德阳装备制造业网络化制造若干关键技术研究

【摘要】 装备制造业为国民经济各部门的生产提供装备,是国家实现工业化的必备条件,是支撑国家综合国力的重要基石,其发展水平是国家的国际竞争力的重要标志,是决定国家在经济全球化进程中国际分工地位的关键因素。目前,我国要从制造大国变为制造强国,大力提高装备制造业水平,发展装备制造业规模是很有必要的。通过实施网络化制造工程,加强装备制造产业链中企业间的知识共享、设备共享,促进企业协作,是快速发展装备制造业的重要途径。装备制造业由于产业链长、单件小批量生产、技术含量高、生产周期长、产业范围相对集中等特点,导致其网络化制造工程具有独特性。德阳是我国两个重型装备制造业基地之一,不仅是制造业的重要组成部分,也是装备制造业区域的典型代表。论文以德阳装备制造业为网络化制造应用对象展开研究,对装备制造业网络化制造的组织模式、服务平台、建盟系统、过程建模方法等内容进行研究,取得如下成果:1)提出了基于集群理论的德阳装备制造业网络化制造社会组织结构。阐述了产业集群的概念和优势,以及装备制造产业集群的组成、组织框架和特点;在详细分析了德阳装备制造业的历史和现状后,提出了德阳装备制造业区域网络化制造模式,明确了德阳装备制造业网络化制造的集群组织结构,指出核心企业、配套企业和政府及服务机构的地位和作用。2)完成了德阳装备制造业网络化制造应用系统框架性研究。提出了系统不仅应该具备共享信息、过程管理与协调、产品协同设计制造、资源共享、电子商务等功能,而且还应针对装备制造产业特点,重点突出特型设备信息的管理、可定制评价体系的盟友选择、虚拟企业过程建模与管理等功能。提出德阳装备制造业区域网络化制造平台应该是在政府的引导下,由政府牵头,各级企业参与的运营方式。设计出基于应用服务供应商(ASP)的网络化制造平台的结构,并讨论了它的关键技术。3)建立了针对装备制造单件小批量生产特点的可定制建盟系统。分析了虚拟企业组建的过程、盟友选择原则和方法,提出了完整的盟友评价指标体系;给出基于AHP层次分析法的盟员选择算法;对可定制建盟系统进行了详细设计与开发。4)提出三维虚拟企业建模体系,建立了树形虚拟企业组织建模体系和虚拟企业过程建模方法。在分析企业建模理论基础上,根据虚拟企业特点,提出以视图维、生命周期维和结构层次维构成虚拟企业建模体系。在企业组织建模理论指导下,建立了以虚拟企业、项目组、企业为构件的树型的虚拟企业组织体系。提出了基于IDEF3和Petri网理论的两种虚拟企业过程建模方法,建立了基于项目管理理论的虚拟企业过程监控和协调机制。5)开发出了德阳装备制造业网络化制造原型系统。以SOA(面向应用服务)为架构,在Windows XP+JSP+SQL Server2000开发环境下。部分功能已在德阳装备制造业网络化制造中得到应用,取得了较好效果。

【Abstract】 Outfit manufacturing supplies various kinds of outfit to industries. It is absolutely necessary for industrializing, and provides a foundation to integration national power. Its level is an important mark of international competition power, and a key factor which affects the status of a country in globosity economy. At the present time, China being growing from big to strong in manufacturing, it is necessary to advance the level and enlarge the capacity of outfit manufacturing. Actualizing networked manufacturing is one of ways for improving outfit manufacturing rapidly, and can strengthen sharing knowledge and equipment, promoting cooperation among enterprises. Networked manufacturing for outfit manufacturing is unusual because of its features, such as long industry chain, little batch process, high level technology, long time of process, centralizing industry enterprises, etc. Deyang is one of two bases of heavy-duty outfit manufacturing in China. It is not only an important part of the manufacturing, but also is a representative of outfit manufacturing region. The study on the networked manufacturing system for Deyang outfit manufacturing is carried out in the thesis, which is involved with organization frame, application system, the way for choosing collaborator and constituting virtual enterprise and process modeling. The main results obtained are as follows:1) The organization frame of the networked manufacturing for Deyang outfit manufacturing is proposed, based industrial cluster theory. The conception and predominance of industrial cluster, frame and features of outfit manufacturing are expounded. After the development procedure of Deyang outfit manufacturing being analyzed, it is concluded that regional networked manufacturing is suitable to Deyang. The organization frame of networked manufacturing for Deyang outfit manufacturing is proposed based on industrial cluster organization frame; the status and duty are determined for core enterprises, supporting role ones, government and service units.2) The scheme design of the networked manufacturing system for Deyang outfit manufacturing is accomplished. The system function is identified which includes not only sharing resource, managing and adjusting process, collaborative designing and producing, and electric commerce etc., but also others aiming at outfit manufacturing features, such as managing especial equipments, choosing collaborator accord to custom appraising standard form. The operation style is proposed for the system by which local government provides a platform and enterprises attend. The system running frame, based ASP (application service provider), is introduced and the many aspects for the frame are discussed.3) The system to choose collaborators is designed aimed at the feature of little batch process in outfit manufacturing. The process to constitute virtual enterprise (VE), principia and means are expounded and a system of the appraisement standard for the collaborators is brought forward. The AHP arithmetic to choose the collaborator is presented. At last, the realization of the system to choose the collaborators for the outfit manufacturing system is carried out.4) Three-dimension modeling system for VE is proposed, and the organization modeling system and VE process modeling are designed. Based on analyzing the enterprise modeling theory, according to VE features, a modeling system is presented, which is composed by view dimension, lifecycle dimension and organization dimension. VE organization frame is made up by the elements including VE, item grouper and enterprise. Two methods for the process modeling based IDEF3 and Petri net are proposed. Process overseeing and controlling rule are presented based on project management theory.5) The prototype system for the networked manufacturing for Deyang outfit manufacturing to show the function is programmed. SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) is taken as the system flame, Windows XP as the operating system, JSP as program language, SOL Server2000 as the database. The part function is put into practice to illustrate the results obtained.
