【摘要】 论文是在当前住宅产业化背景下，基于发展住宅部品化提出的部品集成化相关理论、技术与策略的研究。 论文首先对我国住宅部品的发展进行了系统的分析，指出住宅产业化发展部品集成的重要性，并运用住宅产业化的可持续发展理论、住宅通用体系与适应性理论、系统集成理论等对部品集成化进行了专题研究，并对住宅部品的节能、制约部品集成化的各相关因素——部品模数制、部品标准化、接口通用化和部品认定保障制度以及部品集成的发展模式进行了深入的探讨。 论文另一方面是结合国内正在推行的全装修住宅的建造模式，对全装修住宅的部品集成进行了探讨，并试图通过对住宅中的厨房和卫生间的设施、设备、电器、管线等部品的集成安装和各部品接口的功能性实现对住宅的核心功能部位——厨房、卫生间进行整体设计的研究和探讨。另外，论文还重点分析了目前国内住宅部品市场上有代表性的集成部品——盒子卫生间和整体厨房、橱柜，对其构造设计、接口技术、产品质量等进行了详细研究，并通过与全装修住宅中卫生间、厨房的对比调查，对研发与市场中的相关问题进行了探讨与对策分析。 论文最后对我国推动住宅部品集成化发展所存在的一些问题归纳总结，并提出有关建议和想法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of current housing industry in China, this dissertation puts forward the relevant research of theory, technology and strategy about integrated housing component on the basis of development of housing componentialization.First of all, the dissertation analyses systematically the development of housing component in china, points out the importance of integrated component in housing industrialization. The dissertation conducts a special investigation in integrated housing component under the direction of housing industrialization theories involved sustainable development, standard building system, applicable housing, integrated system. And probes into the energy saving, the modular system, standardization, connection universalization, and cognizance and guarantee of housing component which relate to the integrated component, and the developmental mode of housing component integration.Second, with the analysis of building mode of currently developmental full decoration in China, the dissertation discusses the component integration in full decoration housing, and overall design of kitchen and toilet, which are the most functional parts in housing, with the integrated installation of productions, facilities, electric installations, wiring, etc. and the function of connection. In addition, the dissertation analyses emphatically and particularly the construction design, connection technology, product quality of box toilet, whole kitchen and kitchens, which are the representative ones in current market of integrated housing component in China, and explores the problems in study and market by contrast to the ones of full decoration housing.At last, the dissertation sums up the problems in the development of housing component, puts forward some concerned proposal and strategy.更多还原
