大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴优化选择策略研究

Optimizing Choice Tactics for Multistage Coordination Partners of Large Container Shipping Companies

【摘要】 在集装箱运输市场,多级合作伙伴选择优化策略的研究不仅是大型班轮公司管理实践面临的焦点问题,也是供应链或物流系统管理理论研究的主要问题。本文在对集装箱运输市场的现状、趋势和大型班轮公司面临的主要管理问题系统研究的基础上,重点论述了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴选择优化策略。建立了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴级别选择数学模型和大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴关键环节选择优化数学模型;构建了系统的大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴管理策略。第一,研究了集装箱运输市场。研究了主要影响因素的变化趋势及其特点,从市场需求、市场供给、市场价格、服务内容等方面分析了国际集装箱运输市场的现状和未来趋势及其特点。对大型班轮公司的管理策略进行深入的调查和分析,总结出大型班轮公司面临的主要焦点问题。结论是:大型班轮公司面临的焦点问题在于多级合作伙伴优化选择策略。第二,提出了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴级别选择优化数学模型。总结了8种可以辨识的合作伙伴级别特征,构建了合作伙伴多级响应时间结构模型,分析了大型班轮公司面临的合作伙伴级别选择优化问题,提出了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴级别选择优化数学模型,给出了模型具体的解法。结合具体数据,进行了实际应用分析。结论是:采用该模型可以求出大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴级别选择优化的最优解,提出大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴级别选择最优策略。第三,提出了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴关键环节选择优化数学模型。建立大型班轮公司供应链或物流系统多级合作伙伴总响应时间网状结构模型,定义了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴主响应时间的概念,构建了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴主响应时间结构,建立了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴关键环节选择优化模型:一个是大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴关键环节选择效率模型;另一个是大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴关键环节选择排序模型。结合具体数据,对大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴关键环节优化模型求解过程进行应用分析。结论是:采用该模型可以求出大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴关键环节选择优化的最优解,从关键环节、挖掘潜力和综合利益协调等方面提出具体的应对策略。第四,提出了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴管理策略。分析了大型班轮公司的现状,提出了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴总体管理策略和具体管理策略。从管理结构和管理机制两方面提出了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴组织管理策略,提出大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴设施网络规划均衡优化设施网络基本策略和其它具体策略,提出了大型班轮公司基于多级合作伙伴的信息系统策略和持续改进策略,提出大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴的各种可能的物流融资组织管理策略。在对各种方案的利弊进行详细分析基础上,提出了大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴物流融资管理策略选择方案,并给出了具体选择依据。在文章的结尾,对整个相关研究做一个总结,并对未来进一步研究指明了方向。主要从三方面对全文进行总结:关于国际集装箱运输市场的研究;关于大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴的选择优化模型研究;关于大型班轮公司多级合作伙伴的管理策略研究。本文的一些地方是不成熟的,有待进一步深入研究和完善。主要表现在三方面:研究和解决的背景问题;模型数据的正确处理问题;伙伴管理策略的通用性问题。

【Abstract】 In the international container transportation market, the optimizing choice strategies for multistage coordination partners is not merely the focus practical problem faced by large container shipping companies, but also a main theoretical problem in logistics or supply chain system management.After studying the current situation and development trend of the international container transportation market and the main problems of management faced by large container shipping companies, we focus to discuss the optimizing choice tactics of multi-stage coordination partners. It has been mainly set up a mathematical model of partnership ranking choice and a mathematical model of partnership key stage choice for larger container shipping companies, and the management tactics system is constructed for multistage coordination partners.First, we have studied the international container transportation market. After analyzing the two major factors of international container transportation market, some status characteristics of are analyzed from market demand, market supply, market prices, and market content services. Furthermore, the trend characteristics of international container transportation market are given. By deep investigation and analysis to the management tactics of large container shipping companies, the main focus problem faced by the large container shipping companies, is summarized. The first important conclusion is that the focus problem, faced by the large container shipping companies, lies in the optimizing choice tactics of multistage coordination partners.Second, it is brought out a mathematical optimizing model of partnership rank choice for larger container shipping companies. 8 types of partnership are characteristic and distinctive, which is distinguished. One figure model based on practice of larger container shipping companies is given. A GM(1,2,t) is modeled, which is based on the relation between the capital devotion and the cut of response time. To shorten the total responding time of SC for larger container shipping companies, a model of partnership rank choice is studied and defined. The solution of the model is analyzed and some datum analyses are given. The second important conclusion is that we can solve the problem of partnership rank choice for larger container shipping companies and propose the rank optimum choice tactics by the model.Third, it is brought out a mathematical optimizing model of partnership key stage choice for larger container shipping companies. Analyzing the reticulation framework of the total responding time of partnership in larger container shipping companies, a key responding time is defined and modeled. Concluding a key stage choice efficiency model and a key stage choice ranking model, the key stage choice model of GM(1,2,x) is constructed, which is used to shorten the total responding time of partnership in larger container shipping companies efficiently. The datum is calculated in the model, and some suggests are given for shortening the total responding time efficiently. The third important conclusion is that we can solve the problem of partnership key stage choice for larger container shipping companies by the model, and propose the countermeasures from key stages, exploiting potentialities and comprehensive interests etc.Fourth, it is put forward the management tactics system of multistage coordination partners for large container shipping companies. After analyzing the current situation of large container shipping companies, overall management tactics and concrete management tactics are given for multistage coordination partners. Organizational management tactics is proposed from two respects of the managerial structure and mechanism of management. The basic tactics is given to optimize the facility network, and some concrete tactics of facility network planning are given too. It is proposed the tactics of information system based on multistage coordination partners for large container shipping companies, one of that is the tactics about information system improving continuously. Financing tactics of multistage coordination partners for large container shipping companies is given, which analyzed from the logistics partner. In the end, after analyzing the advantages and harms of every scheme, the financing tactics is concluded with reasons.In the end of the paper, we give a summarization about the whole relevant research, and direct some studying problem that need to be studied further. The summarization is introduced by dividing three parts, including the international container transportation market research, the optimizing model of multistage coordination partners for large container shipping companies, and the management tactics system of multi-stage coordination partners for large container shipping companies. The main problems, which need study further, are the background problem studied and solved, the correct handling problem of the model data, and the universality problem of multistage coordination partners management tactics.
