职前教师教育中的学习环境研究

【摘要】 论文通过文献调研回顾了近些年国内外职前教师教育领域进行的主要变革,其中期望通过制度性改革和职前教师教育课程与教学内容改革来提高职前教师培养质量是主要变革的模式,而忽视教师文化、忽视职前教师的学习、缺少一个具有浓郁的教师文化的学习环境则是职前教师教育存在的主要问题。论文对分布式认知、情境认知学习理论进行了文献分析,探讨了其对职前教师教育及学习环境设计的指导意义;同时对传统的职前教师教育中的学习环境及其特征进行了分析,认为这样的学习环境可能会造就封闭的、有限资源的、单向的、以知识为主的和个体的内隐学习,职前教师没有主动、自觉地从整个人类教师文化中吸取养分,不利于职前教师的学习、发展,教师教育者也没有主动构建这样的学习环境以有利于职前教师的学习,因此,本文提出超越课程、以教师文化为核心构建新型的职前教师学习环境。论文讨论了构建职前教师教育学习环境的的四个基本原则:(1)学习者中心原则;(2)社会化的教师文化建构原则;(3)情境化的学习境脉原则;(4)混合学习的技术支撑原则。论文以《中学物理教学论》课程中“中学物理概念教学”一单元内容为例,重点分析了其中的教师文化发展的历程,探究设计基于建构主义思想的职前教师学习环境及其内容案例,并进行了实践研究。

【Abstract】 This dissertation has reviewed recent main transformations in the field of domestic and overseas pre-service teachers’ education by literature investigation. Among those transformations, the expectation to improve the quality of pre-service teachers’ education through institutional reform as well as improvement of curriculum and teaching contents of pre-service teachers’ education is considered to be the main pattern of the transformation. Meanwhile, the neglect of the teacher culture and the pre-service teacher’s study, and the lack of learning environment which has rich teacher culture are the main problems in the pre-service teachers’ education.The dissertation has analysed the learning theories about distributed cognition and situated cognition, and has discussed their guiding significance on the pre-service teachers’ education and the design of learning environment. In the meantime, by having analysed the learning environment and its character of the traditional pre-service teachers’ education, the author deems that such learning environment would possibly bring up closed, resource limited, knowledge-guided, and individual implicit learning. On one hand, the pre-service teachers have not derived nutrients from the entire human teacher culture on their own, which goes against the learning and the development of the per-service teachers; on the other hand, teacher educators also have not constructed such learning environment which is beneficial to the learning of the pre-service teachers. Therefore, this dissertation proposes that, apart from curriculum, new learning environment for pre-service teachers should be constructed under the kernel of teacher culture.The dissertation have discussed the four principles of constructing the learning environment for the pre-service teachers: (1) learner-based principle; (2) the principle of the construction of the socialized teacher culture; (3) the principle of situated learning context; (4) the principle of taking mixed learning as technical support. This paper takes the unit of "physics conception teaching in middle school " from Middle School Physics Pedagogy as an example, mainly analyzing the development course of teacher culture, designing cases about the learning environment of the pre-service teachers and the context based on Constructivist views, and making an experimental research on it.
