网络化制造集成平台若干关键技术研究与应用

【摘要】 网络化制造是为应对知识经济和制造全球化的挑战,以快速响应市场需求和提高企业(企业群体)竞争力为主要目标的一种先进制造模式。网络化制造集成平台是一个支持网络化制造的企业间协同支撑环境,它为实现大范围异构分布环境下的企业间协同提供基础软硬件环境、相关协议、公共服务、使能工具以及系统管理等功能。同时为企业间信息集成、过程集成和资源共享提供透明、一致的信息访问与应用互操作手段,为实现不同企业间应用软件系统集成与制造资源共享提供支持。开展网络化制造集成平台相关理论与技术的研究开发具有非常重要的理论意义、应用价值和产业化前景。本论文课题以国家863计划项目“关中区域网络化制造集成平台开发与应用”为背景,以支撑区域网络化制造应用为目标,深入研究了区域网络化制造集成平台的若干关键技术,包括VPN、XML、Web服务、WSRF、制造资源建模与封装、应用系统集成、集成平台门户开发、制造知识发现等技术。在理论研究的基础上,完成了关中区域网络化制造集成服务平台的开发。作者的主要研究开发工作与贡献如下:在深入分析网络化制造集成平台功能需求的基础上,提出了面向服务的区域网络化制造集成平台六层体系结构,为区域性网络化制造集成平台的分析、设计、实现与维护奠定了理论基础。采用面向对象的思想对制造资源进行了科学分类,系统地建立了网络化制造资源层次结构模型,提出了遵循Web服务资源框架(WSRF)规范封装制造资源的新方法,可把制造资源封装成符合WS-Resource结构的制造网格服务,通过集成平台的Web服务系统发布,为实现异构分布环境下制造资源共享奠定了基础。提出并实现了集成平台门户的系统结构,以及基于WSRF的集中认证系统解决方案,可实现用户身份集中验证与授权的统一机制,以及对制造资源服务级的访问控制。应用模块化门户网站设计技术,以及基于角色的访问控制方法,可根据用户级别以及系统安全需要进行灵活控制,减小了权限管理的负担和代价。提出了基于门户、以流程为中心的网络化制造服务导航系统,给出并实现了主要算法。提出并实现了基于Web服务的网络化制造应用系统集成框架,以及基于Web服务的应用集成中间件算法,包括集成事务管理引擎和SOAP路由器算法。提出了一种融合Web服务与网格技术,基于WSRF的网络化制造应用集成框架模型,为网络化制造模式下虚拟企业应用系统集成提供了一种新的思路。提出了一种基于语义Web的制造知识检索系统体系结构,包括一系列支持知识共享以促进网络化制造协作的机制。建立了基于五元组的语义信息检索模型,提出了网络化制造知识检索测试方法。开发实现了关中区域网络化制造集成服务平台,并投入实际运行。该平台包括访问、应用服务、通用服务、工具集、资源和基础六层。其中:基础层提供集成平台运行的基础硬件、软件支撑环境。资源层提供成员企业可共享的制造资源。工具集层包括实现资源整合所需支持工具。通用服务层提供集成平台的一系列共性基础服务。应用服务层以门户的形式连接了产品创新设计、开放式制造和网络化制造资源优化配置三:大应用系统。用户访问层提供了身份认证与访问控制统一的单点登录用户界面。本论文课题的研究开发成果,将对我国网络化制造与企业信息化的深入发展起到积极的促进作用。

【Abstract】 The networked manufacturing (NM) as an advanced mode, is rising to the challenge of the knowledge economy and the manufacturing globalization, and it is to realizes the quick response to market demand and enhance the competitivity of enterprises. Networked manufacturing integration platform (NMIP) is an inter-enterprise cooperation sustaining environment, which provides support for NM with functions including base software and hardware environment, correlation protocols, common services, key tools and system management.NMIP also provides the transparent, unanimous information accessing and mutual operating means for inter-enterprise information integration, process integration and resource share. So it shall be emphasized to study networked manufacturing integration platform, including related theories, software platform and tools system for their theory significance, application value and industrialization development.Sponsored by China nation 863 C1MS topics: Guanzhong Region Networked Manufacturing Integration Platform Development and Application (No.2002AA414060 - 1), this thesis is created to sustain the NM applications, and in depth research some key technologies in regional NMIP including VPN, XML, Web services, WSRF, manufacturing resource modeling and encapsulation, application system integration, NMIP portal developing, manufacturing knowledge retrieval, etc. Guanzhong Region NMIP is finally developed on theoretical basis.The main research work and contribution of the thesis are as follows:Studying function requirements and characteristic of NMIP, the author built up a 6-layer NMIP structure based on the point of view of SOA. In this part the research provided a solid theory foundation for NMIP analyzing, design, implementing and maintaining.Classifying manufacturing resource based on the 0-0 method, the author established manufacturing resources layer structure model, and proposed the Manufacturing Resource Encapsulation method based on WSRF. By this, manufacturing resource is encapsulated into a WS-Resource architected resource through stateful resource encapsulation, which shields complexity and heterogeneous of manufacturing resources effectively. Manufacturing resource can be shared and collaborated conveniently by NMIP web services issuing.According to the requirement of NMIP portal, the author built up the layer architecture of portal and WSRF-based Single Sign-On (SSO) strategy to deal with the characteristics of NMIP authentication, and expounded its design ideology. This method realized authentication and authorization in the dynamic loose-couple environment, and solved the difficult problem of resource-grade authorization. Furthermore, the author detailedly studied other key technologies in NMIP, including modularization portal design, access control system based on role, service navigation system and database design. All those methods have their original view.Having analyzed the characteristic and requirement of the NMIP application system integration, the author proposed networked manufacturing application system integration architecture based on Web Services, and in detail analyzed Web Service application integration affair management engine and SOAP router key technologies with arithmetics.By studying the requirement of the NM application system integration, it was forwarded for the resource in enterprise and the application integration inter-enterprise sharing framework based on WSRF. Its design ideology and functions were also demonstrated. This system provided a new way to solve connection problems in Regional Networked Manufacturing.According to the requirements of NMIP knowledge retrieval, a semantic-based NM knowledge retrieval architecture was proposed. This frame offers a series of tools for supporting the knowledge share and promoting networked manufacturing cooperation. A model of semantic information search based on five-element-array was also created with its realization arithmetics. Correspondingly a test process of five-tuple array retrieval model was given. A practical way is thereby created to solve connected problems in web information retrieval based on semantic.The study and development of Guanzhong Region NMIP has been completed and put in running. The NMIP has 6 layers: sustainment layer, resource layer, tools layer, common services layer, application services layer and accessing layer. These layers functions as follows: Sustainment layer is for the base soft and hardware environment, resource layer for the inter-enterprise shared manufacturing resource, tools layers for the resource conformity tools, common services layer for the NMIP commonness services, application services layer for the connection of 3 application systems, including product innovation design system, open manufacturing system and resource optimization configuration service system, and accessing layer is for a SSO user page of the unification of authentication and authorization.The study and the achievements of this thesis shall play an active role to enhance the development of NM and enterprise information in China.
