我国企业自主品牌创新能力系统研究

【摘要】 进入21世纪以来,在经济全球化、国际竞争激烈化的新形式下,品牌的培育与发展已经成为各国进行经济扩张和提升国际竞争力的重要战略措施。中国提出了科技发展的“自主创新、重点跨越,支撑发展、引领未来”的指导方针,并指出,在今后几十年里我国将不断提高自主创新能力,在若干重要领域掌握一批核心技术,拥有一批自主知识产权。对我国自主品牌创新能力系统的研究正是对这一方针的具体实施。本文在借鉴有关基本理论和发达国家品牌创新成功经验的基础上,对我国企业自主品牌创新能力系统进行了深入的研究。主要研究内容如下:首先,回顾了我国企业品牌发展的历史,比较和分析了国内外品牌价值,归纳和给出了自主品牌、自主品牌创新能力的概念和内涵,并对企业自主品牌创新能力系统各行为主体进行了界定和分析。其次,从宏观和微观相结合的角度,构建了企业自主品牌创新能力系统。阐述了企业自主品牌创新能力系统建立的目标与功能,运用关键要素识别(FCAR)方法,识别出企业自主品牌创新能力形成的关键要素,建立了企业自主品牌创新能力形成关键要素“飞鸟”关系模型。在以上研究的基础上,构建了以自主品牌创新能力运行体系为基础,以自主品牌创新能力支持体系为保障的企业自主品牌创新能力系统。再次,运用自组织理论对我国企业自主品牌创新能力系统形成与演化机理进行了诠释。分析了企业自主品牌创新能力系统自组织特征,给出了演化过程模型。从企业自主品牌创新能力系统的开放性、稳定态、非线性、诱发性对企业自主品牌创新能力系统的形成条件、特征、功能进行了深入研究。第四,从微观层面研究了我国企业自主品牌创新能力系统运行路径与模式。在构建企业自主品牌创新能力系统运行路径与模式优化体系的基础上,从六方面研究了我国企业自主品牌创新能力系统运行路径与模式。在核心技术开发方面,分析了企业自主品牌创新核心技术开发路径,提出了核心技术的丌发模式;在市场响应方面,研究了企业自主品牌创新市场响应路径,提出了自主品牌创新市场响应模式;在强化激励方面,研究了企业自主品牌创新强化激励的内涵与路径,提出了自主品牌创新强化激励模式;在风险监控方面,分析了自主品牌风险监控的目的给出了风险监控的路径,提出了风险监控的运行模式。在组织再造方面,分析了组织再造的使命、原则和路径,提出了企业自主品牌创新组织再造模式;在联合创新方面,研究了自主品牌联合创新的主体与路径,提出了企业自主品牌联合创新模式。第五,建立了基于模糊神经网络(FNN)方法的企业自主品牌创新能力系统运行效果综合评价模型。分析了选择模糊神经网络(FNN)评价模型的依据,建立了企业自主品牌创新能力系统运行效果评价指标体系,并运用模糊神经网络(FNN)模型进行了实证分析。第六,研究了我国企业自主品牌创新能力系统支持体系。提出了以政府支持、市场支持和社会服务支持为子系统的支持体系。从财政与税收支持和法律法规支持阐述了政府支持体系建设的内容;从技术市场、人才市场和资金市场三方面阐述了市场支持体系建设内容;从中介与咨询服务和认证与标准化阐述了社会服务支持体系建设的内容。最后,选用复合数据包络分析(DEA)方法对企业自主品牌创新能力系统支持效果进行了实证评价。最后,论文从增强政府引领作用、培育具有企业自主品牌创新能力的研发团队、营造自主品牌培育的创新文化环境、构建自主品牌创新的金融政策支持体系、增强企业自主品牌核心技术研发能力、增强自主品牌创新的市场中介服务、建立健全自主品牌创新的网络体系、加强自主品牌创新成果的保护等诸方面对我国企业自主品牌创新能力系统建设提出了相应对策。

【Abstract】 Under the circumstances of the economical globalization and the intense international competition, brand cultivation and the development have already become important strategic measures to carry on the economical expansion and the promotion international competition strength among various countries since people entered into the 21st century. China has proposed the guiding principles upon the technical development which are independent innovation, key surmounts, sustaining development and anticipating the future, and pointed out our country will unceasingly enhance the ability of independent innovation in the next several dozens of years, master one batch of core technologies in certain important domains and possess one batch of independent intellectual property rights. The concrete policy implementation is to research the innovation ability system of independent brands in China. This article has conducted the thorough research on the innovation ability system of independent brands based on those related theories and successful experiences with regard to brand innovation in developed countries.Main research content s are as follows:Firstly, the paper has looked back on the developmental history of independent brands in China, induced and constructed definitions on independent brands, the innovation ability of independent brands and their connotations respectively, and used the body tissue correlation function to illustrate the innovative main behavior body of independent brand innovation.Secondly, the paper has constructed the innovation ability system of independent brands on uniting the macroscopic and microscopic angles. It also has proposed the established goal and function of the system, analyzed and gained the main essential factors that are formed by the innovation ability of the independent brands. The paper has established the "flying bird" relational model by distinguishing those essential factors with Method FCAR. And it constructed the innovation ability systems of enterprises’ independent brands in our country taken the running