肝泡状棘球蚴病的血供研究

【摘要】 应用现代影像技术和方法,以及实验性动物模型对肝泡状棘球蚴病的血供进行了临床和实验研究,探讨肝泡球蚴病的血供模式。MSCT、选择性的肝动脉造影碘油灌注、间接性门静脉造影与手术病理对比研究肝泡球蚴动脉血供的结果表明,肝动脉是主要的供养血供,门静脉参与供血。实验性大鼠肝泡球蚴病模型碘化油门脉灌注技术与组织病理学观察结果也证明,肝泡球蚴病门静脉血供的存在。为进一步的介入治疗实验研究提供了可靠的实验手段和方法,为肝泡球蚴病的双重介入治疗提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 To investigated the blood supply of hepatic alveolar echinococcus using the modern imaging technology in both clinical cases and Wistar rat model. The results of multi-slice spiral CT, LUF hepatic arterial injection and indirect portal vein digital substraction aniography showed that the disease was supplied predominantly by hepatic artery, and there exists the blood supply of portal vein. The portal vein injection in Wistar rat model also proved partial portal blood supply of the disease. It is a reliable method for the interventional therapy through portal vein. The study provided theoretical evidence for the interventional therapy through hepatic artery and portal vein.
