【摘要】 20世纪80年代以来，尤其是进入21世纪以来，随着经济全球化趋势的日益明显和技术进步的加速发展，制造业的生产组织不再局限于企业内部生产资源的配置，而是在两个或者两个以上具有水平或垂直联系的企业所构成的网络组织中进行。战略联盟、供应链联盟、动态联盟、产业集群这些新的网络组织正逐步改变着制造业传统的以企业为核心的组织结构。从网络组织的理论分析入手，研究网络组织对于制造业产业竞争力的价值对于探求提升我国制造业产业竞争力的有效路径具有重要的指导意义和现实意义。论文主要将网络组织的有关理论引入产业竞争力研究领域，分析网络组织的价值及提升制造业产业竞争力的机理，并分别以战略联盟、供应链联盟、动态联盟以及产业集群作为网络组织的四种典型模式，对这四类网络组织的价值，提升制造业产业竞争力的机理，影响组织绩效的主要风险以及风险规避进行了研究，最后，以产业集群与湖北制造业产业竞争力和战略联盟与中国汽车制造业产业竞争力为例进行了实证分析。论文首先对网络组织进行理论研究，包括组织结构的演进，通过从科层组织到网络组织的演进分析了科层组织的弊端以及网络组织的优点，然后运用交易费用理论、分工与专业化理论、资源观理论以及学习理论等解释了网络组织形成的机理，为后面几章的研究作了理论铺垫。其次，对产业竞争力理论进行研究，主要包括产业竞争力的内涵阐述，产业竞争力基础理论，产业竞争力的来源分析，中国制造业的产业竞争力现状分析，为网络组织理论与产业竞争力理论研究的结合作了理论铺垫。第三，论文选取战略联盟、供应链联盟、动态联盟以及产业集群作为网络组织的典型模式，分别讨论了它们的组织特征和组织价值，并进行了比较分析，然后，结合产业竞争力的来源分析，探讨它们提升制造业产业竞争力的机理，并对四类网络组织的风险以及风险规避机制进行了研究。第四，论文对战略联盟、供应链联盟的风险规避进行了较深入的研究。运用信息经济学理论和博弈论，建立了战略联盟和供应链联盟的风险规避博弈模型。最后，论文以产业集群与湖北制造业产业竞争力发展和战略联盟与中国汽车制造业产业竞争力发展为例进行了实证分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1980’s, along with the coming of globalization economy epoch and the development of technique, the manufacturing forms of manufacturing industry have been no longer localized with in the enterprises. However, it could be carried through between two or more than enterprises. Strategic Alliance, Supply Chain Alliance, Clusters and Dynamic Alliance had changed the traditional organization forms of enterprises. The research is very important to search out the useful path of upgrading the Chinese Manufacturing Industrial Competitivity.The dissertation mainly introduced several Network Organizations into the fields of Industrial Competitivity and analyzed the value of Network Organizations to the advancement of Manufacturing Competitivity. As well as the theories of Strategic Alliance, Supply Chain Alliance, Dynamic Alliance and Clusters were researched into the field of Manufacturing Competitivity. The dissertation researched the four Network Organizations’ value, and the mechanism of improving the Manufacturing Competitivity. What’s more, it discussed the main risk of affecting the organizations’ performance and the risk elusion performance. Finally the empirical research was conducted to the Clusters and Manufacturing Competitivity in Hubei Province and Strategic Alliance and China’s Automanufacturing Competitivity.Firstly, the evolvement and evolution about the theory of Organization Forms were discussed. Through the evolution from bureaucratic organization to Network Organization, The dissertation analyzed the abuse of bureaucratic organization and the merit of Network Organization. Then it explained the performance of the formation of Network Organization via Trade-off Theory, Dividing and Specialization Theory, Resource View Theory and Learning Theory. It theoretically foreshadowed for subsequent research.Secondly, the dissertation researched the related theory of Industrial Competitivity, including the connotation of Industrial Competitivity, the based theory, especially the analyses of the source of Industrial Competitivity, as well as analyzed the actuality of Industrial Competitivity.Thirdly, based on the former research, especially on the related theory of Strategic Alliance, Supply Chain Alliance, Clusters and Dynamic Alliance, the dissertation discussed these organizations’ characteristic and organizations’ value, and compared the difference among these four Network Organizations. After that, it discussed the performance of improving Manufacturing Competitivity, besides researched the risk of the four Network Organizations and the performance of risk elusion.Fourthly, the performance of risk elusion of Strategic Alliance and Supply Chain Alliance were studied deeply. Based on the Information Economics and the Game theory, the dissertation set up the risk elusion game model about these two Network Organizations.Finally, the whole empirical research was conducted to the Clusters and the development of Manufacturing Cornpetitivity in Hubei Province and Strategic Alliance and the improvement of China’s Auto- manufacturing Competitivity.更多还原
