我国野生动物资源价值计量与应用研究

【摘要】 野生动物就是人类社会发展的重要物质资源,不仅为早期人类提供了基本的食物、衣服,并且提供了我们至今赖以生存的粮食和畜禽的种源。我国与野生动物资源紧密相关的产业有野生动物养殖、传统医药、特种皮革、民族乐器、工艺品制造、观赏旅游等,在国民经济发展中占据主要地位。尽管如此,我国长期对野生动物资源价值的忽视使得野生动物资源的数量呈现明显下降趋势,而且下降的速度在加快,野生动物资源的状况不容乐观,已经出现了严重的资源空心化现象。本文以野生动物的价值构成分类研究为切入点,旨在通过对野生动物价值的分类及价值内涵进行详细研究的基础上,设计野生动物各类价值的计量方法、计量指标和指标计算公式,增强人们保护野生动物资源意识的同时,为实现资源合理配置和野生动物资源的补偿提供理论基础。本文共分七章。第一章为引言,概述了本研究的背景、目的、意义、框架、内容和方法,勾勒出了本研究的概貌。第二章对本研究的相关概念和理论基础加以界定和论述,并对前人的相关研究成果加以综述,为后文研究奠定了基础。第三章概述了我国野生动物资源的现状,在此基础上构建了我国野生动物资源的价值构成分类体系,明确了各价值类别的内涵,并进一步提出进行野生动物资源主导价值的选择,对选择的必要性和选择步骤进行说明。第四章对野生动物价值计量方进行设计并构建了方法体系,为深入研究奠定了基础。第五章结合第四章设计的方法,构建了野生动物价值计量指标体系,并设计了具体的指标计算公式。第六章选择案例物种大熊猫和野猪,结合调查数据对案例物种的价值进行具体计算。第七章对全文的一些研究结论加以总结,指出了本研究的主要创新点、不足之处及下一步的研究展望。在研究方法上,本研究借鉴了较为主流和前沿的资源价值评价和评估的研究方法。一方面,采取定性研究系统详细地的说明野生动物的价值构成分类体系;另一方面采取模型设计对野生动物的价值计量方法和计量公式进行设计;最后,采取定量的方法计算了案例物种的价值。本研究成果主要体现在:(1)较为全面的开展野生动物资源价值的计量研究,包括价值构成分类研究、价值计量方法体系设计和计量指标体系设计;(2)较为系统详细的对野生动物价值内涵进行研究说明;(3)较为系统构建野生动物价值计量方法体系;(4)首次较为系统详细的构建野生动物价值计量指标体系,并对指标的具体计量公式进行详细的说明,对很难量化的野生动物的形象价值、文化美学价值、科学研究价值和教育价值等进行计量方法的设计和指标的说明;(5)首次对备受关注的两个物种大熊猫和野猪的主导价值进行计量。由此可见,本研究内容和研究成果对同类研究工作的深入开展和进一步优化野生动物管理工作具有重要的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 Wildlife resources are always the improtant materimal resources of human society development They not only provide the basal foods and clothe for the early people, but also offer the source of crops, livestock and poulty which are the foods that keep the human being living forever. The using of wildlife resources are related with many industries, such as foods, traditional Chinese medicine, special leather, national music instrument, craftwork manufacture and so on. However the number of wildlife resources in China has showed the trend of discending due to ignoration of the value of wildlife resources in the long term, and the speed of discending is accelerating. So the status of wildlife resources is pessimistic. The dissertation focuses on the wildlife value classification. The purpose of the paper is to design the methods of estimation of value, estimation index and index calculate formulas. It can not only einforce the conscious of wildlife resources protection, but also provide theory basement of realizing resources configurement properly and compensating wildlife resources.The dissertation has 7 chapters. Chapter one offers a general picture of the research, including an introduction, an overview of the background of the study, the purpose, meaning and content of the paper, and the methodology used in the research. Chapter Two covers the areas of the study concerning the core concepts and definitions, summarizes the results of the previous researches, which lays a solid foundation for the paper. Chapter Three outlines the status of wildlife resources in China to construct the system of value classification, to reveal the meaning of each value, and expain the necessity and steps of choosing leading values. Chapter Four designs the estimation methods of wildlife value and constructs methods system to lay the foundation for an in-depth study. Chapter Five constructs the index system wildlife estimation combining methods in chapter 4. Chapter Six, on the basis of sample data, chooses two typical species to calculate their value. Chapter Seven is a summary of the research findings of the paper, which puts forward some policy recommendations and makes clear the innovative points, troublesome problems, and future prospects of the study.As for the research methodology, the study uses for reference the mainstream approach to and the edge in resources estimation research methods. On the one hand, it adopts qualitative research methods to illustrate the system of wildlife value classification systematicly and detailedly; On the other hand, it uses the models to design the estimation methods and formula of wildlife; In addition, the research extensively uses the quatitive research methods to calculate value of the two typical species.The major results of the study are (1) having conducted an fairly comprehensive survey on the estimation on wildlife resources value, including research on value classification, estimation method system and estimation index system; (2) having systematically and detailedly revealed the meaning of wildlife value; (3) having pioneered in constructing a system of estimation method; (4) having for the first time and fairly systematically proposed a system of wildlife value estimation index, illustrated specific caculate formula, and designed estimation methods of some wildlife values which are difficult to quantify, such as image value, cultural and aesthetic value, educational value; (5) having caculated the leading value of giant pandas and wild boar .All this indicates that the research has developed a new approach in the similar studies in China.