and support systems as the subsystems on the basis of the above research.Thirdly, the paper has explained the mechanism how the innovation ability system of independent brands in Chinese enterprises runs with the self-organizational theory. This article has studied the evolutionary process of the innovation ability system is also self-organizational and has proposed the organizational conditions from four aspects of which are openness, stability, non-linearity and inducement. It has studied the running functions of the system from four aspects of which are the leading function, the core function, the safeguard function and the promotion function.Fourthly, the paper has studied the running pattern of the enterprise’s innovation ability system concerning independent brands in our country from the microscopic layers and has studied the running patterns and ways from six aspects. As far as the core technology ability is concerned, the paper has analyzed its fostering routes; In respect of reorganization, it has analyzed the innovation organizational patterns and proposed the reorganization patterns of independent brands’ innovation; With respect to the driving innovation, it has studied the drive objects of independent brands’ innovation and proposed the corresponding driving patterns; In respect of the innovation response, the paper has studied its routes and proposed the innovational market response mechanism; With respect to the risk monitoring, it has proposed the risk monitoring mechanism. And as far as the union innovation is concerned, it has studied the main body and characteristics of union innovation about independent brands and proposed the relevant patterns and functions.Fifthly, the paper has established the effect’s synthesis appraisal model of independent brands’ innovation ability system based on the fuzzy nerve network theory. In the establishment of the appraisal target system, the paper has analyzed enterprise’s actual data with the fuzzy nerve network model, and gained both the concrete and synthetic appraisal value of each item of the system about the enterprise’s function effect.Sixthly, the paper has studied the support system of innovation ability system about independent brands in our country and proposed the government supports, the market supports and the social service supports as the main support systems. It has discussed how to construct the government supports’ system from both financial and tax revenue supports and the legal laws and regulations supports; it has discussed the contents of the market supports’ system in regard to technique markets, talent markets and fund markets; and it has discussed the contents about constructing social service supports’ systems from the aspects of intermediary, advisory service and authentication and standardization. Finally, the paper has selected Model DEA to appraise the support effects of innovation ability system of independent brands.Finally, the paper has proposed the corresponding countermeasures about constructing the innovation ability system of independent brands of Chinese enterprises. They are to enhance the leading function of the government, to cultivate the research and development team, to build the innovation culture environment for cultivating independent brand, to construct the finance and taxation policy and the government procurement policy, to construct the financial support system, to realize the continuous innovation in techniques, to enhance the market intermediary service and to establish the perfect network system and so on.
