珠江三角洲城市生态系统适宜度评价研究

【摘要】 生态系统适宜度评价思想自提出以来,已得到了世界各国的基本认同(董德明,2001,韩秀娣,2000,刘玉玫,1996,于志熙,1992,Li zizhen,1997,Min-Woong Sohn,2001),城市生态系统适宜度反映了现实生态位与其最佳生态位的贴近程度,反映了城市生态系统的和谐性、城市居民生活的适宜程度、城市竞争力大小和可持续发展的能力。构建城市生态系统适宜度指标体系,评价城市生态系统适宜度是对城市适宜发展进行科学评判和决策的一个重要组成部分。珠江三角洲城市由广东省9个城市组成,包括广州、深圳、珠海、佛山、肇庆、江门、惠州、东莞和中山。以2004年计,珠江三角洲的经济总量约占全国的1/10左右。20世纪80年代以来,珠江三角洲在中国的经济发展中呈现了勃勃生机,在政治、经济、社会和文化等各个方面发生前所未有的变化,已成为中国经济最为发达和成熟、最具影响力的地区之一。本研究主要从城市入手来分析和评估珠江三角洲城市生态系统适宜度的发展状况,采用社会统计学的方法,构建了体现城市结构、城市功能、城市协调度和反映人口指数、基础设施、城市绿化、经济水平、物质还原、资源配置、生产效率、流动便捷、社会保障、城市文明和可持续性的指标体系,选取了1995年到2004年10个年份的数据,并将10个测评年份的数据统一进行标准化处理,实现了不同年份和不同城市的可对比化,最后获得城市生态系统适宜度测算结果。除了对城市生态系统适宜度进行比较之外,本研究的另一特点是划分了城市生态系统适宜度的类型,分析了类型的变化和由这些变化形成的城市生态系统适宜度发展的特点。将生态系统适宜度理论引入城市生态系统的研究,构建了城市生态系统适宜度的数学模型,考虑了权重的影响。选取GDP增长率、人均住房使用面积、污水达标排放率、每万人拥有医生数、每万人拥有高等学校在校学生数等经济、社会、环境、生态、健康、教育因子构建城市生态适宜度的指标体系。并得出以下结论:(1)珠江三角洲城市生态系统适宜度增强。(2)珠江三角洲城市生态适宜度3个垂直层次的发展稳定性不一致。(3)珠江三角洲城市生态系统适宜度为内在因素影响型发展模式。(4)珠江三角洲城市生态系统适宜度测评受指标异常变化影响大。

【Abstract】 Ecosystem fitness evaluation thinking has been accept since its introduction(De-Ming Dong, 2001, Han Xiudi, 2000, Yumei, 1996, in Xi, 1992, Li Zizhen, 1997, Min-Woong Sohn, 2001). The urban ecosystem suitability reflected the closeness of the reality niche and the best niche, reflect the urban ecosystem harmony, suitable for urban living, Urban Competitiveness and the capacity for sustainable development. Construction of urban ecosystem suitability index system and Evaluation of the city’s ecological system suitability is an important component of the city’s the development.Pearl River Delta cities include Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Jiangmen, Huizhou, Dongguan and Zhongshan. In 2004, the Pearl River Delta’s economic volume accounted for about a tenth of the country around, since the 1980s, the Pearl River Delta in China’s economic development has demonstrated the great vitality in the political, economic, social and cultural aspects of unprecedented change, has become China’s most economically developed and mature, the most influential Area.This study analyzes and assesses the Pearl River Delta urban ecosystem suitable for the development. Adoption of social statistics methods, and the index system reflected the city structure, the function of cities, urban coordination, and Population Index, infrastructure, urban greening, economic level, material reduction, the allocation of resources, production efficiency, convenience, social security, urban civilization and the sustainability of city. Select data from 1995 to 2004, Implementation of different years and different cities can be compared after data standardized, get urban ecosystem suitability calculation results finally. In addition to the urban ecosystem suitability comparison, this study’s another feature is divid the type of urban ecosystem suitable, Analysis of the types of changes and these changes formed by the urban ecosystem suitability of the characteristics.This study introduce city ecosystem sutable concept and use in city ecosystem, construct mathematical model of urban ecosystem suitability, taking into account the impact of weight. These factor including GDP growth, the per capita area of housing, sewage discharge standard rate, every 10,000 people have several doctors, every 10,000 people and universities in the number of students el. And come to the following conclusions: (a) Pearl River Delta urban ecosystem suitability increase. (2) Pearl River Delta cities ecological suitability three vertical stability of the level of development inconsistent. (3) Pearl River Delta urban ecosystem suitability of internal factors - development model. (4) Pearl River Delta urban ecosystem suitable for the survey by the abnormal changes influence.
