发电设备状态维修决策理论与方法研究

【摘要】 发电企业的设备日趋大型化和复杂化,对设备的维护要求越来越高。传统计划检修引起设备过修或失修,造成企业维修资源的巨大浪费,针对不同设备采用合理的维修方式,是解决问题的有效手段。本文对设备状态维修决策理论和方法进行了研究,以提高设备运行可靠性和安全性,降低维修费用,增强企业竞争力。分析了传统计划维修的优缺点,提出了以RCM为基础的设备状态维修决策方法,建立了RCM分析模型,进一步研究了故障模式、影响及危害度。在定性分析的基础上,以故障影响严重度、故障发生概率和可检测性为评价要素,提出了设备故障模式重要度的风险定量分析方法。有助于企业针对不同设备科学合理地选择维修方式。针对发电设备不同的故障发生率和关键性,提出了以点检维护和在线监测相结合的状态检修策略。介绍了维修管理工作中的状态监测和故障诊断技术,论述了监测诊断系统的整体构架和软件功能。系统提供了设备运行状态信息,为实施设备状态维修打下了基础。介绍了状态维修的基本思想,提出了一种开展状态维修的工作流程和利用设备可靠度确定状态监测周期的方法。根据设备状态的模糊性,利用模糊集理论和层次分析方法,在计算设备劣化度的基础上,建立了设备状态评价模型,满足了企业实施状态维修的需要。详细分析了企业设备管理的主要业务流程。在此基础上,利用IDEF方法建立了基于状态监测和故障诊断的设备管理系统的功能模型。通过详细分析系统的信息结构,构建了系统数据模型。综合采用了计算机技术、网络技术、数据库技术和基于角色的访问控制技术开发了整个系统,为企业开展综合状态维修提供了强有力的工具,实现了监测诊断和维修管理信息的统一,保证了状态维修的实施。

【Abstract】 With the larger and complicated trend of equipments in power plant, it requires high maintenance. The traditional planned maintenance can bring about“too early or too late”maintenance, which cause a great of loss. It is an effective means to adopt the right maintenance for different equipments. In order to enhance the reliability and security of equipment, reduce maintenance costs, and improve the competitiveness of enterprise, the theory and methods of condition-based maintenance decision making for equipment in power plant are studied in this dissertation.The advantages and disadvantages of planned maintenance are analyzed, and the theory and methods for maintenance decision making based on RCM are put forward in this dissertation. The RCM model for analyzing is conducted, in which fault mode, effect and criticality are analyzed. Based on the qualitative analysis, a quantitative analysis method for the essentiality of fault mode is proposed, which evaluation factors include fault criticality, probability and detectability, and this method is helpful for enterprise to select the right maintenance for different equipments.According to the probability and essentiality of equipments, a strategy of on-line and off-line maintenance is brought forward in this dissertation. Condition monitor and fault diagnosis technology for equipment management are introduced, and the system structure and functions are discussed in detail. The operating information of equipment is put forward, which can be used to implement condition-based maintenance.After the introduction of condition-based maintenance, we put forward its working flow. A method for equipment condition monitoring cycle is proposed by using the reliable data of equipment. According to the vague of equipment state, an evaluation model for equipment is constructed by using fuzzy theory on the basis of the deteriorative degree, which can meet the requirements of the implementation for CBM.The main business processes for equipment management are analyzed in detail, and the function models for the equipment management system based on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis are proposed by means of IDEF. Through the analysis of system information, the data model is constructed. Based on the proposed function and data models, the system is developed by combining computer, network, database and PRAC technology, which can act as a power tool to successfully guarantee the CBM in power plants.
