基于地域系统结构研究的旅游资源评价与旅游地实证分析

【摘要】 本项研究基于对旅游地域系统结构构建的分析,对旅游资源评价方法进行了综合研究,并结合中国省际间旅游地评价的对比和甘肃实证分析,提出了旅游地形象设计理论和市场整合营销方法。运用综合分析方法,从理论到实证,从评价到策划,较为全面地讨论了旅游产业开发所需要关注的一些问题。论文主要成果包括四个方面:一是旅游地域系统结构的构建。研究界定了旅游地、旅游目的地和旅游地域系统三个概念。对旅游地进行空间层次分类和通用类型分类。构建了旅游地域系统的空间结构体系和产业结构体系。前者包括基于资源—产品—市场链的旅游地域系统空间结构体系,和基于点—线—面的旅游地内“斑缘廊基”系统空间结构体系;后者包括14个旅游产业部门、31个旅游直接相关部门、31个旅游间接相关部门、20个旅游引致影响的部门,共96个主要部门构成的产业结构框架体系及其构成要素,在理论上构建了较为完整、科学的旅游地域系统结构。二是研究了旅游地旅游资源分类与评价方法。对旅游资源分类按照抽象的宏观分类、具象的属性分类,和国家的标准分类等3大类、37种分类方法,进行归类综述分析。对旅游资源评价按照单项旅游资源类型评价、旅游资源综合价值评价,和旅游地资源综合开发价值评价方法,分为16种主要类型,47种主要方法或学派,进行归类综述分析。重点对国家标准《中国旅游资源分类、调查与评价》从理论上进行全面诊断分析,理清了模糊概念,和旅游资源分类中存在的前后重复、类型缺项、类型细分等问题,及评价对象概念模糊、评价因子存在缺陷、因子赋值不够科学、评价过程流于主观、结论表述不够直观等局限性,并提出了下一步的研究方向。三是旅游地评价实证研究。以现有中国旅游资源的省际对比研究成果简析为基础,设定了评价要素体系和方法,进行中国优质旅游资源赋存丰度的省际对比评价,和中国优质旅游资源综合价值评价的省际对比研究,并对旅游资源丰度与综合价值评价方法进行了拓展性应用研究,以甘肃省为例,设计了省域内各市州旅游资源对比评价方法的概念性思路。在综述分析中国城市旅游竞争力评价、区域旅游竞争力多因子综合评价,旅游地竞争力单项类型评价,和基于行业需求或利益驱动的评选活动—简单化的竞争力评价等四大类型评价方法的基础上,研究提出了“旅游地竞争力综合多层次分析评价”的指标体系与方法。四是研究提出了旅游目的地品牌形象的DIS策划理论及其范式,摒弃了传统借用企业形象策划的CIS模式;设计出旅游目的地市场营销系统广义的DMS范式,进行了甘肃实证分析,在理论上具有重要意义。按照基本范式和构成要素,结合实际,可用于各地进行旅游目的地品牌形象和整合营销的创意策划与研究,使其成为具有较强实用价值的研究成果。最后,对理论创新和实用价值予以总结,对需要进一步研究论证和本研究没有涉及的领域予以说明,对下一步的研究工作进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Based on analysis to the construction of Regional Systematic Structure of Tourism, this dissertation synthetically studied the assessment approaches of tourism resources and put forward tourism image design theory and approaches of integrated marketing with taking inter—provincial comparative research and case study of Gansu Province China. It finally discussed some issues about tourism industry development with methodology of multifactorial analysis, from theory to case, from assessment to designing. This dissertation comprises four parts as follows:Part 1 is the constuction of Regional Systematic Structure of Tourism. Followed by the definition of three concepts, tourist region, destination, and the regional system of tourism, the thesis classified Tourist Region in two types as spatial level and current practical category. Based on the comprehensive research of existing academic achievements, it built up two Regional Systematic Structures of Tourism, spatially and industrially. The former included Regional System of Spatial Structure of Tourism based on relation-chain of Resources—products—markets as well as the spatial structure of Patch—edge—corridor—matrix based on relationship of spot, route and region. The latter included the framework system of industrial structure constructed by 14 tourism industry sectors, 31 directly interrelated departments, 31 indirectly interrelated departments and 20 departments influenced by tourism, 96 sectors in total.Part 2 is study on the classification and assessment of tourism resources. With a viewpoint of three perspectives, abstractive macroscopic category, specific property category, and national standard category, this classification study of tourism resources had 37 major methodologies. On the evaluation perspective, it mainly focused on the evaluation of individual type of resources, regional overall value of resources and its total value for development. This study summarized the academic achievements as 16 main streams of categories and 47 orientations. The emphasis is dignosed analyzing theoretically on the national criteria interralated to "The Classification, Survey and Evaluation on the Tourism Resources of China". Finally it clarified the fuzzy concepts, and the problems of tandem repeatment, missing items and reclassifications which existed in classifying tourism resources. It also put forward revising measures to assessment factor’s defecit, unscientific factors evaluation, subjective assessment process and the unvisual expression of conclusion. It also suggested the ongoing researching approach on this discipline.Part 3 is the assessment approach of tourist regional competitiveness with some case studies. Based on the existing achievements, it set assessment factors system and method, took inter—provincial contrast methodology and case study of Gansu Province to evaluate the overall value of endowed abundance of national—level top tourism resources, and make a further application research. In case of Gansu Province, this thesis showed us the conceptual design idea in term of the analysis and evaluation of inter—city contrast in a provincial region. After summary analyzing the assessment of Chinese city’s tourism competitiveness, regional tourism competitiveness in multi-factor and tourism regional competitiveness in single type, the study put forward the index system of Analytic Hierarchy Process Assessment for the Competitiveness of Tourist Regions.Part 4 is the study of DIS and DMS for tourist destination. It discarded traditional model of borrowing from that of CIS research, and designed a generalized model of Destination Image System (DIS) for expanding destination image and influence as well as a systematic Destination Marketing System (DMS) for promotion and marketing based on the popular intemet practice. It also has important significance to make a case analysis in Gansu. According to basic paradigm and elements combined with reality, the DIS and DMS can be applicable in popular tourist destination, and make it a strong and practical achievement.Finally, the dissertation summarized the creative theoretical achievements and their practical value, illustrated the weakness of this study, the fields that the study didn’t concern, and the study fields for next approach in prospect.
