针刺后溪、中渚、外关穴脑功能性磁共振成像研究

【摘要】 脑功能磁共振成像(fMRI)是目前人们所掌握的唯一无创伤、可精确定位的人脑高级功能研究手段。本文全面总结了功能磁共振成像的研究进展。并利用功能磁共振成像技术观察针刺后溪、中渚和外关穴的脑功能变化,进一步研究穴位及针刺疗效机制。研究方法如下:目的:研究针刺后溪、中渚和外关穴脑功能变化的规律和脑激活区的定位信息。为针灸治疗的中枢机制提供实验依据。方法:利用脑功能磁共振成像技术,获取6位健康志愿者的后溪、中渚和外关穴在行针状态下的脑功能变化图像。利用AFNI软件分析针刺后溪、中渚和外关穴时脑功能变化的规律。结果:针刺后溪、中渚和外关穴主要引起扣带回、丘脑、颞叶、小脑、枕叶等脑功能区的激活。结论:针刺的镇痛效果可能是通过多个脑功能区的相互作用而产生的。

【Abstract】 Brain functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) is a no hurt and precise location method used to research brain. In the article, we summed up the research progress of fMRI completely. And we observe the distribution of the activated cerebral regions after acupuncture stimulation of Houxi(SI3), Zhongzhu (SJ3) and Waiguan (SJ5) by using fMRI technique and research the mechanism of point and acupuncture.The research method is as follows: Objective: To observe the distribution of the activated cerebral regions after acupuncture stimulation of Houxi(SI3), Zhongzhu (SJ3), Waiguan (SJ5) by using fMRI technique. Methods: A total of 6 cases of volunteer healthy subjects were recruited for this study. Before and during manipulation of the needle, cerebral images were sampled separately using fMRI scanner and analyzed by using AFNI software. Results: During manipulation of the needle inserted in the unilateral Houxi(SI3), Zhongzhu (SJ3), Wauguan (SJ5), the highly--activated cerebral structures were cingulated gyrus, dorsal thalamus temporal gyrus, cerebellum, occipital gyrus, etc. Conclusion: The effect of acupuncture analgesia was probably produces by the interaction of multiple brain structures of functional connectivity rather than through the activation of a single brain region.
