并行工程理论研究与应用

【摘要】 当前国际经济竞争日趋激烈,其主要体现在产品的竞争,而产品的竞争归根结底是设计与制造水平的竞争,竞争的焦点演变以最短的时间、最高的质量、最低的成本将产品投入市场。并行工程作为产品开发的新模式,把计算机辅助设计、制造、管理和质量保证等有机地集成为一体,实现信息集成、信息共享、过程集成。本文通过对并行工程有关问题的阐述和研究,讨论了并行工程的特点、体系结构及技术关键,对并行工程使能工具的基本特点和用途,产品数据管理技术在并行工程实施过程中的作用及并行工程实施过程中的几个重要问题进行了研究,并通过实例分析,提出了自己的学术观点和学术见解并给出了并行工程的定义。倡导在非制造领域应用并行工程,在开展对并行工程理论研究的同时,还对并行工程理论的应用进行创新研究。首次将并行工程理论应用到2002年辽宁省科技重点项目《基于并行工程的科学仪器设备共用系统平台建设》中,根据并行工程的基本原理,确定了项目的实施方案、过程重组及人员重组方案;建立了体系结构和指标体系数学模型,以TRS全文数据管理系统为技术平台,设计了数据库和相应的数据交换接口程序;最终在较短的时间内完成了该项目的研究与实施,建立了辽宁省科学仪器设备共用系统平台,并取得了较好的应用效果。目前,该项成果已被辽宁省有关部门所采用并通过辽宁省科技厅组织的专家鉴定,填补了辽宁省在该方面的空白,该项目的开发推进了我省科研条件大平台的建设。把并行工程理论应用到科学仪器设备共用网络建设中,拓展了并行工程理论的应用领域,扩大了并行工程理论的应用外延,填补了并行工程理论在该领域的空白,在一定程度上,发展了并行工程理论,推动了并行工程理论的创新,为今后并行工程理论的进一步研究、创新和发展奠定了基础。本文共分7章,其主要内容如下:第1章概述研究背景及现代制造技术的特点和模式,对并行工程的起源、在国内外发展现状及其目前研究的热点做分析论述;第2章从串行工程与并行工程的区别入手,在并行工程原理、技术关键、体系结构、特点等几个方面,对并行工程理论进行研究、分析;第3章重点论述质量功能配置、并行工程中的面向工程设计(DFX),结合实例说明了质量屋的作用与应用原理;第4章介绍产品数据管理技术的体系结构、功能及其与并行工程中的关系。从并行工程的实施入手,论述了并行工程的实施过程、并行工程的组织形式,面向对象的开发过程重组及冲突的协调,分析并行工程在制造领域和非制造领域应用;第5章介绍基于并行工程的科学仪器共用网络设计方案的构建过程;第6章介绍科学仪器共用网络的设计。第7章通过对并行工程理论的研究与实践,得出了自己的研究结论并对今后的并行工程理论研究提出了建议。

【Abstract】 At present, the international economic competition is increasingly fierce, which is embodied in the competition of products. And its competition, in the final analysis, is the one of design and manufacture. The key to the competition is to bring the products to the market in the shortest time, at the best quality, at the lowest cost. As a new mode to develop the products, concurrent engineering combined the computer auxiliary design, manufacture, management and quality into one effectively so as to integrate and share the information and process.Some problems on concurrent engineering are illustrated in this dissertation, so the characteristics, systematic structures and technological keys of concurrent engineering are discussed; the basic features and application of applying tool on concurrent engineering are studied; the function of product data and managing technology in concurrent engineering is analysed; some important problems in the application of concurrent engineering is studied. By means of some cases, my own academic viewpoint and opinion are put forward meanwhile the definition of concurrent engineering is come up with.Propose the application of concurrent engineering in non-manufacture field,when studying the theory of concurrent engineering, the author is engaged in the theoretical application of concurrent engineering. Applied it to Liaoning Important Scientific Project“The Platform Building Of Scientific instrumental Equipment Co-system Based On Concurrent Engineering“in 2002 for the first time. On the grounds of its basic principle, the plan for implementation, re-organization of process and personnel is decided, the systematic structure and quota system ( mathematical model ) are set up. As a technological platform, the data bank and the corresponding data exchanging process are designed with all TRS data systematic management. And its research and implemental equipment are finished in the shorter time, the platform of scientific instrumental equipment co-system has been set up and the better results have been achieved. At present, the results have been applied in some departments in Liaoning Province and tested and appraised by the specialists of Scientific Department Of Liaoning Province. Fill in the blanks in this field of Liaoning province,the development of this project has made a great contribution to the building of scientific platform for our province.That the theory of concurrent engineering is used to the building of scientific instrumental equipment co-net expands its applying fields, enlarges its applying extension, fills in the blank of this field. To some extent, the theory of concurrent engineering is developed and its reform is put forward, which lays a solid foundation for the further research, reform and development of concurrent engineering.There are 7 chapters in this dissertation, its main contents as following:In the first chapter, the research background and the characteristics of modern manufacturing technology and its mode have been outlined; the origin of concurrent engineering and its development in both domestic and abroad and the fey point for present research have been discussed.In the second chapter according to the difference between the sequential engineering and concurrent engineering, the theory of concurrent engineering has been studied and analyzed from several parts, such as its working principle, technological key, systematic structure and characteristic.In the third chapter, the important point is the distribution of quality function and DFX in concurrent engineering. With some cases, the function of quality room and its applying principle have been explained.In the fourth chapter, the systematic structure about product data managing technology, its function and its relationship with the concurrent engineering have been introduced.In the fifth chapter, from the implementation of concurrent engineering, its implementing process, its form, the re-organization of development process of its objects and the coordination of its conflict have been discussed. How to project the plan of the scientific instrumental co-net based on concurrent engineering has been introduced.In the sixth chapter, the design of scientific instrumental co-net has been introduced.In the seventh chapter, on the research and practice of the theory of concurrent engineering, my own research conclusion has been drawn and some suggestions about its further study have been put forward.
