物流服务供应链的协调机制研究

【摘要】 在新的经济环境下,物流服务供应链的管理和运营问题备受关注。本文在深入分析和讨论现有物流运作模式现状和不足的基础上,围绕如何设计最优的物流服务供应链协调机制问题,对物流服务供应链的协调体系、服务能力协调、利益协调以及协调信息平台等方面进行了重点研究,其主要研究内容和结论如下:首先,从客户、集成商以及分包商等角度构建了物流服务供应链的协调体系。划分了客户的物流服务外包方式,重点建立了集成商的评估指标体系,提出了基于E-层次德尔菲法和多目标规划模型的群体决策方法,并简要描述了分包商的评估选择问题。接着,系统地分析了物流服务采购和高可靠性运营下的物流服务供应链的服务能力协调与优化问题。构建了物流服务采购的信号博弈模型,分析了模型的均衡类型和对应的物流服务市场类型,启迪集成商通过伪装成本控制服务能力的采购。同时运用故障树分析法分析了物流服务供应链的可靠性分配问题,构建了可靠性和成本约束下的服务能力优化模型,探寻了造成物流服务失效的基本原因以及提高整体服务能力的有效途径。然后,详细设计了信息不对称性情形下集成商对多个分包商的利益协调机制。建立了多个分包商联合产出时的团队激励模型,进而在更宽泛的假设条件下,构建了不同物流服务产出可测性下的单委托人—多代理人的委托代理模型,通过对以上模型的分析,得出了有关利益协调与激励的一系列结论。此外,为了激励物流服务供应链各个成员企业进行充分的信息共享,使用修正的格罗夫斯机制建立了相应的激励模型,为物流服务供应链信息共享提供了一种新的思路。随后,基于协调的视角,研究了物流服务供应链的信息集成与决策支持系统问题。引入了物流服务信息集成引擎的概念,设计了物流服务信息集成的体系结构。还分析了面向物流服务供应链的商业智能系统的目标和体系结构,设计了物流服务供应链的综合协调信息平台,提出了一种基于J2EE的实现方法。最后,结合实际物流企业案例,描述了物流服务供应链协调机制理论的具体应用情况。

【Abstract】 Under new economic circumstances, the management and operation of logistics service supply chain (LSSC) is the academic focus. Based on the analysis of related literature and research status quo in LSSC, the thesis is mainly concerned with how to design optimal coordination mechanism for LSSC including coordination system, service capacity coordination, profit coordination and coordination information platform in LSSC. The main contents and key achievements are as follows:Firstly, from three points of view including client, integrator and supplier, the coordination system of LSSC is respectively constructed. Primarily, client’s logistics service is classified to four outsourcing modes. Synchronously, the evaluation criteria system about integrator is established, and then a group decision-making method based on E-hierarchical Delphi and multi-objective programming model is constructed. Furthermore, problem for evaluation and selection of suppliers is simply described.In succession, coordination and optimization of service capacity in LSSC is by the numbers analyzed from two aspects, i.e. procurement and operation of logistics service. On the one hand, a procurement model of logistics service is constructed according to signal game theory, and four different market types are classified after analyzing the different equilibrium types. So, it implies that integrator should increase the disguise cost of the suppliers by all approaches to control the capacity of LSSC. On the other hand, aimed to the intrinsic complication of LSSC the problem about reliability and service capability is analyzed using a method named Fault Tree Analysis. Then a service capacity optimal-model subjected to reliability and cost is constructed in order to exploit the basic reason of service failure and effect approach to increase the whole service capacity of LSSC.Then, the coordination scheme of profit how an integrator prompt many suppliers to do their damnedest under the asymmetric information status is detailedly devised. Firstly, the incentive model by using team theory is firstly designed, and then under looser hypothetical condition a single-principal-multi-agents model is constructed while some partners in LSSC may make use of non-measurability of logistics output to reduce the effort cost. Ulteriorly, a serial of conclusions about coordination and incentive of profit is gained after analyzing two models. Furthermore, in order to prompt all the partners to sufficiently share information, incentive model for true information-sharing is constructed by properly revised Groves scheme.Subsequently, based on the visual angle of coordination, the thesis not only introduces the concept about logistics service information integration engineering named LSIIE, but also in detail designs the architecture of LSIIE. Foremost, the object and architecture of business intelligence system for LSSC is detailedly analyzed and discussed, and then synthetical information platform of coordination is designed. At the same time, an implementary method based on J2EE is presented.Lastly, the application instance of coordination mechanism for LSSC is described combining with a material case about logistics enterprise.
