【摘要】 本文在明晰“生态园林城市”提出的时代与现实背景的基础上，从“生态园林城市”与相关概念的辨析出发，解析“生态园林城市”的概念内涵与特征；在总结和分析国内外城市发展理论和实践的基础上，通过理论基础的梳理，分析其理论特征，总结并构建生态园林城市的规划理论，从全局性、原则性和框架性的角度总结出生态园林城市的规划理论和实践方法。首先从问题导向入手——即，从国内外生态化与城市化发展的主要教训与挑战方面进行分析，力求梳理出我国城市化过程中建立生态园林城市的可行性和必要性，并明确其概念特征；其次从历史与理论发展导向人手——即，对国内外城市规划、生态理论等研究和创新进行理论和实践总结，以获得经验和启示，明确城市发展的价值取向从“自然本体论”、“人文本体论”转向“生态本体论”；再者，从目标导向入手——即，在明确生态园林城市概念和相关理论研究的基础上，有针对性地研究我国生态园林城市规划与建设的理论特征、目标系统和构建生态园林城市的规划途径，形成理论和模式的分析，并对生态园林城市绿地系统的“城区(规划建成区)-城市规划区-市域”三个规划层次体系作详细的研究，形成完整的生态园林城市绿地系统规划体系；最后，从评价标准入手——即，总结分析生态园林城市的衡量标准，探讨生态园林城市的评价指标体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article proposed in defined "Ecology Garden City" time and realistic background foundation, embarks from "Ecology Garden City" with the correlation concept discrimination, analysis "Ecology Garden City" concept connotation and characteristic; In summarizes and analyzes the domestic and foreign urban development theory and practice foundation, through rationale combing, analyzes its theory characteristic, summarizes and constructs Ecology Garden City plan theory, from the overall importance, principled and the frame angle summarizes Ecology Garden City plan theory and practice method.This article first from issue-oriented approach obtaining--namely, and carries on the analysis from the main lesson and the challenge aspect about ecology and Urbanization development in domestic and foreign, combs the establishment ecology garden city feasibility and the necessity in our country urbanization process, and clears about its concept characteristic.Next from historical and theory development guidance obtaining-namely, carries on the theory and practice summarizes about the research and innovation on urban planning and ecology theory in domestic and foreign and so on, obtains the experience and enlightenment, cleared that the urban development value orientation to change "the ecology ontology" from "the natural ontology" and "the humanities ontology".Furthermore, from the goal guidance obtaining--namely, in the explicit ecology garden city concept and the correlation theories research foundation, has pointed studies the theory characteristic and the goal system of our country Ecology Garden City plan, and the plan way to constructed Ecology Garden City, forms the theory and the pattern analysis, and did the detailed research on "city (plans built-up district)-urban planning area-administrative region of a city" three plan level system of Ecology Garden City green space system, constructed integrity Ecology Garden City green space system plan system.Finally, from evaluation criteria obtaining--namely, summarizes and analysis Ecology Garden City weight standard, and discusses ecology garden city appraisal target system.更多还原
