【摘要】 本篇论文特别关注网络电视批评(以网络为载体、以理性为内核、针对电视节目形态、电视理念、电视现象、电视人等电视媒介要素及其衍生物进行价值判断的活动)的发展概况、主要特点、独特价值，对其庞杂、多样的实践内容进行分类梳理，探讨这一新兴电视批评形式与传统电视批评的互动关系，总结其对电视批评的促进作用，并对其目前存在的问题进行剖析，并在此基础上对网络电视批评的发展走势做出前瞻。为了增强论文的现实针对性和论述深度，本篇论文还专设了两个个案研究。其一，以央视国际网络的《电视批判》栏目为例，集中展示目前国内网络电视批评领域高端品牌的建设和发展现状，并对网络电视批评的特点和独特价值作具体深入的说明和剖析。其二，围绕网上对韩剧热及相关话题的讨论作全面的、立体的投射，以事实说明网络这一新的电视批评手段在当下电视文化现象和本质的探讨方面不可替代的作用。两个个案都具有足够的典型性，并正好从研究角度的选取上形成互补。全篇论文由八部分组成。第一章“‘网络电视批评’及其学术史”从两个方面加以叙说。其一，对“网络电视批评”这一学术概念的定义、本质、内涵、外延进行界定和说明，并对这一电视批评的独特研究视角进行阐述。其二，按照资料来源类别和时间顺序对这一较新研究课题的学术史进行全面、细致的梳理，以探究其学术渊源、总结其既有成果、凸显其研究价值、揭示其有待进一步研究之处。第二章“网络电视批评的发展概况”从四个方面展开全方位论述。其一，从宏观视角入手，梳理网络电视批评这一新型电视批评形式的历史发展脉络。其二，结合实例，对目前国内网络电视批评的八种主要表现形式进行归纳总结。其三，结合实例，对网络电视批评的不同层次进行细致划分。其四，考察网络电视批评存在的几类不同网站。第三章“网络电视批评的特点和独特价值”从两个方面加以论述。其一，结合网络媒体的传播特点和丰富具体的网络电视批评实践，从批评主体、批评内容、批评观点、批评样式和风格等角度入手，对网络电视批评的特点进行全面研讨。其二，从多个角度探讨网络电视批评的独特价值。具体来讲，通过考察网络电视批评对受众、电视人、电视批评学者、电视批评本身的影响，强调它对于电视批评与电视文化健康发展的促进价值；揭示网络在作为电视批评新型载体的过程中“文化性发言工具”的性质，强调网络电视批评在展示网络的文化建设力量方面的重要价值；以哈贝马斯对“从文化批判的公众到文化消费的公众”观点的修正为论述的生发点，着力强调网络电视批评在塑造、展示受众(网民)文化批判意识，促进文化消费与文化批判交融与结合，构建和谐文化生态方面的突出价值。第四章“个案研究：《电视批判》”以央视国际网络的《电视批判》栏目为样本，对其展开全面深入的个案分析，以进一步说明网络电视批评的特点和独特价值。该部分从四个方面展开。其一，考察《电视批判》诞生、成长的背景与工作团队，从源头上探寻其成为网络电视批评优秀代表的现实依据——天时、地利、人和。其二，从“电视批判论坛”、“大学生谈电视”、“CCTV优秀电视栏目在线”等子栏目入手，对《电视批判》的发展概况进行详细梳理和认真剖析。其三，从议题设置、网络主持人运作、网友定位、策划者与嘉宾来源、论坛形式等方面对《电视批判》的特点进行条分缕析。其四，全方位探讨《电视批判》的意义和独特价值——对于电视批评学者的启示价值、对于其他网站的示范价值、对于中国电视批评的昭示价值、对于网友的教养价值、对于理性思考等文化建设力量的召唤价值、对于电视文化和电视批评的建设价值。第五章“个案研究：从网上对韩剧的评议看网络电视批评”以具体的网络电视批评话题为切口，通过考察该话题的两种主要表现方式——电子论坛和论文选登，解读网友们围绕同一电视批评话题进行的不同层次、不同形式的网络电视批评实践，突出其“百姓味道”和理性精神。第六章“网络电视批评实践”首先从文化“球土化”、社会转型、电视传媒产业化等方面剖析了这一新型电视批评实践的现实语境，然后按照批评对象的不同将网络电视批评分为四类——对电视节目形态的网络批评、对电视理念的网络批评、对电视现象的网络批评、对电视人的网络批评，并结合大量实例对其进行条分缕析，以厘清网络电视批评庞杂不清的面貌，让人们在有效把握其全貌的基础上对其有更加直观、深入的了解。第七章“网络电视批评与传统电视批评的互动”从两个方面加以论述。其一，从人力支持、理论支持等角度考察传统电视批评对网络电视批评的积极影响。其二，考察网络电视批评对于拓展传统电视批评领域、增强其实效性、现实针对性、通俗性和受众意识，纠正其以往轻视传播学、社会学、文化学、心理学批评的缺陷，促进其宏观批评与微观批评紧密结合等方面的重大影响。第八章“对网络电视批评的总结和前瞻”在前面论述的基础上对网络手段在电视批评领域的重大促进作用进行总结，全面深入地剖析目前网络电视批评在其板块的建设和管理方面存在的问题并提出相应的解决方案，此外还对网络手段可能对电视批评产生的负面影响进行了分析。最后，论文从网络电视批评的硬件建设、软件建设、对电视媒介实践的影响、学术研究前景等方面对其进行了合理的前瞻。如果说第一章是从“纵”的方面理解和把握该课题的研究契机，并进一步强调本篇论文的选题意义，那么，第二、三、七、八章就是从“横”的方面全方位对网络电视批评进行论述，第四、五章的两个个案研究就是从“点”的角度展开。当然，在第一章中也包含“横”的角度，在第四章、第八章内部也包含“纵”的角度。如此一来，就形成了一个纵横交错、点面结合的论述结构。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the academic thesis,I focus my attention on the Television criticism on intenet in China.I analyse and sort out its development, the history of academic study, the main characteristics, the distinctive values, the miscellandous practice, the mutual relationship between the traditional television criticism and the television criticism on intenet, the problems and the future.As to strengthen the persuasiveness and profundity, I design two individual studies.First,I inspect the famous brand of the television criticism on intenet——《Television Criticism》in CCTV.com.Second, I inspect the sorts of opinions about Korean television dramas from the users of the internet.The academic thesis consists of eight parts.The 1st chapter"the Television Criticism on lntenet and Its Academic History"consists of two sections.First,I expound the