基于SPC的计算机集成质量控制系统研究

【摘要】 日益激烈的市场竞争和日趋苛刻复杂的质量要求,促进了企业将信息技术、计算机技术等先进技术和管理理念引入质量管理与控制之中,为企业实现现代质量管理与质量保证奠定了基础。开展以计算机技术应用为基础,以信息集成为核心,以先进的质量控制技术、信息处理技术和现代质量管理方法相结合,构建企业现代质量管理新模式等相关研究具有十分重要的意义。计算机集成质量系统(Computer Integrated Quality system,CIQS)是现代集成制造系统(Contemporary Integrated Manufacture System,CIMS)的重要组成部分,是计算机辅助质量系统(Computer Aided Quality System,CAQ)发展的新阶段,是企业质量管理信息化建设的高级阶段,对于企业在现代先进制造技术、管理技术与信息技术条件下,全面整合和有效利用信息资源,提高产品质量和管理水平、提升综合竞争能力将发挥重要作用。本文在详细论述质量控制在质量管理中的关键作用的基础上,综合分析了计算机集成质量系统的发展与研究现状,结合某企业自动化信息集成方案设计及“4DA1柴油发动机集成质量控制系统”项目实施规划与开发,重点研究在现代集成制造环境中实现产品质量的预测与控制。论文的主要工作和创新之处如下:(1)在综述现代质量的概念与内涵、质量控制系统的研究现状与发展趋势的基础上,针对在集成制造环境中实施统计质量控制所面临的困难进行研究,提出实施统计质量控制的策略和方法。(2)在讨论CIQS的结构模型和立体模型的基础上,提出一种面向产品信息流的车间级集成质量系统模型,对该模型及其实施方案的相关问题,包括基于PDM平台的集成方案和车间级集成质量系统的信息流表示以及系统的功能与结构,进行了深入讨论。(3)在分析与探索统计质量智能控制的应用策略和方法的基础上,从基于多维输入数据的模式串定义出发,提出基于确定性有限自动机的模式匹配算法,实现了常规控制图异常模式的快速匹配,并将该技术成功地应用于企业计算机辅助质量控制系统。(4)综合运用以上相关理论、方法和技术,结合企业自动化信息集成规划及其“4DA1柴油发动机集成质量控制系统”项目,制定出总体方案和体系结构,设计并实现了一个基于SPC的计算机集成质量控制系统。

【Abstract】 Intense market competition and increasing quality demand accelerate drawing advanced techniques such as information technique, computer technique into the field of quality management and control in a corporation, making a good foundation for the modern quality management and quality assurance. It is of important significance to unfold the research about constructing new pattern of modern quality management, which is on the basis of computer application techniques and has the kernel of information integration and combines the advanced quality control technique with information process technique and modern quality management methods. Computer integrated quality system (CIQS) is a very important portion of contemporary integrated manufacture system, which is the new stage for computer aided quality system development and the high-level construction phase of quality management information system of modern enterprises. It plays an important role in integrating information resources, enhancing product quality and management level and increasing competitive ability for modern enterprises.The dissertation discussed the critical role of quality control in quality management and analyzed synthetically the complexion of development and research about CIQS first. And then it studied the implement of forecast and control of products quality in the condition of integrated manufacture, combined with the discussions of design for a corporation’s information integration scheme and the plan and development for a project of ’Integrated Quality Control System of 4DA1 diesel motor’. The main contents and innovations are as follows:Firstly, based on summarizing modern quality concept and the developmental actuality of CIQS, the research was carried out on the problems in actualizing statistics quality control of integrated manufacture environment, and some tactics and methods of its implementation are proposed.Secondly, based on discussion of CIQS models, a model of workshop-level integrated quality system is presented, which is product information flow oriented. The problems about the model and its implementation method are discussed, including the integration method based on PDM and the description for information flow of workshop-level integrated quality system.Thirdly, on the base of analyzing and exploiting strategy and method of applications for statistics quality control with brainpower and defining the pattern string of multidimensional input data, a algorithm of pattern matching based on Deterministic Finite Automata (DFA) is proposed to realize rapid abnormality matching of normal control charts, which has been successfully applied in a computer aided quality system.Fourthly, applying the above methods and technologies in the plan of enterprise automatization information integration and the project of ’Integrated Quality Control System of 4DA1 diesel motor’, we implemented a Computer Integrated Quality Control System based on SPC.
