嵌入式技术创新鲁棒性问题及策略研究

【摘要】 嵌入式技术创新是我国电子信息产业实现从“中国制造”向“中国创造”迈进的重要契机。嵌入式技术正在人类的生产和生活中掀起一股热潮,以惊人的速度得到应用和普及。嵌入式技术领域的产品是高度分散的,留给各个行业的创新余地很大,这对于发展我国高新技术产业、推进关键技术创新和系统集成、实现技术跨越式的发展是难得的机遇。如何建立我国嵌入式技术创新模式与创新体系,如何分析与实现嵌入式技术创新的稳步发展,如何面对嵌入式技术创新带来的各种管理突破是亟待解决的问题。在研究嵌入式技术创新的形成与条件基础之上,分析了我国嵌入式技术创新的政策、技术环境,给出了影响我国嵌入式技术创新的因素,对嵌入式技术市场进行了分类,总结出嵌入式技术创新的特征。依据鲁棒和技术创新理论与方法,根据我国嵌入式技术创新研究现状,提出了嵌入式技术创新系统的概念。在此基础上,研究了嵌入式技术创新系统的鲁棒调节机制,把嵌入式技术创新作为研究对象,并将鲁棒分析方法首次引入技术创新理论中,以探索嵌入式技术创新各要素的组成、关系、鲁棒性和发展模式。证明了嵌入式技术创新程度越快、越强,发生临界规模越时间越早。对嵌入式产业链鲁棒性进行了定义,给出了产业链上游和下游局部渐进稳定和全局稳定的具体条件。在嵌入式技术创新过程中,认为两个领域互动中得接触率为常数时,技术扩散取决于嵌入式技术创新内禀增长率。当内禀增长率小于零时,技术扩散逐渐消失;当内禀增长率大于零时,技术扩散保持系统稳定。根据嵌入式研发团队的时变性,用不确定模型描述实际的人员系统,在系统存在一定程度的参数不确定性及一定限度的未建模动态时,使闭环系统保持稳定,实现一定的动态性能品质控制,并给出了具体策略。在嵌入式产品研发过程中引入鲁棒性设计方法,提高产品抵抗不同环境参数影响的能力。对嵌入式技术创新鲁棒性评价指标进行了研究,并构造了鲁棒评价函数,尽量减小大误差点在建模过程中的作用。研究结果将有助于填补当前嵌入式技术创新在理论框架和实证分析等方面的空白;有助于丰富我国嵌入式技术创新管理领域的学术研究;有助于对嵌入式企业成长规律和创新机制的认识;有助于建立完善的嵌入式技术创新服务体系并提高创新的效率,以培养出更多更好的嵌入式企业,为促进我国科技创新的发展做出应有的贡献。

【Abstract】 Embedded technical innovation is the important chance that our country electronic information industry achieves forwards "create in China" from "made in China". Embedded technique is bringing about an upsurge in human production and daily life, getting the application and popularization by astonishing speed. The products of embedded technical realm are highly dispersible, it leaves prodigious space for innovation of each industry, it is a scarce opportunity for developing advanced technique industry, pushing forward the pivotal technique innovation and system integration, achieving over-development of technique. It is a imperatively need resolve problem to build up technical innovation model and technical innovation system, analyze and achieve the steady development of embedded technical innovation, face all the management breakthrough which brought by embedded technical innovation.Based on the study of embedded technological innovation’s formation and the condition, the paper analyzes the technological innovation policy and the technical environment of embedded technological innovation, puts forward the influence factor, carries on the classification to the embedded techniques market, summarized the embedded technological innovation characteristic. According as robust and the technological innovation theory with the method, according to our country embedded technological innovation research actuality, put forward the conception of embedded technological innovation system. In this foundation, the paper studies the robust adjustment mechanism of embedded technological innovation system, takes the embedded technological innovation as research object, and introduces the robust analysis method in the technological innovation theory firstly, in order to explores the composition, the relations, robustness and the development pattern of factors that influence embedded technological innovation.The paper proves that the embedded technological critical scale time more early with innovation degree quicker and strongly. The paper defines robustness of embedded industrial chain, gives qualification that upstream the industrial chain and the downstream partial evolution stable and the overall situation stable. In the process of embedded technological innovation, if the tangency rate is constant, the extent of innovation diffusion is determined by intrinsic growth rate. When intrinsic growth rate less than zero, the system of innovation diffusion is stable. Base on the R&D staff’s characters that change with time, the paper describe the realistic personnel system, aim at putting forward strategy which make the closed-loop system maintenance to be stable and realize certain dynamic performance quality control when system parameters is uncertainty and some extend no modeling tendency in system. Introducing the robust design in the process of embedded technological R&D, which can improve the capacity that adapted itself to different condition parameters. The paper analysis the evaluation index system of embedded technological innovation, builds the robust appraisal function, which will reduce the error as far as possible in the modeling process.From the theory view, the result will be helpful to the fill the theory frame and demonstration analysis’s blank in the area of embedded technological innovation, also helpful to enrich the research on technological innovation management of embedded technological innovation. From the reality view it is helpful to raises more better embedded enterprise in order to contribute to the development of scientific and technological innovation, through the means of understanding the growth rule and innovation mechanism of embedded enterprise and building perfect, efficiency technological innovation service system.
