杉木积成材制造中的梳解加工及产品特性研究

【摘要】 为了探索杉木资源高效加工利用的新途径,作者以杉木制材板皮为主要原料,进行了杉木积成材制造中的梳解加工和产品特性的系统研究,主要结果如下:(1)在国内外,首次提出了木材梳解加工的概念,并从杉木梳解加工的宏观理论、微观机理方面进行了系统探讨,初步构建了杉木梳解加工的理论体系。(2)根据杉木梳解加工理论,在国内外首次设计和制造了实验室用的小型梳解机和生产用的大型梳解机,并建设了一条杉木积成材的生产线。通过对杉木积成材实验室和生产性试验的研究,验证了其梳解加工理论、工艺等是正确与切实可行的。(3)杉木梳解加工的特点是:梳解加工由径向辊压的无切削加工和楔形梳齿的类似于木梳梳头发方式的顺纹无屑切削加工有机组成;木束条基本保持了木材原有的强度和组织结构不被破坏;能耗低、生产效率高、木材利用率高。(4)木束条形态、板坯的含水率对杉木积成材热压传热的影响极小,板材的密度、厚度、热压温度与压力等对传热均有较大影响。木束条的长度、厚度、定向角与施胶量和热压温度、时间等对杉木积成材的物理力学性能有较大影响。(5)首次综合运用锯割法、CT和剖面密度仪,系统研究了杉木积成材的平面和剖面密度分布情况,结果表明:杉木积成材表层平面的条状特征非常明显,CT更能形象、直观地揭示其密度的分布特征。

【Abstract】 In order to explore new approaches for high efficient processing and utilization of Chinese fir resources, the author has developed a new type of composite board—Chinese fir Oriented Laminated Stick Lumber (CFOLSL) using sawmill slabs of Chinese fir as the basic material. The combing process and product characteristics of CFOLSL were systematically studied. The main results of the research are as follow:(1) The concept of wood combing processing was put forward the first time, internationally as well as domestically. The macroscopic theory, microcosmic mechanism of the Chinese fir combing processing were discussed systematically. It is found that the theory system of Chinese fir combing processing.(2) Based on the theories of combing processing Chinese fir, prototypes of small combing machine for laboratory use and large combing machine for factory production were designed and manufactured for the first time at home and abroad. A production line of CFOLSL are found. Results of laboratory experiments and factory production trials show that combing processing theories, technologies and so on are correct and practical and feasible in the manufacture of CFOLSL.(3) The combing process is made up of no-cutting, radial rolling and pressing, and longitudinal no-chip cutting (similar to combing hair with a wood comb). Owing to the unique characteristic of the combing process, the organizational structure of the wood sticks is largely intact and the strength is basically kept. Moreover, the energy consumption is low, and the production efficiency and the wood utilization rate are high.(4) During the hot pressing, the influence of wood stick’s shape, moisture content on heat transfer is only a few. The panel density, thickness, platen temperature and pressure have greater influences on heat transfer. The length, width , oriented angle and resin content of the wood sticks, hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time, and so on have greater influences on physics and mechanical properties of CFOLSL.(5) For the first time, the vertical and horizontal density distributions were systematically analyzed using both destructive and non-destructive techniques, including sawing, CT (Computed Tomography), Dense-Lab X testing. The results show that: the surface layer of CFOLSL is characterized by stick-shaped structure. The CT can better reveal vividly and intuitively the characteristics of density distribution.
