialties in the renovation and extension of medical architecture. The paper discusses systemically about the energy-efficient design in the renovation and extension of medical architecture, emphasizes on the environmental design in medical architecture and influence to surroundings. In a word, the renovation and extension of medical architecture is not only to perfect medical function and improve medical environment, but also to economize the social resources and responsible for the environment.更多还原