def’mition, essence, connotation, scope and the unique angle of the study of "the television criticism on intenet".Second,Iarrange the academic history of the new problem to probe into its academic origin, sum up its currently accomplishment and bring the academic blank to light.The 2nd chapter "the General Development Situation of the Television Criticism on Intenet" consists of four sections.First,I arrange its development process.Second,I summarize its eight forms.Third,I divide its different levels.Last,I inspect the different internet sites that the television criticism exist.The 3rd chapter "the Characteristics and Distinctive Value of the Television Criticism on Intenet" consists of two sections.First,I inspect its characteristics comprehensively based on the special features of communication of internet and the specific practice of the television criticism on intenet.Second,I set forth its distinctive values fi’om many angles.It promote the development of the television culture and television criticism.It show the strength of the culture construction of internet.It mould the ideology of culture criticism of the public.The 4th chapter "Individual Study:《Television Criticism》" consists of four sections.First,I inspect the background of its birth and development and its work team.Second,I arrange and clarify its development.Third,I elaborate its special features.Last,I analyse its unique values.The 5th chapter "Individual Study:Focus on the Opinions about Korean Television Dramas from the Users of the Internet" intend to show the "flavour of commen people"and reason spirit though the different levels and forms practice of the television criticism on intenet that centre on the same theme.The 6th chapter "the Practice of the Television Criticism on Intenet" consists of five sections.In the ftrst section,I analyse the surroundings of the practice glocalization, social transformation, the industrialization of television media.From the second to the fifth section,I divide the practice into four parts the criticism focus on the television programmes、the criticism focus on the television ideologies, the criticism focus on the television phenomenons、the criticism focus on "the television people"Then,we can clarify the complex features of the television criticism on intenet and understand it deeply.The 7th chapter "the Relationship between the Traditional Television Criticism and the Television Criticism on lntenet" consists of two sections.On one hand,the former provide the manpower and the theory support to the latter.On the other hand, the latter promote the former become the true media criticism. The 8th chapter "the Summary and the future of the Television Criticism on Intenet" consists of two sections.First, I sum up the achievements and the problems of the television criticism on intenet.Second, I look into the future of it.The academic thesis consists many different angles of discuss.For example,the 1st chapter contain "vertical" and"horizontal"angle;the 2nd, 3rd, 7th, 8th chapter contain "horizontal"angle;the 4th, 5th chapter contain" spot"angle.Then,the academic thesis have the "criss—cross" and "spot—aspect" elaboration structure.更多还原
