【摘要】 面对快速变化的竞争环境，企业需要寻求新的途径以建立竞争优势。卓越的物流管理能有效的降低企业成本，及更好的满足客户需求，本文基于竞争战略理论的两个基本战略方向，针对物流战略特征类型，通过因子分析对企业现行物流战略类型进行重新界定，提出了基于成本的物流战略、基于顾客的物流战略及基于时间的反应式物流战略。由于企业物流战略虽然是职能层的战略，但它同样具备战略的一般特性，所以实施物流战略关健要素的选择对物流战略目标的实现具有重要的作用。本文在总结企业战略实施要素的基础上结合物流战略本身的特性，提出企业物流战略实施过程中的物流组织结构、物流管理制度及物流文化三个关键实施要素，并建立本文的研究框架图。本文在研究框架的基础上提出本文的四个命题假设：企业物流战略类型对物流绩效有显著影响；企业物流战略实施过程中物流组织结构的构建对物流绩效影响显著；企业物流战略实施过程中物流管理制度的制定对物流绩效有间接影响；企业物流战略实施过程中物流文化的建设对物流绩效有正面影响。然后，建立在第一章文献综述和第二章支撑理论基础与研究主题上，经由文献分析于假设命题下提出分析要素，并通过实证分析的工具——问卷设计与问卷形成及回收的结果进行探讨。最后通过统计分析结果的理论解释，结合自己对结果的认识，对我国当前企业物流战略提出相应的策略性建议：企业物流战略应重视平衡物流质量及成本的整体化最优战略原则；企业物流战略实施过程中应该选择合适的组织结构；企业物流战略实施过程中应重视物流工作人员的培训及激励制度以及企业物流战略实施过程中应构建重视物流的企业文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Faced the inconstant competitive environment, enterprise needs to explore new approach to build a competitive advantage. Excellent logistics management can efficiently cut the cost, and perfectly meet the need of customer. This paper proposed two basic strategy direction of competitive advantage, specifically for logistics strategy characteristic type, fixed the boundary again of logistics strategy of enterprise currently by factor analysis, and proposed the logistics strategy based on the cost, thelogistics strategy based on customer and response equation logistics strategy based on the time.Though enterprise logistics strategy is functions strategy, it has strategy characteristic property, The choice of key elements during putting logistics strategy into practice has the important effect to logistics strategy target realization. The paper based on logistics strategy self characteristic property and enterprise strategy putting key element into practice, proposed key three elements of logistics framework of organization , logistics management system and logistics culture during putting logistics strategy into practice and establish research frame picture .The paper submitted four proposition hypothesis based on the research frame picture. Enterprise logistics strategy type choice has notable effect on logistics performance; logistics framework of organization during putting logistics strategy into practice has notable effect on logistics performance, logistics management system during putting logistics strategy into practice has Remote-effects on logistics performance and logistics culture during putting logistics strategy into practice has facade effects on logistics performance. And then, based on summing up documents of the first chapter and theory Basis of the second chapter and research subjects, by documents analyses the paper proposed analyses key elements under hypothesis. The paper used the analytical implement of demonstration-----the questionnaire designs and the questionnaire result reclaiming carried out discussion.Finally by refining statistic analysis result ,the paper proposed corresponding tactics suggestions to current internal logistics strategy of our country enterprises. Enterprises logistics strategy should pay attention to balancing logistics mass and cost to the integration to give strategy principle preferential treatment most during putting logistics strategy into practice; ought to choose the right framework of organization during putting logistics strategy into practice ; should take training and incentive system of logistics staff member seriously during putting logistics strategy into practice ; should take the logistics corporate culture seriously during putting logistics strategy into practice.更多还原
