基于开放体系的机电设备可重构监测系统研究

【摘要】 为促进在我国企业加快推广实施设备故障诊断和状态监测技术,本课题针对国内大多数企业设备种类繁多、但设备总量不多的现状,采用集成化设计思想,在基于状态监测的网络化设备管理信息系统的构架下,以单一高性能8位SOC平台作为核心MCU,集系统控制和运算于一身,速度和效率部分的达到了32位MCU的相应水平,并基于此构建机电设备监测终端,同时通过加密的设置可以实现知识产权保护,满足了后续研究的需要,并为该装置的最终投产打下了良好的基础。在系统电子电路集成方面,设计一种高效率低纹波的开关电源模块替代原有模块,使电源驱动能力增强,输出特性得到很大改善。根据所测电噪声结果,定义10Hz为高低频信号的分界点,并基于此在后续信号预处理电路中采用反馈式变频器模块完成对宽范围信号的预处理,特别对其中的一些关键模块的功能进行了说明。通过对滤波器的分析及现场测试的需要,采用基于现场可重构模拟器件技术搭建滤波器组,可以在现场通过微处理器方式对芯片进行配置,不仅可以使滤波器频率根据需要进行改变,同时还可以使滤波器类型根据现场的具体情况进行改变。在机电设备管理信息系统中,权限的设置尤为重要,本课题将权限管理的思路应用到智能监测终端中,制定相应的PC机与监测终端之间的协议,通过USB接口进行路径信息和权限信息的通信,保证了数据的安全性和有效性,并在此基础上开发了基于Nor型Flash代码精简的路径文件管理系统,完成了包括存储空间管理、文件管理、目录管理、断电保护等嵌入式文件系统必须的功能。在SOC平台基础上,重点讨论了与之相对应的设备驱动程序的封装,并引入RTOS─TDNCOS,缩短了系统软件开发周期,增强了系统稳定性,也能满足系统的实时性要求,在此SOC平台使用超频和倒位序算法对FFT算法进行了移植,并讨论了嵌入式开放结构下的任务结构以及在本系统中移植需要注意的问题。

【Abstract】 In order to accelerate the development of the equipment fault diagnosis and condition monitoring technology in the enterprise of our country, mostly of which have more types and less amount of equipments, based on the construction of the network condition monitoring equipment management information system using integrated ideas, single 8-bit SOC plant was used as core MCU accomplished the system control and calculate function, which speed and efficiency partly reach that of the 32-bit MCU, based on which the electromechanical equipment monitor unit was constructed, and program enciphering was finished through setup corresponding parameters, which meet the demand of the research and smooth the way for the manufacture of this unit. Through analysis on the filter and the field test demand, the filter set was established in order to change the types and the frequency of the filters in the field and achieve the better effect based on the new field reconfigurable analog device according to the microprocessor arrangement mode.The high efficiency and low ripple switching power supply module was designed instead of the intrinsic module, at the same time, according to the noise result measured, the cutting point of the high and the low frequency was defined as 10 Hz, based on which the frequency-varying sample data device was used in the signal preconditioning circuit to realize the precondition of the broad range signals.In the equipment management information system, the setup of the access control was more important, the access management idea was applied to the data collect unit, with the USB communicating with the PC to exchange the route and the weight information to ensure the safety and the validity of the data. As above-mentioned, the route file system based on the Nor Flash was found,which included the functions such as memory administration, File administration, index administration and power-off protection.The embedded open system RTOS-TDNCOS was transplanted into this SOC plant, which can meet the demand of the real time and the stability of the unit, and shorted the development cycle, the driver program was encapsulated in the system with the certain modern too. Through working in the Bit-Reverse mode and in the frequency beyond the Rated frequency, the FFT arithmetic was transplanted into the embedded system and its performance was tested, which proved that this mode is feasible entirely.
