【摘要】 火山活动是创造自然财富的重要源泉。许多矿产资源伴随着火山活动出现,火山区千姿百态的自然景观,多样性的生态环境,肥沃的土地和温泉、矿泉,深邃的民俗文化,更使之成为科学考察和旅游的热点地区。如美国的夏威夷、日本的富士山、印度尼西亚的巴里岛等,都是世界著名的旅游、度假与疗养胜地。我国是一个多火山的国家,随着旅游业的飞速发展,火山旅游资源的开发日益引起人们的重视。但在总体上,对火山旅游资源的开发利用,特别是在如何突出其特色和发掘火山文化与创新方面,尚处于起步阶段。本文以火山旅游资源为研究对象,立足于对海口火山旅游资源大量的实际调研和资料分析整理工作,运用美学理论、区位理论、系统论、区域分异规律、可持续发展理论、技术进步理论,以及SWOT分析方法,从地质学、旅游学、资源学和产业经济学四个方面对海口火山旅游资源开发进行了较深入、全面和系统的综合研究。首先,厘定了火山资源、火山文化、火山旅游资源、火山产业等概念,对火山旅游资源进行了系统分类,并分析了其成因、内部机理、文化品位、发展和演替特征以及观赏价值等。其次,通过对海口火山旅游资源的调查和评价,得出海口火山旅游资源是区域最具特色和优势的旅游资源的认识。在此基础上,通过对海南旅游市场供给与需求的分析,设计了一系列海口火山旅游资源开发项目,提出了建设“海口火山生态文化旅游区”和“海口火山产业旅游区”的构想。再次,通过对破坏海口火山旅游资源的因素分析,提出了相应的保护对策和措施,对海口火山旅游资源的开发提出了“动态监控管理”模式;通过对海口旅游主题定位的研究,基于海口“一半是海峡,一半是火山”的独特旅游资源分布格局,提出了海口“热带海峡火山城市”的旅游发展功能定位和“海誓山盟”的形象定位;通过对海口火山资源及其开发利用现状的研究,提出了海口火山旅游资源产业化发展应“以热带火山资源为依托,以火山文化为灵魂,以火山旅游为抓手,以市场经济为导向,促使火山旅游产业协调发展”的指导思想。经过深入调研和思考,提出了海口火山旅游资源的产业化发展战略和设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a significant source of a lot of natural wealth, volcano activity is related to the formation of many mineral resources. Various natural scenery and ecological environment,the rich soil, hot springs and mineral springs as well as profound folk customs attract tourists and scientists. Many volcanic regions in the world such as Hawaii of the United States, Mount Fuji of Japan and Bali Island of Indonesia have established themselves as world-famous tourist attractions and health resorts.With the development of tourism, China, rich in volcanoes, begins to attach more importance to the development of volcanic traveling resources. However, China, in general, remains at its initial stage in terms of volcanic traveling resources development and utilization, especially in the aspects of distinguishing the volcanic traveling features and volcanic culture. This paper, based on the basic theories of aesthetics, location theory, system theory, pattern of regional differentiation, sustainable development theory, SWOT analysis method, and from the angles of geology, tourism, resources research and industrial economics, made systematic research on the development of volcanic traveling resources of Haikou city.First, the paper defined concepts of volcanic resources, volcanic culture, volcanic traveling resources and volcanic industry. Meanwhile, volcanic traveling resources were systematically categorized. Its cause of formation, internal mechanism, cultural taste, developing and succession characteristics as well as the appreciation value were analyzed too. Second, through the research and assessment of volcanic traveling resources, the most favorable traveling resource of Haikou volcanic traveling resources can be concluded. According to the analysis of supply and demand of Hainan tourist market and tourism development theories, a series of development programs were designed and the idea of building a tourist attraction with volcanic ecological culture characteristics was put forward. Third, through the analysis of damaging factors of Haikou volcanic traveling resources, the protective measure was proposed—to develop the traveling resources in a“dynamic control and management”manner. In addition, through the study of the tourist theme positioning of Haikou city, the research revealed the special distributing pattern of traveling resources which is“half is strait, half is volcano”.“Tropical strait volcanic city”is the functional definition of Haikou city, while“Haishishanmeng”—which means to make a solemn pledge of love that will last as long as the ocean and mountain—is the image positioning of the city. Specific measures concerning how to establish the image of“Haishishangmen”were put forward too. Through the study of Haikou’s present development situation, the guiding ideology for its development is proposed—“to depend on tropical volcanic resources, to take volcanic culture as its soul, to take volcanic traveling as a breakthrough, to coordinate with the development of volcanic industry while being market economy-oriented”.
