论思想政治教育的马克思人学基础

【摘要】 我国已进入改革发展的关键时期,经济体制深刻变革,社会结构深刻变动,利益格局深刻调整,思想观念深刻变化。这给思想政治教育领域带来了前所未有的挑战,也对思想政治教育的理论创新提出了迫切的要求。借助马克思人学理论的睿智和深邃,在对传统思想政治教育忽视人或对人片面性理解的批判性反思的基础上,对思想政治教育中诸多重大问题进行人学世界观和方法论及价值观的指导和统摄,真正把思想政治教育看成是人的教育,思想政治教育过程是人之生成的过程,从而构建人的全面发展的目标,无疑具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。本文通过对马克思人学思想的梳理,发现马克思对人的研究是一种倚重整体把握人的历史形成及其实践丰富性的过程,是一种从人的多样性存在审度人的本质的过程,是一种把人的价值放在首位始终关注人的自由全面发展的过程。人的存在论、人的本质论、人的发展论构成马克思人学思想的基本内容。本文从这三个部分出发,分别阐明现实的人、人的需要、人的主体性、人的价值、人的发展与思想政治教育的内在逻辑关系,揭示出马克思人学理论是思想政治教育的理论基础。思想政治教育只有以马克思人学为指导,才能为思想政治教育的存在和发展提供根本依据和合理性解释,才能促进思想政治教育学科的更大发展,也才能推动思想政治教育实践的发展。

【Abstract】 Entering the crucial period of reform and development, China has experienced profound changes in economic system, social structure, the pattern of interests and ideology of its people, which have given rise to unprecedented challenges to the Ideological and Political Education (IPE), and as a result, the theoretic innovation in the field is thought to be pressing. With the help of the wisdom and thoroughness of Marxist Human Science and on the basis of critical reflection to the traditional IPE which ignores human or holds only one-sided interpretation on human, it is undoubtedly of magnificent theoretical and practical significance to guide and dominate many major issues of the education with the theory of human on the world outlook and methodology and values, to truly regard the IPE as people’s education and the process of the education as the process of people’s elevating, and thereby, to construct the objective of people’s comprehensive development.Through closely studying the thoughts of Marxist Human Science, three aspects of the theory are found: in the first place, the study of human was a process that emphasized an overall understanding of human’s historical formation and the richness of human’s practices; second, the study was a process that penetrated the nature of human from the diverse existences of human; lastly, it was also a process that put the value of human in the utmost important place and always concerned the free and comprehensive development of human beings. To conclude, the basic content of Marxist Human Science consists of the existence of people, the essence of human and the development of human being. Starting from the three parts, the dissertation clarifies the IPE’s internal logical relationship with people in reality, people’s needs, and the subjectivity of human, the value of human and human development. And it reveals that Marxist Human Theory is the theoretical foundation of the IPE. Only with the guidance of Marxist Human Science can we find a foundation and reasonable explanations for the existence and development of the IPE; only with the guidance of the theory can there be greater development in the discipline; only with the guidance can the practice of the IPE be promoted.
