【摘要】 民族是一个社会共同体,将这一共同体联系在一起的核心纽带是文化,正是文化构成了民族的内在特性和外在表现,这使得任何对民族问题的探讨都离不开社会和文化这两大议题,民族关系问题亦不例外。由于“民族”是古老的族类观念在漫长历史中递嬗的结果,反映了整体社会模式扩大后用文化整合社会关系的需要;“关系”是共时性背景下的互动,涉及关系主体的内外结构与个体的行动;这为我们以社会和文化变迁为基础,将历时性和共时性的分析相结合,在结构与行动的双重视野下讨论民族关系提供了合理性。基于以上原因,本研究将民族和民族关系置于历史的进程中,以近现代社会变迁为背景,通过这一变迁引发的国家性质和民族社会内外结构的变化分析,探讨了近现代以来,尤其是改革开放以来西部民族关系的发展、变化。本研究认为:改革开放以来,中国的社会和文化结构发生了巨大变化,伴随着社会、文化结构的变化,中国西部的民族关系发展到了一个新的历史阶段,经济、政治、文化各领域的交往全面展开,民族关系开始建立在经济、政治和文化各领域利益密切相连的基础上,平等、团结、互助的新型民族关系得以确立。但由于历史和现实的原因,民族之间的社会、经济、文化差异并未完全消除,民族平等、团结还存在着一些障碍。对于当代中国西部民族关系问题的解决,需要我们在解决社会总问题的框架下,以人与自然的和谐为基础,以人与社会、民族与民族、民族与国家关系的和谐为核心,通过发展经济、保障权益、尊重文化、共享成果、共同繁荣来实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nation is a social community, the Community be linked by the core bond culture, what made up of intrinsic characteristics and external performance of the nation’s, any decision on the nation issue can not be separated from these two issues society and culture, nation relations is no exception.As the "nation" is the oldest kind in the concept of the vicissitudes of a long history, reflect the overall pattern of expanded relations with the needs of social and cultural integration; "Relationship" is the background of synchronicity interaction involve structural conditions and the individual action, so as to the basis of our social and cultural changes, and provided a reasonable discussion of nation relations under the dual vision of the structure and action.On this grounds , this study analyzed the changing of national relationships caused by the changing of state and social structure, exception the reform and opening up take placed in China. All this study take the social structure changing as the basic. this paper holds that Since the beginning of reform and opening up, China has undergone tremendous changes in society and culture, along with it China’s nation relations to a new historical stage, the economic, political and cultural exchanges in various fields full swing, nation relations established on the basis of common interests closely linked. A new-type relationship has been established on equality, unity, mutual aid. However, as social, economic and cultural differences between nations, and the relative equality and unity are not complete. There are so many problems in nation relations. To solve the problem of Contemporary Chinese nation relations. We need to solve in the framework of the social problems and based on the harmony between man and nature, concentrates on the relationships coordination of people with society, minority with minority, and minority with country, through economic development , right gurantee, culture respect, result sharing and common prosperity to achive.更多还原
