【摘要】 区域经济的进步和工业化的发展,离不开外部推动力量的作用,综观世界工业化的时空进程,接受外部地区的产业发展带动已成为区域经济发展的一种基本方式。而区域的制造业扩散就是外部推动的主要力量,它是产业由一个区域扩散外移到其他区域的经济现象,是对接受扩散地区形成外部推动力的外在变量,同时也是经济规律与空间规律共同作用的结果。本文基于前人对扩散和制造业扩散的诸多理论研究成果的基础上,针对当前中国东南沿海地区劳动密集型制造业的地理扩散现象进行研究,同时将其与振兴东北老工业基地的实践结合起来,探讨东北老工业基地承接东南沿海地区劳动密集型制造业扩散的外部推动,以加快和推进老工业基地改革与振兴的问题。本文主体部分共分五章:第一章是区域工业化的“外部推动”与制造业扩散,探讨区域经济发展的两种方式——“内生发展”和“外部推动”,提出接受“外部推动”是实现区域发展和工业化的重要方式,进而研究作为“外部推动”的主要力量——国际制造业扩散的历史时空演进,同时描述和总结了中国东南沿海地区承接国际制造业扩散的历史进程,并对其能够率先接受制造业扩散的条件进行了分析。第二章,产业地理扩散的理论研究,这是本文的理论章节。首先从地理扩散的必然性出发,综述了经济学对扩散的研究、地理学对扩散的空间和格局的研究等理论成果,进而总结了国外对产业地理扩散的研究成果和我国对制造业扩散问题的研究进展。第三章是对我国东南沿海地区劳动密集型制造业扩散的研究。首先描述了东南沿海地区劳动密集型制造业的分布情况,讨论了劳动密集型制造业的贡献以及东南沿海地区劳动密集型制造业地理扩散现状,进而对东南沿海地区劳动密集型制造业扩散动因、扩散的方式、及扩散的效应进行了深入的分析。第四章,振兴东北老工业基地需要发展和引进劳动密集型制造业,对老工业基地的发展历史、现状、存在的问题进行了研究,进而讨论了老工业基地对劳动密集型制造业的现实需求和振兴老工业基地需要引进东南沿海地区劳动密集型制造业的问题。第五章,东北老工业基地发展和引进东南沿海地区劳动密集型制造业的战略问题研究,对东南沿海地区劳动密集型制造业在东北的扩散进行了实地的调研,并且对东北承接制造业扩散的障碍因素进行了深入的探讨,最后提出了老工业基地承接和引进东南沿海地区制造业扩散的战略。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional economic progress and the development of industrialization, are inseparable from the role of the external driving force. Looking at the world of space-time process of industrialization, external promote the development of industries in the regional economic development has become one of the basic ways. And the diffusion of regional industry is the main force in promoting the external development. It is a regional economic phenomenon of industry diffuse from a region to others, also the external variables formed by the external impetus to the spread regions, and at the same time the result of laws of economics and space. Based on previous studies and research results on industries diffusion theory, this thesis studies the diffusion of labor-intensive industries in current China’s southeastern coastal areas. At the same time, with the revitalization of the practice of the Chinese old northeast industrial base, discussing how old northeast industrial base undertake the diffusion of labor-intensive industries in current China’s southeastern coastal areas and accelerate the reform and revitalization of the old industrial base.This thesis is divided into five chapters:Chapter one is the industrialization of the region "externally driven" and the diffusions of the manufacturing industry. It discusses on regional economic development in two ways - "endogenous development" and "externally driven", descripts and sum up China’s southeastern coastal areas to undertake international spread of the historical process of industrialization, and analysis its conditions to be the first to accept the of industry diffusion.Chapter two is the theoretical research of industry geographical spread. It summarizes the studies on diffusion of economics, geography and space. Then summed up the industry diffusion of foreign geography and the results and progress of research on China’s industry diffusion.Chapter three is study on the labor-intensive industries diffusion of southeast coastal areas. It discussed the contribution of labor-intensive industries as well as the status quo of labor-intensive industries diffusion of southeast coastal areas. Further more, it discusses the reasons of the diffusion.Chapter four is revitalization of the northeast old industrial bases need develop labor-intensive industries. It studied the history, current situation, and problems of the northeast old industrial bases, further discuss on the demand for labor-intensive industries and the revitalization of old industrial bases needs to introduce the southeastern coastal areas’ labor-intensive industries.Chapter five is strategic issues on introducing southeastern coastal areas’ labor-intensive industries. It had field research on southeastern coastal areas’ labor-intensive industries diffusion to the northeast, and discuses the obstacles, finally proposed the introducing strategies.更多还原
