基于制造网格的制造资源管理若干关键技术研究

【摘要】 网格技术的兴起为实现更大范围的资源共享和企业间的协同提供了新的技术支持,在这种背景下,制造网格应运而生。制造网格是基于网格技术和制造企业的实际需求,为实现互联网上分布、异构、动态的资源共享提供普适的、可靠的和高质量的制造服务,支持网络环境中高效的协同工作和广泛的资源共享。本文从制造网格的基本理论、方法和技术出发,针对制造企业的典型资源,研究制造网格环境中资源的获取、封装、集成和协同共享。论文在给出制造网格的定义、体系结构和分析基于制造网格资源管理基本理论基础上,着重对基于制造网格的客户信息资源主动获取、设计软件协同共享和分布式零件库资源集成进行深入地研究,主要研究内容如下:首先,对网格技术、网络化制造技术和制造网格的研究现状进行了充分阐述,对制造网格进行了定义,并与网络化制造进行对比分析,提出制造网格的体系结构;研究基于制造网格的资源管理的若干基本理论,建立基于制造网格的资源管理框架并分析其主要特性;探讨制造网格中信息资源获取、软件资源共享和资源库集成的一些基本理论与方法。其次,针对网络环境中客户信息获取面临的分布、异构和动态变化等难题,在比较不同模式的客户信息获取特点的基础上,提出基于制造网格的客户信息主动获取模式,对其实现方法和关键技术进行深入地研究;建立了多用户客户信息获取模型和多用户交互的网格集成客户信息获取框架,对其中的关键技术进行了系统地研究。第三,研究软件资源管理与共享问题。提出基于制造网格的设计软件资源共享方法,通过研究屏幕共享、远程控制、协同协议与数据组播等技术,开发基于网格的企业协同平台,实现对各种软件在不同系统平台上的协同共享,屏蔽系统和软件遇到的异构问题,解决设计软件资源共享的异构性、协同性和安全性等问题,对其传输协议、网络性能进行了分析;最后研究基于点对点(P2P)的设计软件共享模式。第四,针对制造企业中分散零件库共享困难的问题,提出面向服务的分布式零件库系统;建立适应不同环境的两种企业零件库的服务封装方法,构建一种动态的、虚拟的和面向服务的分布式零件库系统框架。对企业零件库和集成零件库的服务粒度与服务接口划分进行研究;给出零件库系统中网格服务的构建方法,具体研究了零件库中网格通知服务的实现方法和过程。最后基于上述理论和方法,采用多种软件技术相结合的方式,对论文主要研究内容,以某汽车配件生产企业为应用对象,开发基于制造网格资源管理的原型系统,对基于制造网格资的制造源管理取得的研究成果进行了验证。综上所述,本文通过对三种典型制造资源在基于制造网格中的获取、集成和共享等方面的研究,有助于解决制造网格资源管理中的分散性、动态性和异构性等问题,丰富了制造网格资源管理的理论和方法,为制造网格及其资源管理更深入的研究奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 The production pattern of manufacturing is affected significantly by Networked Manufacturing, and the emerging and springing up of Grid technology gives manufacturing a new solution and chance to realize resource sharing and cooperative work between enterprises for the global manufacturing. In this condition, the Manufacturing Grid (MG) emerges as the times require. MG aims at the cooperative sharing of distributed, heterogeneous and dynamic resources and provides ubiquitous, reliable, high quality manufacturing service. Focusing on three typical resources in enterprise, the acquisition, encapsulation, integration and sharing of the resources are researched based on the theory of MG resource management. The definition and architecture of MG are proposed, the theory of MG resource management is presented, then, the methods and technologies of customer information acquisition, software sharing and distributed Web part library integration are studied deeply. The main works of the dissertation are following:In the 1st, the research background of this dissertation is described. The grid computing technology, networked manufacuting and the application of grid technology in manufacturing are reviewed and analyzed, and the main content and structure of this dissertation are given. Finally, the value of this work is discussed.Then, Manufacturing Grid (MG) is defined through the studying on grid technology, computual grid and networked manufacturing technology. Then the MG architecture is constructed and its key technologies are analyzed, and the some issues on MG resource management are described.Third, the information resources Acquisition of MG are studied. The MG-oriented Active Customer Information Acquisition (ACIA) mode is proposed. The Multi-User Participation Information Acquisition (MUPIA) and Multi-user Interaction Grid Integration Framework (MUIGIF) are put forward based on ACIA. The main works focus on the processing and key technologies of system implement.The solution for software resource management and sharing in MG is presented in chapter 4. The Grid-based Enterprise Cooperative Platform (GECP) is proposed based on the principle of Virtual Network Computing. GECP realizes a way to share the design software on the node computer in MG and hides the software difference and system heterogeneousness. GECP provides the easy-use cooperative environment to using the software for multi-user from remote place via internet. The security, performance and cooperative protocol in GECP are addressed in detail. The pattern of P2P design software sharing in MG is studied too in the chapter.Fifth, the service-oriented distributed part resource library system are proposed to integrate and sharing part resource in MG The architecture of Integral Part Library (IPLIB) is established and the multiple Enterprise Part Libraries are integrated via IPLIB using Web service and grid service. The virtual and dynamic integration technologies are used in the system. The design of service granularity and the implement of grid notification service are presented.The whole implement methods and main technologies for the MG platform are depicted in the 6th chapter. The main functions and screen-shots of these systems are displayed. All the achievements of the work are applied in an auto parts manufacturing group and the theories, methods, technologies and system of the research in the dissertation are validated.
