【摘要】 研究目的本文采用文献研究方法,以整理研究蒙药调和体素作用的涵义及其理论依据和机理为研究目的。即回答什么是蒙药调和体素作用?该作用是基于哪些理论依据而形成的?蒙药为什么能有调和体素作用等问题。研究方法采用文献研究方法,以时间顺序梳理蒙医药文献,整理研究蒙药调和体素作用的沿革及其涵义;从蒙、藏医药文献中归纳整理蒙药调和体素作用基于形成的理论依据;从蒙药、机体两方面探讨蒙药调和体素作用的机理。解析某些单味蒙药和复方,搜集分析应用蒙药进行调和体素的临床实践及治疗原则,在理论范围内深入研究了蒙药对人体的作用机制。本文研究方法属文献研究的理论研究范畴。研究结论1.蒙药调和体素功效(作用)的记载最早出现在《月王药诊》中。2.蒙药调和体素作用是不仅仅为单味蒙药的功效,是蒙药作用到机体后表现出来的药物效能、功效、药味、药力的复合作用。蒙药调和体素作用的涵义:某些蒙药或蒙成药具有调和体素作用,可用以调和偏盛偏衰的体素平衡失调状态,使之恢复至正常水平。其中包括两层含义:①组成人体的赫依、希拉、巴达干,七素三秽的其中某一成分偏盛则降之,偏衰则润之,使之恢复至正常水平。②调和组成人体的赫依、希拉、巴达干,七素三秽的因偏盛偏衰导致失调的动态平衡,使之恢复至正常水平。蒙药调和体素作用不是单方向单因素作用,而是多因素多靶点的整体调节作用。3.蒙医学阴阳学说、蒙医学三根与体素关系的平衡理论(以上是蒙药调和体素作用的两个主要理论依据)、蒙医学体质特性理论、蒙药学基础理论是蒙药调和体素作用基于形成的理论基础,即蒙药调和体素作用的理论依据。对蒙药调和体素功效系统整理与总结,将其上至理论高度,对丰富和发展蒙药学基础理论很有实际意义。4.可从蒙药和机体两方面探讨研究蒙药调和体素作用的机理,因蒙药药味、药性、药力、效能间相互制约抵消或协同互补;药物炮制;用药剂量;配伍方法;含有拮抗性成分(这是蒙药调和体素作用机理的物质基础);人体功能状态:蒙药调和体素作用的临床实践化等因素,蒙药可发挥调和体素作用。蒙药调和体素作用是蒙药本身和机体相结合的产物,在临床上不能单方面追求药物作用或临床症状。蒙古族珍惜草场平衡和动物链平衡等崇尚平衡的风俗习惯是蒙药调和体素作用形成的现实背景。蒙医学三根与体素的平衡理论与现代人体机能学内环境稳态有密切内在联系,是蒙医学超前的朴素的人体稳态观。研究意义1.蒙药学基础理论方面:对蒙药调和体素作用的系统整理与总结,有助于将其上升至理论高度,发展和丰富蒙药学基础理论,以促进蒙药理论不断向前发展,甚至对开发利用新蒙药、安全用药可起到理论指导作用。2.蒙医临床方面:在蒙医临床,将蒙药调和体素作用的机理与蒙医学体素平衡理论相结合,准确判断体素平衡层次则可提高临床疗效,尤其对诊治复杂的合并症、聚合症则可发挥蒙医药学的优势。3.蒙医学基础理论方面:该研究对进一步充实蒙医学基础理论,更深入研究蒙药调和体素作用、解释药物毒副作用将提供理论依据。4.蒙医药学教学方面:对蒙医药学教学将提供新参考资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 PurposeThis article studies and analyses the literature to sort out and research what is the meaning of the mechanism of Mongolian medicine agitating the voxel and find out its mechanism,That is to answer some question:what is Mongolian medicine agitate the voxel ? What bases its theory background? Why the Mongolian medicine have the effect of agitating voxel.MethodThis essay is sorted by time and systemize the literature about the Mongolian medicine,and sort out the principle and progress of it;Though the Tibetan and Mongolian medicine literature,we can summarize the Theoretical basis about how Mongolian medicine agitate the voxel;and to discuss the mechanism about Mongolian medicine agitating the voxel from two perspectives of Mongolian medicine and body. This essay analyzes some single-drug medicine and complex prescription.Search and study the clinical practice in which Mongolian medicine agitating the voxel.and therapeutic principle,In the theory of study,this essay research the mechanism that how the Mongolian medicine work in the human body. This method the essay used is only on the scope of the theory literature.Conclusion:1.Effectiveness of Mongolian medicine agitating the voxel is earliest recorded in the book Yue Wang Yao Zhen2.Effectiveness of Mongolian medicine agitating the voxel is not only the effect of one-drug medicine,but also the effect of some activity,effectiveness,ingredients in a prescription and potency of a drug which emerges in the progress of the reaction between the medicine and body.Definition of the Mongolian medicine agitating the voxel:some Mongolian medicine or Mongolian medicine nostrum have more reaction that is on the contrary in nature.so we can reconcile the disequilibrium which they have opposite peculiarity,then make them become normal.The definition of the Mongolian medicine agitating the voxel,include two part:①Some factor just like Haoyi,Xila,Badagan,Qisusansui and etc.Maybe one of the factors became more exuberant,then weaken them,or on the contrary,use the function to make the level normal.②Agitate the factors such as haoyi xila badagan qisusansui etc.which them made some maladjusted dynamic equilibrium,then make the level normal.3 Yin and Yang hypothesis of the Mongolian medicine and the balance theory of Sangen and reaction of voxel form the main theory of the Mongolian medicine agitating the voxel.Physical character of Mongolian Medicine and basic theory of the Mongolian pharmaceutics organize the basis theory of the Mongolian medicine agitating the voxel:4 Mongolian medicine and organism approach and study the mechanism of Mongolian medicine agitate the voxel because Mongolian medicine’s ingredients in a prescription,drug property,potency of a drug,activity reaction and restrict counteract or complementation;Processing,dosagem,type of compatibility;what is contained composition of rivalry(this is the material basis of Mongolian medicine agitate the voxel;Human function,clinical practice of Mongolian medicine agitate the voxel constitute the effect of Mongolian medicine agitate the voxel.The Mongolian values grass rangel and the balance of animal chain;uphold and adore the balance of custom which forms the reality background of the Mongolian medicine agitate the voxel.Significance1.Mongolian medicine basic theory,sorting and summarizing how Mongolian medicine agitate the voxel,will be helpful to progress the theory so as to promote the development of the theory of Mongolian medicine,what is more,it will be a theoretical guide to the development and utilizing of new Mongolian medicine.2.In the Clinical practice of Mongolian medicine,it combine the mechanism of Mongolian medicine agitate the voxel and therapy of voxel balance,and increases the accurate effect by deciding the balance of voxel exactly,especially for the diagnosis and therapy to the complication which can highlight the dominance of Mongolian medicine.3.Theory of Mongolian Medicine:this research can enrich the Mongolian Medicine Theory further.And it provides a theoretical basis for lucubrating the Mongolian medicine.4.Education of Mongolia pharmacy:it can provide valuable references for the Education of Mongolia pharmacy.更多还原
